The place was fantastic. near to Asia Mall. and other restaurants. so far the house is very nice, one thing is that linens and bedsheets were not that clean, i think because of the washing machine is old. But so far everything is great! The place is nice and we really felt like it was our home. the owners are very responsive. our lights went out because we were using too much electricity, they gave us instructions how to get it back as soon as possible. I would say that it was very safe. and peaceful. Thank you for the wonderful stay. until next time ☺️☺️

Замечательный дом для 1 человека или пары! В студии очень тепло и уютно; милейшая кухня. На улице- чудесная лужайка, тишина, утром поют птицы. Есть терраса с обеденным столом для теплой погоды. Всем, кому подходит по размеру- от души рекомендую. До центра- несколько минут на машине; пешком- минут 15. Ричард и его представитель Эркин всегда на связи. Отличное жилье!

We really liked Gullzina's home. Evrything was clean, comfort. We had a big garden, the place where we could rest. Also in two steps from home there is a market. Finally want to say that Gulzina is the best host we've ever met. And going to recommend this beutiful place to our friends.

Extremely good option considering the low price. Quite close to restaurants and cafes. It can accommodate quite a few people, so certainly a good option for large groups

I didn’t have any trouble finding the house. It is located on the top floor within a beautiful garden. I especially loved the kitchen — it was very nice. There were many tools and appliances available in the kitchen. It was an experience I really enjoyed. The location of the house was also nice.

Отличный вариант для жилья в Бишкеке. Сапара отвечала на любые вопросы, просьбы о помощи максимально быстро. Иногда в квартире было прохладно, но это скорее было связано с аномальными холодами. Комнаты интересно оформлены и украшены национальными элементами.

It’s a nice apartment in a new residential building that’s not entirely finished yet (construction debris in hallways and stairwells). The host was very upfront about it all and the price couldn’t be matched, so you get what you pay for. I had a positive experience overall. The neighborhood is nice and quiet too.

This place deserves a 6 star and Vadim is an amazing host! Definitely one of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed. The apartment is freshly renovated with modern furnishings that create a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. It’s spacious and clean - there’s even a safe box in the bedroom. Location wise it’s a 15 minute walk to Osh Bazaar and you can easily get around the city with e-hailing cars. Bear in mind the apartment is on the fourth floor and there’s no lift the building.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this brand new one-bedroom condo, and it exceeded all my expectations! Located in the tallest new building in the city, the high floor offers incredible and unobstructed views that are simply breathtaking. The condo is situated right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to explore. It’s just a short walk to Erkindik Boulevard and Ala-Too Square, as well as various city landmarks, malls, and restaurants. The easy access to public transit made getting around a breeze. The interior of the condo is modern and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The host was also very responsive and helpful, ensuring that my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to experience the best of the city with stunning views and a prime location.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place is beautifully decorated, spotless, and equipped with everything you might need — from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings and thoughtful touches that really make you feel at home. The attention to detail in both style and functionality was impressive. The location was also great, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. But what truly made the experience stand out was the host. Incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful from the moment I booked until check-out. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-managed place to stay. I would definitely return!

Our stay at the apartment managed by Hotel Solutel was wonderful overall. The apartment itself was extremely well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities, making our stay very comfortable. The location was also great, just a 10-minute walk from Ala-Too Square. However, one thing to note is that the check-in is at the hotel, which is about 300 meters away from the apartment, so we had to walk that distance with our luggage. Additionally, there was some confusion during the checkout process. Despite confirming our checkout time and arrangements to hand over the key, no one arrived as agreed. After multiple calls with no response, we had to leave the key with the security guard. Despite this, we had a lovely stay and would recommend the apartment for its cleanliness and great location.

Very nice apartment, just as advertised. Host meet me in late evening and answered all concerns over text thereafter. The apartment is licated right in the middle of the center but very quiet. Soviet style and homey. The vibe is very nice. It was a great place to stay for my first visit to this diverse country.

The apartment has a really homely feel unlike a lot of Airbnb properties. Fantastic location. Fully recommend. Karina was full of useful advice for what to do in Bishkek.

This apartment was a great place to stay when visiting Bishkek. I especially appreciate Meder’s clear instructions. We were able to check in without any difficulties. It was wonderful to have space to relax, yet close enough to walk to many great restaurants and cultural attractions. Highly recommended!

I'm glad I made a decision to stay at Alina's apartment. The location of this apartment is perfect as it's in the heart of the center. The view of the mountains is breathtaking and the apartment itself is nice and clean. Alina is a very good host and super responsive.
