Great place! Very cozy and the kitchen was well-stocked.

We had a weekend get together with somebody coming from the Twin Cities, Janesville and Sioux City….Cedar Falls was right in the middle. The house provided lots of visiting space and great amenities. It was a little too brisk to be out on the patio around a fire at night but as the house is located right on a river that would be perfect too. Loved having the shuffleboard, foosball and beanbag games as well. Loved it and would definitely stay here again.

The place is immaculately clean. It has very tasteful decorations, super comfy beds and pillows. Everything was stocked in the kitchen. I just can’t say enough great things about this place. It was perfect for us.

This was my first time visiting Iowa. The visit was on a sad occasion. Jamie's place was so beautiful and peaceful. So much so that my fiancee and are planning a happier occasion trip here solely because of Jamie's place. Great job don't change a thing.

First time in Cedar Falls. Great town. The house is close enough to walk to downtown and most places have outside seating so there’s plenty of places to bring your pup. Our dog loves it. Great yard for a dog!

My family had a wonderful time at the River House. The home was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the river.

The apartment is quite spacious and beautifully decorated with items from around the globe. The living room is great for sitting and visiting. Everything was extremely clean, including the nicely appointed kitchen. I’d definitely recommend this place and will check for availability whenever I need a place to stay in Cedar Falls.

This was a recently built condo. It is clean and well stocked with everything that we needed. Beds were comfortable. Parking was easy. Lovely home and I would stay here again!

Nice downtown location with easy access to cedar valley nature trail. Special touch was the shower supplies and chocolates. Would stay here again.

It was ok but for a place that doesn’t have a stove and the tv stayed on a low volume whole time can’t turn it up so I could barely watch tv for all that it was pricey but other than that the place is wonderful

It was a nice quiet stay. The space was cozy , but not overcrowded. It had the basic amenities. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

We greatly enjoyed our stay while visiting Vinton for our granddaughter’s 1st birthday. The place is nicely decorated, well appointed and comfortable. Mike is responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay again!

This was exactly what we needed for our weekend stay in Waverly. The home was clear and pleasant to stay at. Close to downtown and far enough away for peace and quiet. Would stay again and recommend!
