We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

A lovely house with an amazing backyard. The pool was very clean and the water was warm. The villa is in a quiet location which made it perfect to work from or spend a quiet day in the pool/backyard, but taxis were easily available to get us to the nearby town whenever we needed a livelier night out. Lastly, Nezi was very warm and friendly. We're very happy with our choice to stay here and will be looking to return again.

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι , με ιδιωτικότητα, ηρεμία , ωραίοι χώροι , η πισίνα πεντακάθαρη και ιδιωτική. Το σπίτι μέσα είχε ότι χρειαζοσουν δεν χρειάστηκε να αγοράσουμε κάτι έξτρα . δεν βγήκαμε αρκετά βραδιά έξω γιατί αυτή η βεράντα είναι ότι καλύτερο!!! Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ φιλική μας εξυπηρέτησε με το παραπάνω και δεν μας ενόχλησε κανένας κατά τη διαμονή μας . είναι ιδανικό για όσους θέλουν ηρεμία και ιδιωτικότητα , σε έναν πανέμορφο καταπράσινο περιβάλλον. 10/10

I had an amazing stay at Mr. Farouk’s apartment in Trabzon. The hospitality was exceptional, and the breathtaking view of the stunning landscapes made the experience even more special. The place was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly peaceful. Mr. Farouk is a kind and welcoming host, ensuring everything is perfect for a comfortable stay. Mr. Zurab and his family are extraordinary people. They welcomed us very warmly. Thank them for the gifts. The house fully corresponds to the description. We found the ideal cleanliness and environment: comfortable beds and good bed linen, towels and a fully equipped kitchen. I must mention the air conditioners in the living room and bedrooms. The terrace is very large, with furniture, hammocks and a swing. An ideal place to spend time. The yard is big, beautiful and tidy. Good parking place for cars. Great recommendation from all of us. A great place to stay for a large group. The house is 4 stories height with 2 rooms in each floor. All rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. All rooms has their own toilet, squeaky clean and the hot water works well. There is iron with ironing board, kettle, glasses well equipped kitchen utensils Theres fridge in each rooms too Location are superb. U can walk to taksim square and istiklal street, and galata tower is also not far. bus stop is just 3mins walk. We love the place and it makes our stay in istanbul memorable. Definitely worth it 👍

Irma and her family are very warm, attentive and communicative hosts. The house is very cozy, beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Peaceful environment where you can rest well. I recommend it.

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

I and my family had wonderful time at the house. It is very good equipped with everything you may need. Sozopolis holiday village is very beautiful and quiet, with a big pool, and is close to the sea. We enjoyed walks in the village.

Traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer, sehr freundliche Nachbarn, extra Lob an die tolle Bedienung im Restaurant direkt im Haus - wir hatten eine super Woche und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

Our stay at Can’s apartment surpassed our expectations. The apartment is in peaceful and quiet area that is still close to the busy parts of Arnavutköy. The view is absolutely beautiful from the front yard, and the apartment was clean, spacious, organized, and had everything we needed. Can was helpful and friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be staying here again!

Nous cherchions une maison calme, dans la campagne, avec un grand jardin pour deux petits enfants. La maison de Nina s'est révélée à la hauteur de nos attentes, même au fort de l'hiver. Quand l'eau a gelé, un plombier a aussitôt été envoyé par la propriétaire pour résoudre le problème; et la cuisine au poêle à bois fut une merveilleuse expérience. L'endroit est parfait pour se reposer, lire, marcher dans un village modeste, certes, mais très accueillant, aux habitants chaleureux. Commerces accessibles à pied, dont un café-restaurant très agréable. Mention spéciale à la voisine, Stanka, toujours disponible, une belle âme. Nous sommes partis à regret. Une perle d'AirBnb.

Wonderful stay, perfect location, peaceful, superb for focus and creativity. Communication, planning and check-in/out super easy and pleasant with host Orhan. I was there for a week beginning of April. Apartment is exactly as photos, very charming and cozy. Very quiet at night. Slept well. I was there alone working for a few days, before partner joined me. I could work very concentrated and went for long hikes. The forest and multiple hiking paths are right outside the house. Weather at start of April was some cloudy, some sunny, some rainy days. The island sprung into bloom while I was there. Glimpses of sunset over the sea out the window in the evenings. Kitchen with everything for cooking all meals myself. Utterly splendid getaway. After my partner arrived, we had some meals in the center, but generally loved hanging out in the house waving at cats. Apartment is exactly like listing. Wifi is stable and good enough for remote work. Grocery stores 25 min away in the center.

Es war unser erster Bulgarien-Aufenthalt und sicher nicht der letzte! Bereits im Buchungsprozess war Krasimir ein Engel. Im Vorfeld haben wir top Unterstützung bekommen, zB bei der Organisation der Autos. Während unseres Aufenthaltes in Krasimir’s bezaubernden Hauses wurden wir sehr angenehm begleitet von ihm und seiner Mutter, die gemeinsam in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft ein etwas größeres Gästehaus führen. Alle Wünsche wurden prompt und in Krasimirs freundlicher unaufgeregter und immer witzig charmanten Art erfüllt. Wir haben ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen etwas abseits des all-inclusive Trubels gesucht und ein kleines, einfaches, aber umso liebevoller gestaltetes Paradies gefunden. Die Steilküstenstrände sind in höchstens 10 -15 Minuten zu erreichen, und das absolute Highlight war Krasimir’s Angelbootstour um die Klippen von Kaliakra. Musik, Kunst und Kultur gibts inclusive, denn Krasimir organisiert mannigfaltige Veranstaltungen im Dorf und belebt damit die gesamte Gemeinde!
