Loved the hot tub and cinema room, beds were comfy! Would definitely stay again

Ivy Farm Cottage No.2 was absolutely beautiful. Very very clean. Had every thing we needed. The hot tub was amazing, the hottest one we've been in! The owners were lovely and so was Ellie and Sox (horses), and Ronnie the dog. Ronnie loved dishes out kisses! We will definitely return. Thank you for a fabulous stay :-)

Bradley was a lovely host, professional, polite, and helpful. The company that is used to manage or clean the property were also great, very responsive and professional. The house was beautiful, a little bit of wear and tear but absolutely nothing to bother me in any way. The hot tub was excellent and very much enjoyed! There were towels, the linens were clean and stylish, toilet roll and hand soap provided as well which is great as I forgot to bring any! The house was huge too! And perfect location. Lovely neighbours. Drive big enough for my 7 seater. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again soon. Thanks Bradley x

Great place for family, host is very friendly…We enjoyed our 2 days stay, very peaceful and lovely jacuzzi. If you want a great time then this is defo the place.

A beautiful home, spotlessly clean and lots of thoughtful extras. An easy walk to the centre of Poulton and all the great restaurants and bars. Julia was extremely responsive and friendly. We had a lovely, relaxed break.

We had a fantastic stay with our friends and family, everyone was spotless clean and the house is a dream. I have never stayed in such a beautiful, stylish, warm and classy place. Ros is an absolutely fantastic host, very welcoming and happy to support. I appreciate so much your quick responses especially during holiday season. The fireplace and hot tub are the cherry on the cake, makes the whole atmosphere so warm. I would 100% recommend this place, it’s even more nicer in reality.

Beautiful ‘home from home’. Everything was pristine, linen, decor, cleanliness. Absolutely faultless on that. Great amenities in the house including hot tub, cold plunge, cinema room which the kids loved! We were meant to be staying with friends and they ended up not being able to make it last minute so Nicola got us some bored games sent round from Tim who is absolutely brilliant if you need anything! Overall experience was fab! I just think it’s such a shame the cleaning fee was extortionate and air b n b add a hefty fee. But that may be out of there control. Great location and we defo want to go back in the summer as it would be a great stay if you don’t fancy going abroad!

Honestly one of the best apartments I’ve ever been. If I could give it 10 stars I would easily. Stayed here with my partner and little girl, felt like home away from home. Equipped with everything we needed and more! We couldn’t get enough of the place. Didn’t really do much or explore the locality but we enjoyed walking along the beach. Definitely coming back soon!

stayed overnight. from start to finish easy process, everyone local very welcoming, beautiful place, immaculately clean. everything we needed, visited pub at side and again found very welcoming highly recommended and would definitely stay again

This place was beautiful. The area was private and peaceful right on the edge of Becon Fell national park so could access a walk within seconds of check in, which we loved. The lodge had everything we needed too it was a home from home. The hosts provided bread milk and fresh eggs too on arrival and they were delicious and such a lovely touch. Beds were really comfortable and all the facilities were great. The hot tub was great too, however it’s quite hard to get started if you’ve not got any experience starting a fire. The owners provide information and a video but we didn’t spot this until several failed attempts. However once it was going it was amazing! And a real perk of the lodge. I would highly recommend this stay.

We only stayed the night for our anniversary but it was amazing definitely booking again for a full weekend

Absolutely loved our stay here the night after we got married, was the perfect place to celebrate just the two of us ❤️ we loved it that much we’ve already booked to try one of the other lodges on our 1st wedding anniversary!

We had a fantastic stay at Ash’s place. He could not have done more for us to make sure our stay was just what we wanted. Caravan has everything you need and every detail thought of. The site itself is peaceful, clean, tidy, yes it’s under construction but it did not affect our stay. We went to chill in the hot tub and escape reality which is exactly what we got. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely go back.

A really wonderful stay. The cabin was perfect, with the best view of the lake, and with easy access to kayaks, a private hot tub and a fire pit, it was incredible. A beautiful location and a really peaceful getaway. Adam was super helpful and responsive.
