Had a great stay at Stephens celebrating my birthday with family at my favourite place. The house was in a great location close to the beach and the town. Everything was spotless and the house was so welcoming. The washer and dryer came in handy with two kids especially after daily trips to the beach! Great communication from Stephen and somewhere we'd definitely come back to. Thanks for a lovely stay!

A perfect base for visiting family. Had exactly what we needed and loved the extra touches of milk in the fridge and hamper of goodies in the kitchen. A very clever set up. Communication with Eira was easy, helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We so enjoyed our 3 night stay. The house was so stunning with everything you could possibly want for a comfortable and relaxing time. The beds were amazing too! I can’t think of anything to say which describes how thrilled we were with it all. Germaine is truly the best host she responded immediately to any messages and was kind and friendly. We recently stayed for a weekend , the house was easy to find, and in a wonderful location. The house it's self is huge, and really beautiful, we had everything we needed, and enjoyed a lovely relaxing stay. We were incredibly lucky to have amazing weather, and it was fabulous to wake up and look out over the beautiful sunny golf course. I only wish we could have stayed for longer, we will definitely return.

The bungalow exceeded our expectations, they had though if everything and more. We would recommend this place to stay at for our friends and family. Very quiet and peaceful place with sea views in the distance. Only ten minute walk into the village where the beach is dotted with lovely cafes, deli, local shops and more places to eat.

Lovely little cottage in the perfect spot for a quiet Welsh getaway. Really close to everything we needed in town and a great location for exploring Snowdonia by car!

I’d definitely recommend adding more photos to the listing. The place seemed lovely upon booking but really felt undersold once we were there. Great accommodation, kind welcome hamper and cozy atmosphere. Would come back and would highly recommend!

Visited here for a weekend break with 2 of my friends. Dyfan’s home was cleaned to the highest standard. We had everything we needed during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the little fire in the living room made the room feel very cosy. Dyfan was a great host, friendly and responsive and offered us a late check out due to not having another booking that day which made our stay even more stress free. Thank you so much! We really enjoyed our stay. The place is perfectly located and within minutes of the nearest beach in Criccieth. The high street and promenade are also extremely close and made all of the lovely parts of the town very accessible. Ann was very friendly and happy to help. The place was well looked after and cared for.

Our stay at Damien’s place was absolutely perfect! From the smooth check-in process to the stunning views, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere for relaxation. The jacuzzi was a fantastic bonus—it made our stay even more enjoyable! Waking up to the beautiful view in the morning was truly a treat. Damien was a great host, ensuring everything was seamless. We had an amazing time making memories here and would highly recommend this place to everyone. Without a doubt, a well-deserved 5-star experience! Looking forward to returning in the future!

Lovely property and short stroll to the seafront to watch the sunset. Sue was really helpful and responsive to messages. Lovely gesture of milk in the fridge and treats left for us. Bed was super comfy and it was lovely and quiet. Thanks so much

The Stables was near all the shops and restaurants in Ruthin and close to the castle where we were going in the morning for a spa day. The apartment was characterful and cosy and ideal for myself and 2 other adult friends. The lack of parking at the accomodation wasn't an issue as the cark park on Dog lane was very close and only £4 for 24 hours. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the nearby small plates. I can't comment on how easy it was to find the Stables as we arrived in Ruthin a few hours before check in and just happened to stumble across the accomodation while we were looking around the town. Overall a very enjoyable stay in a lovely town.

We stayed here as a party of 7 for a friend's birthday, the location was easy to find on a friends iPhone however on Google maps the postcode took us to a holiday lodge a mile up to road, so be careful if using Google maps. Maria was excellent as accommodating the room layouts we needed and instructing us on how to access the building. The bnb itself was lovely, everything was spotless and as described. the pub underneath serves amazing food too, the shop opposite has everything you could need. we would definitely return to this location if and when we're in the area again

Great little gem of a place, right on the seafront at Barmouth. We were grateful that Geoff gave us advance notice that we could arrive a bit earlier for checking in, which helped us make the most of our stay. It was lovely to be greeted with a bottle of Prosecco too, a very generous welcome. The place is lovely, is exactly as described, it was quick to heat up after we arrived (we visited in February), the facilities seemed great, although we didn’t do any cooking during our stay. Bed was comfy, although at 6’4”, I found it a little small for me. Bathroom is lovely, plenty big, very clean and everything works well. The location is brilliant - you can see the sea and it’s a short walk to both the beach and the town, including Barmouth’s pubs and restaurants. Barmouth is a beautiful little seaside town, with its long beaches, mountainous backdrop, great places to eat and drink - it’s massively underrated. Geoff was very friendly and responsive, I would recommend and we will stop again

You get a really homely feel here - very relaxing - you can really kick back and enjoy the super waterside garden and all the amazing treats on offer - it really is a one-of-a-kind AirBnB - everything has been thought about - and I mean everything. Clothes brush? tick. Magnifying mirror for make-up? tick. ... Sue and Pete even printed out the weather forecast! How superb is that?! Thank you so much - you really are amazing!"

This was our third time staying at Alyson’s wonderful apartment, and we loved it just as much as before! The place is perfectly clean, comfortable, and ideally located, making it ideal for exploring. The added bonus of a parking space is incredibly convenient. Alyson is a fantastic host—super flexible and always easy to communicate with, which makes the experience stress-free. We can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay. Maranne is a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. The flat was nicely decorated and very clean with a well equipped kitchen and an amazing view. We recommend staying at Maranne's accomodation.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was lovely, spotless, and in a fantastic location. All the extra touches made it feel so welcoming and comfortable. Both Jen and Sean were great hosts. They provided plenty of information before our arrival, including clear directions, check-in details, and local recommendations, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Loved staying here. Felt like a home from home! For the price we thought it was great and had everything we needed. We wanted to stay local to Barmouth so this was perfect for what we were looking for to enjoy my husbands birthday weekend! Thanks Katie, we will hopefully be back in the future!
