We had a wonderful four night stay at this charming and well-decorated apartment! The space was cozy and thoughtfully furnished, offering most comforts of home. The parking was convenient, the balcony provided views overlooking the Tay Basin and the fireplace added to the ambience. The town itself is delightful, with plenty of wonderful shops and restaurants (most were still open in January), all within walking distance. We were lucky enough to watch the town's Polar Bear Plunge on New Year's Day. We worked remotely from the apartment for two days, and the environment was peaceful and productive. Communication with the host was excellent both before and during our stay, making the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend!

The location was great for me since I have some land within 5 minutes of his place. Everything was especially clean and really over and above what I needed. I will stay hear again in the future.

spacious clean apartment with small but full kitchen, comfortable living room and comfortable king bed. a little tricky to find .. house numbers small ... and had a bit of trouble at check in .. but Barbara was very responsive to a phone call and greeted us with the key code we needed to get in. no river view as it was fall but just a short walk from house.

could not speak more highly of this listing. the place looked better than the photos, especially the fabulous bathroom. hosts responded within minutes to my messages. impressively - they went above and beyond with stocking the place (there was milk and eggs in the fridge, chocolates left for us, a variety of dinner / cookware, spices, etc). have not seen many airbnbs do that in a while (most provide the bare minimum). location is easily walkable to the main street. we will be returning when we are in next in kingston. thank you andrew and karolina!

This is a beautiful, hidden gem in the Village of Waddington, NY. The apartment has a beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River a gorgeous patio and access to the river. It is beautifully decorated, everything inside is new, we felt we were the first to visit! Finally I can't say enough great things about our hostess, Michele, she made our stay very comfortable! Thank you, we'll be back!

Had a great stay at Kurt’s place. Can easily walk to good restaurants/ shops and down to the water. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Lots of nice touches… granola bars, cream , coffee… Very central location!

A peaceful location next to the lake, with space and everything to stay as much time as needed. A great location for a stay at Kingston !

Wonderful home which our family enjoyed for a Christmas getaway. The decor is charming and the living-room large and inviting for large groups. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

This is our second time at this Airbnb. It’s in a wonderful location, so close to downtown. The house is clean and spacious, and you can’t beat having 2.5 bathrooms.

Jacqualine’s place feels more like you’re staying at a friend’s HOME. Great quality furniture, linens, towels, kitchen essentials, etc. — not just a rental filled with inexpensive furniture and supplies. Beautiful wide windows in the living space that look out at the river. Sturdy dock that was perfect for our kids to swim off of. Private parking with space to turn around so you’re not backing out onto a busy street. Plenty of spots to view amazing sunsets. The list of positives could go on…. Located in a quiet village with a pub, small market, coffee shop and a few boutiques, it’s a great location to set up home base if you want to be within easy driving distance (+/- 25min) of more touristy towns like Clayton and Alexandria Bay but still have some peace and quiet on the river.

Our stay was fantastic. The home is a great size with perfect bedrooms and a great kitchen to cook in. The living room and porch were awesome as well. We loved the dock and the ability to launch our jetskis right across the bay. I will say, prop boats should be fine. Jet boats just be cautious of the seaweed. It didn’t stop the fun though!

Shawn was great at communicating. the place is just as described.And was perfect for me and my team to stay at for a local event. the rate is amazing for what you get.

My family and I had a comfortable stay at the cottage. There was more than enough space for the 7 off us. My toddler enjoyed playing in the sunroom. The location was quiet, yet very close to Clayton and Alex Bay. I would stay here again on a trip to the Thousand Islands.

We adore clayton ! We travel to the area all year and Richard's place was perfect for our winter break . We needed a place to regroup and connect as a family and it was perfect . The space is beautiful , all the design touches and detail really make it welcoming and a place one can relax . The downstairs was a comfy place for our family movie and game nights with our two little ones . The house is just a few blocks from the cafe , local shopping , library and the big park . Richard was kind , responsive , and patient . We were delayed by weather and not only was he understanding but allowed us to stay an extra day so that we got our orginal length of stay booked. I just cant say enough about yhe kindness showed to our family . Dont hesitate to book your stay

This place was perfect for our stay in Clayton. There are amazing restaurants and shopping just a short walk from the Dygert house and you are so close to the Saint Lawerence river.

The space was unique and extremely functional with very chic interiors. Wonderful location. Loved the front porch. Parking was easy and convenient. Would love to return!

This was a perfect place for our little family to stay for a long weekend while visiting family! The location is sublime, walking distance to everything in Clayton! Having our own parking spot was a plus! Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay in Kingston! I’m in Kingston often. The place was lovely and conveniently located near everything I needed, especially Queen’s University where my son attends. The host was very communicative and accommodating—even meeting me late upon arrival. Overall, it perfectly suited my needs for the week, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonder visit . Our family was visiting from Houston and enjoyed everything. Susan was wonderful. We had to contact her about something, and she responded right away, even thought she was about to board a plane. Everything was just perfect. Thank you for the memories.

This condo was perfect! It was extremely clean and well appointed. It had everything needed to ensure a wonderful stay. The location was great! We would definitely love to stay here again!! If I could give it additional stars I would.
