Björkulla : locations de vacances

To say we had a nice stay would be an understatement! The accomidation is so lovely and we had an amazing vacation. The pool deck is even nicer than you might think from the pictures. The pool costs a little extra (120€ for the week as of 2022), which would have been nice to write in the listing. Given the pool is heated and has to be maintained the cost is understandable though of course. The next grocery store is about 15min by car and the next bigger town about 40 to 50min. Given how nice the house is you might not want to leave though :) We had a lot of fun taking the SUP and the canoe out to the lake, we even had the chance to do this with our little dogs for the very first time, so that was a really great experience. There is even a grill, which Linda and Peter were kind enough to let us borrow. All basic spices, oils and such were also there to borrow. The surrounding forrest is beautiful too and there were plenty of mushrooms to pick. Lastly two things worth noting (These werent issues for us but might be worth knowing for others). Both the pool deck and the garden are not fenced in, so if you have small kids or dogs you will have to keep an extra eye out. And the larger beds in the main house are in separate rooms but the rooms are only separated by a curtain. Again, these were really non issues when you take into account how lovely the rest of the place was! So, thank you again for letting us stay here, Linda and Peter!

Erna är en kanon värd, svarar alltid snabbt och hjälpsam

Fantastisk utsikt över Vättern direkt från frukostbordet. Fräsch, Modernt, Lugnt och fin boende. Perfekt mottagande och härlig värdinna och värd.

Een heerlijk ruim huis voorzien van alles wat men nodig heeft. Heel privé met een prachtig uitzicht. We hebben heel wat herten zien lopen vanuit de woning en naast de oprit er naartoe zelfs een eland tot grote vreugde van onze kinderen. Er is een riante kano ter beschikking gesteld. Daarnaast ook een leuke motorboot waar wij als gezin van 5 prima in pasten. De kinderen hebben genoten van de vele tochtjes die we hebben gemaakt. Vanaf een van de eilandjes namen we een duik in het prachtige meer. Dit was onze eerste vakantie richting Zweden. We hebben 3 accommodaties bezocht waarvan dit huis de laatste was. Zweden is een heerlijk vakantieland om tot rust te komen, te genieten van al het moois wat de natuur te brengen heeft. Wij zijn na deze 3 weken zo verzot op het land geraakt dat we vastbesloten komende zomer weer zullen gaan om zodoende het land nog beter te leren kennen.

Super trevlig lägenhet och området är lugnt. Det är lätt att åka till staden dock måste man ha bil. De välkomnade katter vilket var bra. Vår katt (och vi) tyckte mycket om att kolla på den fina naturen runt om lägenheten.

Vi trivdes mycket bra i denna charmiga stuga. Avskilt läge, mysig trädgård, fina omgivningar och bra promenadmöjligheter. Bra läge för att utforska Kinnekulle, stugan ligger även nära Kinnekulleleden.

We had a wonderful New Year’s celebration there! The place is really cosy, well equipment and located at a peaceful area. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace when the first snow of the year came around; Marie & Håkan were kind enough to leave firewood available. For those interested in hiking, many natural reserves on the surroundings & driving distance from Tiveden National Park (which is a must go!). Lovely house, can only recommend for those who are looking for a cosy place to stay. Thank you !

Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Moment im Zuhause von Lina und ihrer Familie wohlgefühlt - unter anderem aufgrund ihrer Katze, die wir während unseres Besuchs versorgen durften. Das Haus war sauber, komfortabel, geräumig und gemütlich mit einer super tollen Aussicht auf den See. Als Highlight kann man noch die tolle, holzgeheizte Sauna erwähnen, die ebenfalls einen tollen Blick auf den See zulässt. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt, die Kommunikation mit Lina war äußerst freundlich und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
