I had a fantastic experience staying at Amelik’s place! The home was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Amelik was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The space was well-equipped with all the essentials, and I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again. Thank you for being such a wonderful host!

Such a wonderful place to stay! My family & I had a great time. The place was clean, there are a ton of floats, games, chairs and other supplies to make your stay enjoyable. The boat dock worked well for our boat, and we spent a good bit of time hanging out down there or on the screened porch. The walk from the boat dock to the house is a bit of a hill (like most the houses on Hyco) so consider that if you’re traveling with small children or older adults who may not walk well. Jerome & Elena are wonderful hosts and were responsive, respectful, and great to work with throughout this entire process. We’ll be back!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Host was friendly and responded quickly to messages. The home has plenty of room to accommodate a large group and comes equipped with plenty of indoor and outdoor activities to entertain all age groups. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here. The home was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to really relax by using the hot tub and sauna. We enjoyed the chocolates and bottle of wine. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog. We liked the Host’s guidebook and went to the Greensboro Arboretum which was 10 minutes away. We had one question before we checked in and the Host got back with us very promptly. We hope to stay here again soon.

We enjoyed our stay! Older home with some upgrades, but well cared for. Required a bit of dewebbing outside to be able to use the outdoor space, but that is living in the woods. Well-stocked kitchen, beds were comfortable. AC struggled a bit with the heat when we arrived, but caught up over night. Nice grounds overall. Boathouse and deck were nice. We would stay here again.

This cute northgate park cottage is a well-loved comfortable place to stay. The renovated kitchen is very nice and stocked with almost everything you could need (we only wanted for oven mitts or pot holders). Bed was comfy and everything met our expectations.
