This place worked great for our group of 12! We had plenty of room in the dining room to eat, and everyone had a place to sleep. It’s a beautiful old house with all the uniqueness of older buildings - our kids had fun opening doors and discovering new things. As the advisor of a group of kids, the creaking stairs made it easy to know when they were all waking up. I thought parking on Grand Avenue would be a nightmare but it was just fine. Crystal was amazing to work with and super cooperative - she was a dream to communicate with. I would recommend!

This place was perfect for my family. The Sauna in the basement was excellent bonus for us. Very centrally located next to everything. The kitchen had everything you need to make a gourmet meal for the family!

This was our second stay here for a sporting event in Blaine. Dottie's home is inviting and big enough for a group to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked to allow for cooking at the home. We enjoyed being able to come back between games and stream our opponents games while hanging out on the comfy couches. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, we all had plenty of time and space to get ready in the mornings. Dottie is very responsive to messages and easy to work with. We hope to be back again!

We stayed for a long weekend with our adult children and grandchildren. We had stayed at this place many years ago when owned by the previous owner, we loved the transformation. It was just a beautiful place. The pool was a huge hit, pool room full of fun pool toys and floats for the kids. The kids absolutely loved it. A nice upper balcony for the nonswimmers to watch the fun also. There was not a main floor bedroom, 3 great bedrooms upstairs and 2 in the basement, along with a smaller family room down there that the kiddos enjoyed while playing video games. Carbone's pizza was a few miles away and they delivered! The expansive kitchen/dining area was amazing. The only very minor suggestion would be in that large kitchen to have a second set of silverware. There were only a total of 8 forks for our family of 11. Obviously did not detract from how nice of a place this is and we would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This is a thoughtful space with a really unique layout. Loved having the big table in the window with all the plants. Was only in town for two nights and did not have time to enjoy the sauna but it looked fantastic. I was able to sleep here comfortably, walk to a ton of great spots in the area, and host a few colleagues to do some brainstorming in the living room. Really great!

Tim is a good host to communicate with and to solve our concerns very quickly. The house is clean and well organized. Worth every dollar I paid. Overall great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the manor on the river! We planned a family weekend with 10 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves - the bedrooms and living spaces are comfortable and well-designed. We loved the built-in activity options including ping pong, billiards, the grand piano, and the hot tub! The home's spacious common areas and tall windows provided plenty of light and warmth, even during the chilly March weather. Brian was a generous and communicative host. He provided clear check-in instructions, and answered any questions we had throughout our stay. We would recommend this home to others, and would love to visit again someday!

Loved the peace & quiet.

This is my third time staying at this apartment and it is as wonderful as I remembered. The apartment is lovely and they provide all the amenities you would need. It is in a great neighborhood in Minneapolis and very close to everything.

Very flexible and great communication. Highly suggest for students who are rotating at the VA hospital.

I enjoyed my time staying at Zina and John’s unit. It is conveniently located near the Minneapolis Institute of Art and a bus station which allows great flexibility to use public transit to get around the city. The unit itself is spacious with a kitchen area. The bed was comfy and there is no noise at night. The lamp and a desk also fits my need to work during the stay. Thank you so much! This is truly a memorable trip for me! Will recommend to other travelers! I look forward to my next adventure in Minneapolis!

We were only at Sara's place for one night. It was cozy and comfortable, not too fancy but just what we were looking for. A very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of options for restaraunts and coffee shops. The bed is huge, the biggest bed I've ever slept in and very comfortable. A great place, but watch the stairs going up are quite steep, was glad that the driving rain did not turn to ice, could have made for a tricky exit. It's a great little place! Would stay there again. we had an awesome stay, the unit is very comfy and warm even in the subzero temps this winter. easy self check in and totally private space. 10/10!

Had such a comfortable stay here. I loved the balcony and the bathtub quite a lot. Host is extremely helpful as well. I would recommend this place and I hope to stay here again

We had a great time staying with John & Zina! Not only did their place perfectly match the description and photos, but it was in such a great location. We were easily able to walk to downtown MPLS and take uber/lyft everywhere else. The neighborhood was calm, quiet, and everyone was so friendly. Being across from MIA was such a treat! John and Zina gave us great recommendations, left a lovely note with instructions and some history of the place, and made us feel right at home. I would love to stay with them again!

Really nice place. Roomy and clean. Walkable to beach. Jeckll island is a laid back place. Great if you want to slow down

Seana was an excellent, responsive host, and her place is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location is ideal— right by several quality restaurants and near the lake— and the apartment is well equipped with tea, coffee, and a great spot by the window where you can enjoy them in the morning.

If I could give ten stars, I would. This was the best AirBNB I’ve ever booked. Incredibly friendly and responsive owner, beautiful house in a perfect location. The house was spotless and welcoming, beds are so cozy and comfortable. Walkable to the lakes and plenty of local shops and restaurants. Quiet street in a charming neighborhood. My local friends were so impressed with this house they’ve saved it to recommend to all their out of town visitors. Can’t wait to come back!

Came to town to check out a concert at the Uptown Theatre. This spot was a 10 minute walk away from venue. The neighborhood also is full of diverse cafes and restaurants. Would def recommend this spot 👍

overall, this place exceeded our expectations on every level. the host was extremely helpful and responsive. the condo was beautifully updated and had great amenities. there is plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the patio and deck. there is also a great outdoor deck and club house for even more room. this was awesome!

Karen's spot was a great place to spend a month! The apartment had a lot of charm, and included everything I could've needed. The neighborhood around the apartment was gorgeous - I spent a lot of time in Powderhorne Park. Karen was very attentive when things needed checking in on, too. All around great.

Adam’s place was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the nice dinning room table for family meals. Kitchen was as stocked with plenty of cutlery and culinary items. Perfect place for the kids and I for the weekend.

Jerome and Maria were excellent Hosts. Excellent location very quiet neighborhood and close to every thing. The house is beautiful and very clean and comfortable beds. Will definitely be looking for to staying there again.

John’s place was great and served its purpose. Three of us stayed at the property and it was comfortable. The space matched the description and the pictures. John was very responsive we arrived 15 minutes before our check-in time and he made immediate arrangements for us to gain access. The spaces were clean and well kept. John provided clear instructions and provided everything we needed to feel right at home.
