Lovely stay at Emma's place, cosy, comfortable and peaceful. Definitely recommend it to those who want a really quiet getaway. Facilities are great, all you need and very well equipped. Good access to the Brecon Beacons, well within walking distance. All the shops you need are in Brecon, so really easy to stock up. Thanks Emma.

Nick’s place was absolutely perfect for our 1 night stay as we were heading to Cardiff for 6 Nations game. He was so accommodating and actually let us have access abit earlier so we could head over to Cardiff in plenty of time. It was clean, nicely furnished, comfy bed and cosy for the 4 of us. Really easy to find and ample places to park. Will def stay again

I enjoyed staying at Gillian's cottage and I want to return . There is a cycle path nearby which I want to explore on lighter evenings.

I loved everything about this place, the bed was very comfy and the location was perfect. The bath and shower are wonderful and so is the soap and shower gel and linens available. I loved the eco friendly toilet paper too. Two points to note: there was no chopping board I could see? Fortunately most of my food was already prepared so it was not a big deal. And I believe it is the hot water tank that makes a noise intermittently? So, if you're a light sleeper like me, you'll need ear plugs despite being in very quiet and peaceful countryside. I loved my stay here it was very special and I would stay again when visiting the brecons!

A very enjoyable stay here. Kitchen was fully kitted out with everything needed. Location is a short walk to the town centre. Short drive to Pen y Fan. A lovely house and was a very fair price. Would recommend!

We really had an amazing stay in this lovely cottage and I would highly recommend it. The cottage was very clean and is really well laid out for a comfortable stay for 6 people, great facilities and a really nice local pub in a beautiful part of Wales.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lyndons property. The property was immaculate and we loved the attention to detail (Lyndon had even gone to the effort of pre-preparing the fires!) which made us feel right at home. The property is in a great location with easy access to walks and other attractions in South Wales. Definitely recommend and we look forward to visiting again 👍

Wonderful stay in a house which felt just like home . Huge kitchen and table to sit around talking , playing games and having fun . We loved it here and will defo be back in the future .

An unforgettable stay for a special occasion! We booked this house for my sisters 40th Birthday celebrations and it did not disappoint! About a 20-minute drive from Cardiff which was convenient when venturing out for food and drinks (I would advise pre booking travel as we got stung on return taxis) The check-in was very friendly and informative. The host made sure we had all the details we needed, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was just as described in the listing with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. Everything you could need was provided, including a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The place had all the essentials, and it was clear the host put a lot of care into making sure everything was available. This was our third visit to the caravan and we are never disappointed. The location is spot on, quiet with only a 2 minute walk to the wonderful Newton beach. The caravan was spotless and had all the amenities you would need. This is becoming our relaxing, soul recharging bolthole and will be definitely returning. Thank you Sara.

We had a wonderful few days here. The excellent location made it easy getting to some fantastic waterfall walks. Short drive to Brecon for the supermarket and takeaways. The house is gorgeous and the log fire and hot tub welcoming after a day exploring the superb surrounding area. Clare gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and there was essentials and treats to make us feel at home. We would loved to stay there again and would recommend it highly.

Three friends in their 40’s away for a short weekend. Perfect place to catch up. Pool was wonderful to have. Pub a stones throw away. Easy to stroll around the country lanes and fields. Very clean in all rooms and kitchen well equipped for cooking. Jacqui was on hand whilst respecting our privacy. We would return.

We stayed at Emma's house for a family weekend, it was perfect. The kids loved the pool, the tennis court was really fun, the house was spacious and beautiful. Emma was really helpful. the beds were comfy, the kitchen was fabulous. Thanks so much for a perfect weekend.

Lovely hidden family staycation! Lovely location with loads of parking Easy check-in 13 mins drive to Breacon! Brilliant hot tub with amazing views (Only comment would be Chlorine content was a tad high for anyone with sensitive skin) Kitchen and bathroom were clean and cosy! Kitchen is fully equipped with amenities (Sauce pots and trays were available but no frying pans which is no big deal) Lovely welsh biscuits on arrival! Definitely recommend for a lovely retreat!

As a new driver I was worried about travelling to this location but the local road users were all patient. We went to a few shops in the area and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The location can be a concern for driving but once you get the the house it is well worth it for the beautiful view, lovely house with lots of amenities and things to do such as the hot tub and games room. The kitchen is well stocked and tracy is very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage over Christmas. The home is exactly as described and identical to the photos shown. Loved how responsive Meryl was to my messages and that she added some little Christmas touches for our stay. We found some lovely walks a short drive away and we loved exploring the area. The double bed in the main bedroom was super comfy and the home had all items we needed to ensure we had a lovely stress free break. Thanks so much Meryl. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic stay at Craig's place, lovely house! There was a problem with the heating but Craig did everything he could to sort it out within a very quick time and communicated throughout. Thank you so much for everything, the snacks were very well received and everything we needed was there. We would recommend this place.

Fab stay for three nights. Mandy and Ray very helpful and attentive. Try out the Reform Club just up the road; lovely welcome from the locals and dog friendly. Few minor things to note... it probably states it on the property description but there is no hob. It's not easy to see this on the images. An air fryer and slow cooker are available. The radiator probably needs an upgrade as the setting icons are worn; Ray's on it! The hut sits relatively below the main road passing Argoed, so if staying midweek, expect to hear some traffic 8-9am rush hour.

We had a fantastic stay – the place suited our needs perfectly! It was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The host went the extra mile, leaving thoughtful touches like nibbles, wine, and delicious breakfast brioche, which we appreciated. A great experience all around – highly recommend it!

Hughs Chapel Sunday School is a perfect place to stay. We stayed for 4 nights so it gave us time to explore both locally and further afield. It is on a steep hill but there are a couple of walks right on the doorstep. Ivan gave us plenty of suggestions for walks too. The pub down the road is really friendly too. The accommodation was spotless, it has beautiful views and we loved sitting in the garden taking it all in.

Lovely place and area, great for walks directly from the apartment and the outside area was lovely to relax in. Perfect for a getaway, especially with dogs. We felt very welcomed and appreciated the host going out of their way to make it a relaxing stay. Thanks again!
