We were very happy to stay at Eric's place. It was conveniently located near Taylor University and walkable to Main Street Upland. The house was large enough for our family's needs, but small enough to feel quaint. Eric is an experienced AirBnB host, attentive to guest's needs, and committed to an excellence guest experience!

This was one of the cutest little Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. They really thought of everything! It’s a ranch-style house divided into 3 units. This one is small but very well planned. The kitchen is adorable and efficient. I was able to save money and cook for myself and daughter. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was amazing. Even had a little living room area with two recliners and a tv but we didn’t have much time to relax. I’m sad knowing this place will already be booked the next time I visit Taylor University. It’s the perfect walking distance to campus and I didn’t have to stress about parking during homecoming weekend. It really made our visit 100x better. Quiet community. We didn’t even have time to enjoy everything (fire pit, grill, tv) but we napped and cooked! Will def stay here again if it’s available.

This is a wonderful house. It's fully updated, thoughtfully decorated, clean, welcoming and cozy. You'll feel right at home and will want to stay for a while. It's an ideal location for visiting Taylor University. I highly recommend it!

the casa was perfect for a couple of days stay close to campus . it was easy to find , exactly how it was pictured and described ! very clean and attractive one room space with beautiful bathroom and king size comfortable bed ! would stay there again !

Veronica was so gracious to get the place ready after a late checkout from her previous guest and provide a late check in for us. The place is expertly decorated and so peaceful. The kitchen is well thought out and we were able to make meals in to save money. It's a perfect stay, hosted professionally and she welcomed us with extra effort and a smile at an inconvenient time.

Clean. Quiet. Easy walk to Taylor. Comfortable bed. Well lit path to the door. Has everything you need. Will definitely consider returning.

This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Taylor University. Allison was very friendly and helped me feel at home right away.

This place is awesome! It is super comfy and very very nice. Alec and Alexa are great hosts and very kind. They are super flexible. The apartment is awesome and had lots of space. Very Very nice place:)
