The house was great! Very convenient location for a football game. There were some noisy neighbors very late at night, but no complaints about the house itself.

Our house was extremely cozy and comfortable. Liz did a great job of being at the property when we arrived and showed us the house and amenities. Excellent hosts!

We had such a wonderful stay in this lovely home! The house is clean, tidy, and well decorated with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. There are lots of windows overlooking the lake and a screened in porch which was perfect for sipping morning coffee. It is close enough to Tuscaloosa and Northport to easily access shopping and restaurants. The owners recommended DePalma’s Italian kitchen which was fabulous and well worth the wait. We did a couple of local hikes, and the hilly, wooded landscape provided beautiful scenery. Even a brisk walk around the neighborhood was so peaceful and lovely. This home is large enough to comfortably accommodate a group with several bedrooms and a large bunkbed room. The beds and linens were cozy, and they provided more than enough bath towels and pillows! The owners of this place have gone above and beyond providing snacks, games, and recommendations on top of what would have already been a dreamy getaway! I can’t wait to return!!

Great alternative than staying in a nearby hotel, gave us extra space and was competitively priced. Host was very responsive and even allowed us to check in early since she had the availability! We would stay here again!

A group if 10 stayed comfortably. The space was clean, cozy and spacious enough for the group. Patsy was such a wonderful host! The group commented on how comfortable the space was (beds, kitchen and common spaces). They also enjoyed feeling close to the the community. They felt safe and taken care of their entire stay. We plan yo travel to Selma again next year and hope to stay again. Highly recommended!

Amy proactively sent us detailed instructions in advance as the location is secluded and GPS doesn’t locate it well. Inside the unit has been nicely remodeled will many homely touches and quality furniture. Cleanliness from top to bottom was PRISTINE. Great stay and though secluded, the location is close to everything we needed. Thanks Amy!

Enjoyed are stay it was are 2nd time staying there. It was very clean and enjoyable place to stay to unwind to relax. The Hosts are great people. Great view just sitting on the porch over looking a nice pond and fishing was good. We will visit again it is so relaxing.

Great place to stay. Quiet and right on the river with a golf course on the other side. Easy to locate with detailed directions and signage.

We enjoyed our vacation at Sheila’s place. Spent time fishing on the river and even caught fish. The house was one of the cleanest vacation homes we have rented. No issues during our stay. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything needed (except a dishwasher). Will definitely check this place out next time we want some quality time on the river.

Increíble stay! Needed some time to get away with the family and recharge and got just that. The beautiful cabin is exactly as pictured and comes stocked with basic essentials to get you going in case you forget something. They even supplied fire wood and Have the coziest sofa to play board games with the family, while listening to the fire crackle.
