Black's Beach : locations de vacances

This was a great place to stay with my family. The streets were quiet at night and we did not experience any construction noise. The parking situation can be difficult at times with a family of six, but we adjusted quickly with no real issues. The parking accommodations were explained to us before arriving. There is plenty to do within walking distance of the house including the beach.

The location is perfect. One block to the beach. Enjoyed using the bikes every day and the beach chairs. Super basic cooking stuff but had what we needed. The place was super clean. Appreciated that! Good instructions for the house.

I loved this cottage, it’s location, and our experience. The exterior: private, behind a wooden fence steps away from the sidewalk, with the cutest succulent garden with some tasteful décor. The interior: meticulously curated vintage and retro-style pieces, always something to look at, I appreciate that it wasn’t an IKEA bulk order but a lot of love and care and personality. And it’s SO clean and doesn’t feel cluttered at all! I loved the round yellow bathroom tile, the kitchen sink, the leather chair and ottoman in the living room. So many gems all around. Katrina was a gem herself!!! My toddler got sick (yuck) in bed the first night, and K came to our rescue the next morning with new linens, completely kindhearted and understanding. Related- the free laundry was a godsend to have with a kid, and to simply not have to pack a ton! And the beach gear, stocked supplies in the cabinets, they thought of everything! ❤️

Easy access, quiet space, thoughtful touches. The 30 bus is a great inexpensive way to visit up and down the beach communities. I’d happily return.

Our stay was fantastic! The place was very nice, clean,private and the location is centrally located and close to all that San Diego as to offer. We loved the outside kitchen and the patio with the jacuzzi is a place to relax and escape. The only down side is the noise busy street but the double fences, gates and the plants helps shelf you. We will definitely choose this place again if we come back to S Diego! Thank you so much Ricardo!!!

It was a beautiful view and easy to access all the fun San Diego adventures.

Family stayed a week for spring break. The little apartment was perfect. Clean and well stocked. 2 blocks from the beach, restaurants and shops. The beach gear provided was absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the stay and the location. Jessica was super responsive and helpful. We had forgot something at home and she offered to mail it to us :) Will definitely recommend for everyone's stay :)

Many thanks to Renee for being such a great host! We were extremely happy with our stay. Everything was as described, the location was perfect, and the house was quiet, clean and comfortable. Only thing to note is that the driveway is very steep! If you plan on parking on the street, make sure you are able to climb a short, sharp incline to access the home.
