Lovely place to relax for the few days between Christmas and NY. Spent the days walking with the dogs and then back for the hot tub! Really quiet area with not much around but that was exactly what we wanted. Thank you

Kirsty is a wonderful host. Brilliant communication and flexible for our needs. she provided local recommendations that we took and were worth it! The cottage was ideal sized for the two of us, and well equipped. The stairs to the bedroom are narrow, but this is explained in the listing so expected and just had to be careful after a prosecco! The fresh milk was delicious and gratefully received! Thank you for a lovely stay and for being such a great and understanding host.

Really lovely property, perfect for our family of 5. From the moment we arrived it felt really welcoming, the cottage had everything we needed for our stay and help us feel at home. The beds were really comfortable and a good size, and the sofa bed was made up for us as requested. Even better, the sofa bed was just off the main living area with a separate door so it felt like a private space. Our son reported that it was a bit less comfortable than the main beds but still ok. The only downside if anything was that the bathroom doors did not have locks which the teenagers were not so happy about! Despite being close to a train line there was very little noise and the kids loved that they could hear the cows in the background and see wild rabbits in the garden. We were quite easily able to get a taxi back from the White Hart where we ate one evening, but were glad we had done a supermarket shop before arriving as there are no facilities to be found close by. Fabulous place to stay!

Lovely, comfortable property within walking distance of the centre of Skipton. Very accommodating - especially when we were stuck in the snow! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Waterfall Cottage is a great home in a wonderful location. The home is clean, warm & very well equipped. The bed was so comfortable & lovely fresh linen, we slept so well. Matthew is a great host; incredibly helpful and really responsive. The garden is lovely & very pretty with the waterfall. All of the walkers we met in Earby were super friendly & the Red Lion Pub was a welcomed bolt hole after a long day walking. We will definitely be returning; so much to explore locally & Waterfall Cottage is the perfect base.

Great location, nice and quiet area but very close to the centre of Manchester to get to all the attractions.

Lovely house - perfect for spending family time together. Really peaceful location, this coupled with the very comfy beds, meant we slept really well, the perfect start to the new year! Lots of space, 2 sitting areas and a large kitchen meant we could enjoy time together without feeling we were on top of one another. 3 great pubs in the village that serve good food and very close to Clitheroe for supermarkets/shops.

Beautiful place to stay, everything was perfect! Loved the little extra touches, such as prosecco on arrival, chocolates on the bed and slippers/robes. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

We had a lovely weekend in Amber's cottage. The location was perfect with a short walk to the town and lots of nearby walks from the doorstep. The three double rooms were very comfortable and the cottage had everything you could need. Amber was quick to respond to a few questions and a great host. Sitting in the spring sunshine for breakfast in the garden with the birds and the sound of the church bells on our last day was perfect.
