Lovely apartment! Super close to the gondola and walking distance to lots of lovely bars and restaurants! The place was warm, cozy, and had everything we needed. No complaints whatsoever. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed 3 weeks in this place. Couldn't ask for a better experience. The place is beautiful and well kept, and really makes you feel at home. We enjoyed the huge balcony with the beautiful view to the mountain and the cherry trees. Emo and Elena are very friendly, and did everything to make us feel welcome. They proposed to come to clean (in the middle of our stay!), they brought new towels and bed linen, and even chocolate, fruits from the trees, and home-made Rakia. Even when they did so they always left it at the door and texted about it, so we feel we have our privacy. I stayed in many Airbnb apartments, and this one was definitely one of the best experiences, both because of the quality of the place and the amazing hospitality of Emo and Elena.

Valerie is an excellent host. Very friendly and responsive. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Spacious for 4 adults with room for children. The location is an easy walk to both the Gondola and the town. Great spot. Will definitely go back.

Dimitar's place is clean, cozy and comfortable, with a nice view of the countryside and the mountains in the distance. I stayed during the off-season, and the whole area was quiet and peaceful. It's about a 15-minute walk to the main part of town, and there are lots of trails nearby. I recommend it.

Matt und Monica sind super Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation mit den beiden lief super. Wenn wir etwas benötigt haben, haben sie schnell geantwortet und sich direkt darum gekümmert. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Sie ist gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Rundum war es perfekt! Emilija ist immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas braucht oder Fragen hat. Das Apartment ist sehr gepflegt, gemütlich und weist einen sehr hohen Standard auf. Für alles ist gesorgt, sei es Spiele für die Familie oder Fahrräder für einen Ausflug. Es ist bis zum Ende einfach durchdacht. Das Panoramafenster lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool, Sauna und Fitness ist wirklich inklusive. Bei allen anderen AirBnb Angeboten ist es am Ende nur gegen einen Aufpreis zu erhalten. Alles was Emilija in der Macht steht, ist einfach perfekt. Leider gibt es ein paar Punkte zu dem Hotel. Es gibt wirklich sehr wenig Parkplätze im Komplex. Wenn die Hochsaison ist, könnte man hier ein Problem kriegen. Zudem waren die Pools nicht sehr einladend. Durch die grünliche Farbe, haben wir uns nicht getraut dort hinein zu gehen. Es wirkt so, als ob das Hotel hier und da Einsparungen machen würde. Aber leider kann hier Emilija nichts dafür. Das ist so schade... aber wir buchen wieder!

We had a great long weekend at the apartment. The view from the balcony is just breathtaking. Peaceful location. The apartment is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The host is very friendly and responsive. We will definitely return.

I personally recommend this place for future visitors. It's small neat and has all one needs. Location is great and easy to access all the places near the main Gondola station in Bansko. Yordan is very responsive and proactive for communicating with the guest. Moreover l, will help out if an issue arises. Overall, it was a great Airbnb experienceand & I'd gladly come back.

Уютен и приветлив апартамент, модерен и чист. Невероятна гледка, като в същото време е на близко пешеходно разстояние от центъра. Уникално отношение от Диференте 2020’s, което ни накара да се почувстваме като желани гости.

Milko’s place was exactly as the picayune showed, clean and modern. Milko was always there when ever we need anything! And it was close to the gondola

It was lovely staying at the apartment, not too far from the bottom gondola, but far enough to be slightly quieter and more relaxed in the evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay :)

Die Unterkunft hat gehalten was sie versprochen hat und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Auch im Sommer ist sie gut geeignet. Elena war auch sehr hilfsbereit und konnte uns sehr gut bei unseren Anliegen helfen, vielen Dank dafür! Nachts haben neben dem Bett der WLAN Router und Fernseher geleuchtet was wir als etwas anstrengend wahrgenommen haben. Ansonsten alles tiptop!

We were very happy with Kal's place. It was weep kept and roomy, and had everything we needed for our stay, including extra towels, pillows and blankets. The apartment was heated when we arrived, which was really nice after a long day of traveling! He also left us cold drinks in the fridge, which wax an unexpected but much appreciated perk! Throughout our stay, Kal checked in to make sure everything was ok, and his response time when i had a question was really quick! Definitely recommended!

The place was amazing. There was everything you can need for a trip. The location was well explained, there was also a place to leave your car. It is exactly as the pictures. Plamen was very helpful!

Dimitar's apartment is laid out over 2 storeys on the top floor of an apartment block. It has a balcony that fills the kitchen with morning sun. It is comfortable and peaceful. There is a spacious ground floor with a wood stove and comfy armchairs, a bar and pool table where people meet. I enjoyed playing chess with some of the locals there. There is also a really nice sauna and swimming pool. Dimitar recommended we use Totem ski for hiring equipment which is extremely conveniently located near the gondola and only a short walk from the apartment. So we kept our ski equipment there over night. We found Bansko generally to be a fun destination. The locals are unpretentious and the area is laid back. The gondolas, lifts and mountain bars made skiing easy. The landscape itself is a real pleasure with woodland between pistes filled with the paw prints of foxes and rabbits. Apparently in the summer there are bears!!! ps I would recommend speaking to Bobi at Sankiyski about skiing lessons.

great place to stay if you want to be out from the party atmosphere, shuttle during ski season was really helpful, but you can easily walk to the gondola in 25 minutes. very easy check in and check out. Also the buffet in the hotel is really great value for money. The apartment has everything you need and is clean. would stay again!

We had a great stay. The appartement is cozy, exactly as described and shown on the photos. It is perfectly located next to the spa reception. Tanya was a great host.

Great place to stay, perfect location. Pool, hot tub and sauna was great after a day of skiing. Close to gondola and restaurants in town.

We stayed as a family of four for a ski holiday and the apartment was in a perfect location to be able to walk to a gondola and to access all the local amenities including restaurants and supermarkets. Anna was really quick at responding when I did have a question. The apartment is really comfortable and offers everything you need for a lovely holiday including beautiful Mountain views. Will certainly stay here again. Highly recommend!

Communication with the host was great at the start and then was put in contact with the management company who was also very responsive and proactive. I had one fault with the facilities in the apartment and between the management company and host they provided alternative solutions and resolved the issue. Location is great as you can cross the road and be on the ski road down to the gondola. I booked my ski rental and pass separately however I am now aware there is a rental shop right next door to the apartment and they can arrange this with discount. It was our first family ski holiday and we are considering Bansko again for next time and if we go again we would definitely stay at the apartment again.
