Before the stay we received helpful guides & instructions for various aspects of the accommodation. Self check-in was easy, and we found the place to be spotlessly clean. We had a lovely stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Many thanks to Chrissy & Paul for being great hosts.

Lovely stay at one of the serenity cottages. Very cosy cottage with a lot of characters. The garden is perfect for the quiet relaxed weekend - hot tub, sauna, sitting area. Very comfy beds. Thank you

I have booked this stay for my brother birthday and to have a wonderful time. The cottage is amazing and the surrounding has beautiful views and walk. Amber was very friendly and a wonderful host.

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

We had a fantastic stay for a girls weekend away . Watching the stars in the hot tub was amazing. Our hosts were so friendly and location is soo peaceful. I’m looking forward to coming back with the family . My kids are going to love the games rooms.

A beautiful eco friendly house. The house was clean and comfortable, had a well equipped kitchen, along with log burner and wood fired hot tub. Andrew and Alice were very responsive, yet unobtrusive. We drove and explored the local area, which was lovely (despite the weather) A beautiful property.

A beautiful cottage in the perfect location. 20-30 mins from every major place you could want to go. Cosy and homely with a lovely sunny garden. Private and secure, a real Norfolk countryside stay! We loved our stay, everything we needed was provided and Scott gave us all the information we needed to allow easy check in. We can’t wait to come back again, hopefully for longer next time. We had a lovely time at Nick and Liz’s cottage with our kids. It was a great base to explore around Norfolk. The view across the fields was really peaceful. Liz was really helpful with local recommendations for pubs and places to explore.

We cannot recommend this place highly enough. Beautifully decorated with everything you need and more. Melissa and Chris were exceptionally warm in their welcome. Recommend the local dairy for raw milk, etc.

Just wow! The cosiest, most beautiful cottage, close by to shops and beach we didn’t need to use the car. Went on the Norfolk light express which was magical, then back to put the fire on, feeling very festive. Thankyou Fiona we will be back!

Our 4th stay here and loved it once again! Perfect location to enjoy this incredible part of the country. House is great as always and Sophie was on hand to help when needed. Already booked to come back later this year!

Perfect for us, a fabulous place, charming yet wonderfully quirky, just as we like. Beautifully quiet and calm. Some great furnishings and extremely well presented with a lovely little open fire adding to the character and ambience. The space outside is great especially, if like us, you have a dog and we were super fortunate to get 19 degrees of warmth on the 22nd of Feb so spent most of the day outside! I would highly recommend this holiday let. We will definitely be back.

The Old Smokehouse was the perfect place for us to stay with our year old golden retriever for a long weekend. The property was exactly as described and had everything we expected and needed. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach but set away from the main road, the location is spot on! A small selection of eateries and a village shop on the way to the beach is great, the beach itself is huge and very clean and we had it to ourselves on a few occasions which was great for the dog! Marks communication was friendly and informative, all in all we could have asked for more! Thanks!

This was the second time we have stayed as a family at Graham's house when visiting Suffolk, and it was just as comfortable and welcoming as the first time. Graham was a great host who was able to accommodate our requested dates and offered a flexible check-in. The house is really well equipped and clean and in a lovely location with a lot of character. The beds are very comfy too, and we really valued the treats on arrival to toast the New Year - thank you so much - would highly recommend staying here!

Thank you for such a fantastic weekend staying at Shepley House! The space was perfect for all 11 of us girls, more spacious than expected. Excellent communication and the location was secluded and beautiful.

We had a lovely stay! The place was clean, well-equipped with lots of amenities and located in a quiet, peaceful area. The swimming pool schedule was a little confusing, but everything else was great. Communication with the host was clear and easy. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Marc, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive. He ensured we had all the necessary information prior to arrival. There was an issue with the first bathroom toilet, however Marc immediately offered for someone to come and have a look at it. The place was very peaceful and had a beautiful setting. It was cosy and we felt right at home! We only stayed for one night but we will definitely be returning! Lovely place and beautiful surroundings Thankyou!
