Stay wild is such a cool space, I really loved the fun communal spaces, kitchen, pool table and the amazing library. Andrew is a super friendly and helpful host too. I’ll definitely be back to stay on any of my travels to Missoula

Staying and visiting the space was really nice. I had a wonderful time. She made the kitchen available to us and it was perfect. The kitchen is great! The space was very clean. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to dust and such and I felt fine the whole time. The beds were comfortable and cozy. The location was also really nice because the house is on the way and close to hiking and nature. I highly recommend the stay. Prue also made some amazing cranberry cornbread for breakfast. Such a wonderful stay. My only regret is not being able to stay longer! We'll have to come back again for a visit.

Near perfection for a one night solo traveler. Safe neighborhood away from the city. Nice parking spot. Clean/cozy/private space with all the necessary amenities plus some extra special touches. Wonderful bed. These hosts are doing it right. Hope to stay again!

Holly is an amazing host. Her house has everything you didn’t know you needed. Felt right at home. Super comfortable and family friendly. My family was thrilled with my pick. Amazing views. Super comfy beds. Great coffee, and a well stocked pantry and fridge and appliances. Deer wandering around the garden was quite the highlight. Looking forward to be back.

Prue was a great host throughout my stay with her. She was warm and welcoming and went above and beyond in providing countless suggestions for things to do in town and in the surrounding areas. She even helped me plan a multi-day itinerary for must-see destinations for my time in Missoula. The accommodations are as-pictured/described, and I would highly recommend this stay as a great option for the Missoula area!

Prue's place was great for our one night stay! She was a great communicator and was able to accommodate our late night arrival! The place is very clean and comfortable too. Prue (and her dogs) are very welcoming! We appreciated her recommendations in the area too!

This was my second stay at Andrew’s place. What stood out this time was contacting Andrew ahead of time to let him know I needed the room to be humidified. I was prepared to purchase a humidifier, but Andrew let me know he had one. After arriving I discovered a brand new humidifier for my room! I felt so well taken care of beyond expectations!

A very interesting place to stay. The host had LOTS of food available, including the occasional pizza order. It's impossible to go hungry here!

Jeanne and Rick were such a delight, they took a house full of strangers and we all left as friends. I looked forward to Jeanne's Martha Stewart worthy breakfasts every morning and Rick's mimosa's; it is what brought all of us together. A wonderful place to stay that makes you so sad to leave. I plan on staying at The Moraine every year now for the Riggin' Rally! Thank you Jeanne and Rick for the experience you provide, Dixie Fay Ranches will be coming back! Happy trails!

This was my second time staying at Kim's. Her place is lovely. Check-in was easy and flexible. No need to hesitate booking--it is inviting, spotless and a great location. Kim goes above and beyond with details and will exceed your expectations. The continental breakfast is wonderful-- many choices including fresh fruit, deviled eggs, yogurt, pastries, a variety of juices, milk, coffee, tea--again, above and beyond. 10+!

My stay with Paula and David was relaxing, quiet and surrounded by nature, including barnyard animals on their property such as a joyful dog, outdoor-only kitties, chickens, ducks, and a friendly turkey who adores having her feathers caressed. Their kitchen was open for my use any time day or night. My bed and room were very comfortable, with a door to an outside wood deck furnished with a hammock, outdoor couch and recliner. There was a full sized refrigerator I was able to put my food assembly ingredients and next-day cooked items in. The hot tub across the backyard grass was splendid. One morning, David cooked breakfast, and while enjoying his creation, we three conversed across a wide array of topics. I recommend David and Paula's home if you're seeking a genuine, warm Montana experience on the east side of the Bitterroot Valley. Get up early one morning to witness the majesty of the sun illuminating the Bitterroot mountains. You'll long remember the awe-inspiring experience!

We rented a room and bathroom in Linda and Phil's home. They are both great. In 3 days we became friends. We fit right in, lots of good conversation. We love the dogs and "cat." Their home is nice, clean and welcoming. It was perfect. They could not have been nicer. We used the kitchen as if it was our own, had space in the fridge and a grill out back. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Linda and Phil are extremely welcoming and fabulous hosts. We enjoyed talking with them like we were family, and felt quite at home in their home. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! The location is great for skiing at Lost Trail and for exploring the area and mountains. Highly recommended!!!

If you want a place in a spectacular setting with privacy, breathtaking views, spotlesss accommodations with beautiful decor, luxurious and comfortable bedding and a breakfast that is a culinary masterpiece everyday…..then this is your place. We spent 6 nights and wouldn’t change a thing. Wonderful hosts who thought of everything.

We had an unexpected power outage while staying with Kim and she put out solar/battery lights everywhere and did everything a 5-star host should be expected to do! Would definitely see Kim again when passing through Hamilton

Booking your stay at The moraine is an absolute No brainer!! In other words, I highly recommend staying here. My husband and I had such an incredible trip to Montana and so much of it had to with this place and our hosts. The property is gorgeous - and the house and rooms (we stayed in 2 different ones) were not only spotless, they were decorated beautifully. Delicious, organic, home cooked breakfast made with love, an awesome hot tub, evening hang outs on the gorgeous deck to watch wildlife and meet other travelers, as well as so many lovely conversations with our hosts Jeannie & Rick - every part of our stay was such a pleasure! Jeannie’s kindness, thoughtfulness, and charm is embodied in every aspect of the Moraine - her and Rick have kept true authentic hospitality alive! We definitely would come back!
