Fantastic time staying here on my 2nd visit. I stayed for a few weeks and felt right at home the whole time. Danielle was always on hand if I had a question. She was always very friendly and polite. Would highly recommend! I look forward to staying again.

What an amazing 2 night's stay my wife and I and family had in Kate and her families beutiful rustic lodge in there beutiful and safe secure grounds, The lodge was lovely inside and out,very idyllic with lots of character supplied with everything we could need for our stay,lovely kitchen finished to a high spec,luxurious bath complementd by the calming LED lights,the large rustic clean and comfortable bedroom and bed was lovely with a great view of the alpacas and horses in the morning(wich were all very friendly and a great added experience),the large living space and huge couch(bed settee) and leather chair are so comfy and the log burner with endless supply of dried chopped logs really makes you To top our stay off,Kate was a perfect host very friendly and attentive making sure we wanted for nothing but also giving us the privacy we were expecting,it was an absolute pleasure to meet Kate and her family and stay in there lodge,thank you and we can't wait to book again very soon.

What a lovely place to stay, the house was beautifully decorated and really clean. Also in an amazing location, it’s an easy walk to the front. The house was stocked with lots of essentials, including kitchen appliances, cutlery, and toilet paper. There was even some food left for us, like milk, bread and cereal. I thought it was really nice that there was the thoughtful addition of items like hair ties, deodorant, and nail files - little things you might forget. There were lots of games to play, and the hot tub was warm for when we got there, which was also really clean. There’s not a proper cover over the hot tub though, so that would be a nice addition if possible so people can use it in poorer weather. Thank you for a lovely stay! :)

This was our second stay with James and Connie and we will definitely be using this as our Blackpool base again and again. The house just feels like our second home 😁. It smells so lovely when you walk in. The place is so clean and the beds super comfy. I ( Lainey ) rarely sleep well when I am away from home but I sleep well when I’m at James and Connie’s Air BnB. Bonus too is it has a second bathroom which is great when getting ready for the day. This couple are so responsive if you need help in any way.Stay here. You won’t regret it Lainey and Eric

The absolute most beautiful home! The house was exquisite, the fews were insane and walking distance to the breck! Amazing. I will definitely be staying here again

Jennifer was an excellent host from the moment we made the booking. She was very quick to respond to all the messages and very accommodating to requests. Was easy and friendly to communicate with. The house was above expectations and the whole family loved the stay. Especially the kids. Very homely, clean and spacious. The rooms were great sizes. Even though we were 14 in our group we managed to work with the 3 bathrooms. With separate rooms to eat drink sleep and play. A stone away from the beach. Also Not far from the main attractions. Checkin was super easy and house was immaculate on arrival. The rainy days didn’t put a damper on any part of our stay. Choice to go out or stay in was great. Will happily rebook.
