We rent a lot of homes every year. This was a 9.5! The home is beautiful and well appointed. Kids loved the bunk room, the pool and the backyard turf. The big big screen TV was also a plus during March Madness. The location is ideal for University activities, but a bit noisy traffic and train wise for those who care. The train can be heard from most locations near the University and downtown, however. The beds were comfortable, and radiant heat a plus. Great house.

Brian is a fantastic host. His place is truly a gem. It’s clean and comfortable and is decorated very well. If you’re looking for a great stay with a very cool pool and hot tub don’t hesitate for a second to book it. It really is an incredible value. Big thanks to him for our great stay.

Really enjoyed my time at Michaels beautiful home. Very great decor and clean! Nice modern multi level home. Super cozzy and the Master bed was amazingly comfortable. The indoor gas fire place was so nice for the evenings. Great kitchen for cooking. Nice setup and even had a garage and nice parking spot. Great communication throughout my stay. Forgot my sound machine and Michael responded within minutes and mailed it back to me within days. I couldn’t believe it! Amazing service and never even charged me. I will definitely stay at Michaels again in the future. 5 stars!!!

This was a beautiful, delightfully decorated space. Teresa put together a comprehensive binder with local information and has stocked the space with amenities you might need during your stay. The decor was fresh and the space was super clean! I would highly recommend this space!

Very clean place. Had everything we needed! My infant even slept well in the room (I was worried about her naps) with the blackout shades! So definitely a plus there. We loved the location. Would stay here again!

Beautiful newly remodeled townhouse that is perfect for families or adults who want separate sleeping quarters. Loved the nostalgia of the occasional distant train whistle!

Our group was traveling to attend two weddings in Missoula and we needed a great, walkable location for our weekend adventures. Janna's place was the perfect spot to reconnect with our group. The space was divided beautifully into some great (kid friendly) bedrooms and play areas. The neighborhood is lovely! Janna communicated with us so well and in such short order. Love this spot - thank you, Janna!

was a fantastic option for our history conference! we loved the location and the house was adorable and cozy, allowing us to spend time together and be comfortable with the full kitchen!

We loved staying at Carrie's home - very peaceful surroundings, comfortable, and and the place had everything you could possibly imagine. One thing that was interesting was that you were only allotted one roll of paper towel and one dishwasher pod for the weekend...that was the only negative of the stay, other than that, it was perfect!

We loved this home and enjoyed our stay! Nathan had everything we could need including a real coffee pot (Thank God). Highly recommend!

Had a great stay! House was cozy and clean with nice linens. 1 bathroom was a little tight for our family of four, but we knew that was going to be the case at booking. We didn’t use the kitchen much since we were mostly sleeping there and hanging out at my brother’s house nearby, but it was huge and well equipped! Neighborhood is quiet and walkable with sidewalks and little traffic. Thanks for the stay!

We had a wonderful time at Luanne’s house! It was well stocked, clean, & very comfortable! It was a nice location with a beautiful view off the back porch. We would definitely recommend this place & will consider when come back to visit Montana!

Kiersten’s place was lovely! I enjoy older homes and felt very comfortable there. I appreciated the quick response when I arrived.

Chelsea's place was a great location to get anywhere around Missoula. Seemed like a 10-15 minute drive to just about anywhere. Map directions for some reason kept taking us to the main street and not the alley, so it was a bit tough to find the first time but afterwards not a problem.
