Eric's home was perfect for our big group going on a long weekend getaway. The house was very spacious to host our large group with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Eric was always responsive and a pleasure to communicate with!

We had a wonderful stay at Jacqueline’s place. The hero of the stay is the backyard - perfect for dogs, ideal for Santa’s BBL Beach Cricket set and we loved the hot tub. Would absolutely recommend.

We had such a great stay at this property! The location is absolutely amazing – close to all the local attractions, shops, and cafes, which made getting around super convenient. The house itself is spacious and well-kept, with big, comfortable rooms and a fully equipped kitchen that made us feel right at home. The highlight for us was definitely the spa bath – so relaxing and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The host, Shaine, was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions that made check-in and our overall stay seamless. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, close-to-everything getaway in Mornington. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again soon!

This was a beautiful home. Beautifully presented. Exceptional cleanliness and pristine house. Instructions were clear. Labelling on kitchen was so helpful. The decking and jacuzzi were absolutely beautiful and the jacuzzi was ready to be used which was awesome. The views from the deck are stunning. Amazing stay would definitely recommend for family’s with older children. Amazing place and made lots of amazing memories. Thank you for your hospitality as a host.

Tess was a great host. She was really easy to deal with and made checking in and out so easy for us. The house is beautiful, clean and has everything you need for your stay. It’s a short drive to the Main Street in Rye which made heading to the beach and having a great time over the weekend really easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Prefect get away home from city living, with an abundance of space for family activities. The layout of the house was really open where everyone could relax in your own space with out feeling to segregated

Highly recommend Isla Villa! Booked the accommodation for my husbands birthday and the place did not disappointment. The house was exceptionally clean, very well kept, central location and met all our expectations. The kids absolutely loved the place, especially the surrounding wildlife. Lovely villa at the Ramada Resort. All mod cons available and right on the doorstep of the heated pool and outdoor pool, so super convenient with 2 kids in tow.

Great little villa with brand new kitchen and amenities. Well appointed. Perfect size for our group of 7 with two bathrooms and one room on one side of villa and the rest on the other side. Great location, the Ramada resort is always lots of fun for the kids and they love it here. This is one of the better villas we have stayed at in the area with its freshened up look. Host was extremely responsive and attentive, would book again!

Great large size house with plenty of space to enjoy. This property was so easy to find, just off the main road. The spa was delightful, the colder weather ( Mid June ) was a bit chilly outside, but the water temp was perfect. A wonderful getaway home, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The villa had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated, really comfy big beds and a wonderful deck. We will definitely be coming back.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality. This place was nothing short of amazing. The photos did not do it justice, as soon as we opened the door we were impressed. The room was immaculate, the bed and linen was great quality and the room smelt amazing. We enjoyed a wine tasting where we were easily able to walk back to our room, there was also a picnic basket that we took out and enjoyed some wine while still being at the vineyard. I would stay here again and certainly would recommend it to anyone who is looking to enjoy a peaceful environment.

Such a fab little cabin and location! Everything you need for a relaxing stay and the property itself is so much fun for kids (and adults)! Our kids absolutely loved the basketball court, the trampoline and swimming pool & spa. Peter was very friendly and switched on the hot tub for me. The grounds and cabin itself are kept really well. The beds are comfy, the split ac/heater works quickly and the kitchen has all the latest appliances to ensure you have an easy stay. Would definitely recommend and return!

We thoroughly loved our stay at The Pod, feeling welcomed, cared for able to totally relax and enjoy the beautiful country surroundings. A weekend of beach walks, spa, tennis, BBQ and local wines. Above all, lovely accommodating hosts. We can't wait to return!
