We had a wonderful carefree stay at the observatory. Everything was as described in the listing and felt comfortable. Great views. We did have some robins who liked to come cause a ruckus in the morning by flying into the windows- not a complaint just a heads up if anyone hears banging in the mornings!

My family of 3 had a wonderful 5 night stay at the Bob Creek Cabin. The home is beautiful and thoughtfully set up. My 9 year old son declared shuffleboard "better than video games" and we all enjoyed the hot tub, easy access to Bob Creek Beach across Hwy 101 and the fantastic sound of Bob Creek rushing by the house. It's more like a river! There's an endless number of beautiful spots to explore nearby and some great places to eat just a few miles north in Yachats. Nikki was very responsive when there was an issue and even sent a handyman on Sunday evening to solve the problem. I would definitely stay here again!

The cottage was cozy and inviting and felt spacious for our family of four (including two grade school aged boys) and two dogs. The location is great - you can walk to town or to the river and a small portion of beach (possibly more beach if caught at low tide). Everything was easy to follow and worked great and we had no need to communicate with the host. The guide book was full of info and I am certain she would have been very helpful had we reached out. We would definitely stay here again.

The cabin is cozy and private and surrounded by lovely trees and ferns. The hot tub is lovely. Everything was peaceful and private during my stay. I appreciated how clean the cabin was and enjoyed that the hot tub didn’t seem like it had too much chlorine in it, it was so soothing to be in the water looking out at all the trees and the view of more trees across the valley! It was so quiet we could hear the river at times. A very nice getaway to unplug.

Alpine Cabin was really perfect for our trip with my son’s dog. The cabin was distinctly quirky & cozy. A great respite after a hike. I would definitely visit again!

We had a great stay here, the cabin had that homestead feel we were looking for and the location was great. It was very peaceful and was surrounded by forest and adjacent to the lake. It was nice having town and the coast a short drive away as well.

We loved staying in this unique and cozy cabin setting. The surroundings are beautiful and the space is very charming. The temperature was comfortable considering the cold weather. The host was responsive with any issues. Highly recommended!

We have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and this is definitely in our top few. All the amenities are as described and the place was super clean. It’s very evident that the host poured their passion and resources in so many thoughtful details. We had a couple of sunny days on the lake but the last day the weather turned and got quite wet. Spending a rainy day indoors with a late breakfast while watching the lake and reading a book might have been my favorite.

We really enjoyed our brief stay at The Carriage House. The location was peaceful and beautiful tucked up against a forested hill. The unit itself was completely charming. We found the king bed to be rather comfortable and could have imagined ourselves staying longer. It was overall a very easy and pleasant experience.

We loved our relaxing weekend at the Bellpine cabin and can’t wait to go back. We appreciated the special touches, the amazing property, and hospitality with banana bread on arrival. We enjoyed morning and evening walks to the top of the orchard for the great views and walks on the forest trails with our dog. It was very peaceful and relaxing to spend time on the private deck and lawn and it was nice and cozy on a chilly night with the woodstove. We walked to a nearby winery and it was so pleasant. Thank you to April and Alan for being so helpful, welcoming and responsive.

My wife and I had a lovely quiet stay over Presidents’ Day weekend at Oak Hill cabin. Jim was a gracious host and it was so nice to walk around the farm, read about the history and see all the plants and animals. Five stars. Would absolutely come back

This cabin at the coast is warm and inviting. The backyard overlooks the bay and there’s canoes available in the garage if you want to go out on the water. When the tide goes out you can walk out onto the sand. Once it’s back in there isn’t much sand left. The neighbors are friendly and waved to us when we arrived. Close by is Pelican Brewing, which does brunch on Saturdays and Sunday. As well as many good coffee joints if you want a good cup of joe. We chose Delish and strongly recommend it for the coffee connoisseurs.

Surprisingly roomie house, well laid out with ample features for all our guests to be comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic for meals with family. We brought the suggested list of items that Bonnie had prepared in her listing, which served us well. The instructions were clear, with one exception. The napping service often tried to take us around the loop for access to the house in a way that would’ve high centered our very tall truck, and other guests were unable to navigate that route entirely. That is not any fault of our host, but it is something people should be aware of when they go to visit this lovely place.

Very nice place to stay. My friend and I wanted someplace quiet but near town to work on projects together and Mike's place filled the bill. Everything was well-maintained, clean, and as described. It's a nice walk to the beach for beachcombing and for food, Newport never disappoints. Thanks Mike! I will book again.

Kathleen’s place was so fun and charming. What a great retreat from busy city life. Everything was exactly as described and we had a blissful and romantic retreat. Kathleen even shared some home made cookies with us. We will definitely come back. The property is sitting on 40+ acres so nature is all around us. The property is a beautiful and the host is charming and inviting.

Great place on a beautiful lake! We loved our stay here. I would be aware that the water tastes like dirt so you might want to bring your own or bring drink mixes. Also it says there’s great service but there’s ok service for some providers and virtually none for others. Other than those two things, no complaints!

Cozy and comfortable for three work colleagues traveling for a work meeting in Newport. Appreciated having 3 bathrooms to utilize. Loved making a fire each night to add to the coziness of while we listened to records on the turntable.

The vintage cabin is peaceful, restful and quiet. The view of the river is stunning. Karen notified me ahead of freeze and high-water warnings, which didn't happen but were much appreciated. Karen responded to all requests immediately. I was comfortable my entire stay. Highly recommended.

First time to the Oregon coast. Wonderful sights and sounds of the ocean. Beautiful beaches to visit up and down the coast within easy driving distance.
