We loved our stay at the Woodshed! A short drive from downtown Wimberley but away from the traffic. Really enjoyed the hot tub and even watched one of the many movies they provided. The mornings were spent with our coffee on the porch. All for a great price. Debbie was very detailed with both instructions and things to do and see! We will definitely come back!

Incredible spot! Really enjoyed staying at the cabin, it's beautiful inside and out, and the hot tub is perfect.

A wonderful stay for our family! Our pup and kids loved exploring the property. The back porch and hot tub were a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. Beds are soft, everything we needed was provided. A perfect stay!

The wife and I had a wonderful time at this great spot. It was a very relaxing getaway spot and we were extremely grateful for the ability to incorporate our two labs on this getaway. They had a great time hanging out in the fenced in yard and laying on the cold floor of the house. We had a great time and highly recommend this place for anyone looking to getaway. The pool and other amenities were great too!

Great location! It was close to town, but still private. It was quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed the hot tub right outside the door. The bed was so soft and comfy! I would highly recommend this place and look forward to returning. Also, I have to add we loved the decor inside and really enjoyed outside how they kept the tree's by incorporating them into the build.

If you’re looking to disconnect - and do so in a beautiful and serene setting - this is it. The cabin has everything you need and extra. Panoramic views of the surrounding preserve and direct access to a trail. The cabin itself is cozy and well decorated. Perfect place to unwind and relax. Of course there are bugs and wild animals all around - you’re in the country. Why anyone would complain about this is beyond me.. It’s clear that a lot of love has been put into this place and you feel it with all the thoughtful touches. Patti and David were great hosts. We loved their dogs, goats, and chickens. We had a good time chatting with them as well. Very cool couple! We’re already planning our next trip.

A very nice little spot in nature! Great views and easy access to Johnson City. The cabin is small (I wouldn’t recommend it for groups larger than 2) but was well furnished and had a pleasantly surprising number of amenities packed in. We didn’t find ourselves in need of anything that wasn’t provided. The hot water was a little limited, but it wasn’t much of an inconvenience. The property itself is also beautiful with the aforementioned views, wide open space away from a lot of light for great stargazing, and a number of little places to explore on property like the hammock tree. Host was communicative and check in/check out was easy. Recommended!

Janet’s place was absolutely beautiful! From the amazing decks to the great space of the acreage, the stars at night to the gorgeous vantage points for the sunset and sundown, it was amazing! We accidentally and embarrassingly locked ourselves out the first morning and Janet was so quick in her response, and was able to let us in. My wife and I are little nature nerds with a sweet tooth and the thoughtful details of the trail books and field guides, and the apple pecan muffin and lemon bars were magnificent. 10/10 would visit again.

The cabin was cozy and comfortable! The friendly and fabulous donkeys, horses and goats made our stay EXTRA SPECIAL! Thank you for allowing us this experience!

The place is beautiful and secluded. Great location for a weekend getaway in the Hill Country. Very clean and well taken care of. Some reviewers mentioned dogs next door. There are dogs and they did bark (some) but definitely not anything to disturb someone. I do recommend paying attention to what other reviewers have said about the layout. The way the separate sleeping areas are laid out could make it awkward, depending on who you are traveling with. But there was plenty of room for our party of 5 (two couples and another friend), and we managed just fine.

Me and my wife had such a nice stay. Was a very comfortable area and really cozy home to stay in. Definitely would stay again.

This was a fantastic weekend getaway from Austin. The cabin was cute and cozy- perfect for my partner and I and 2 dogs. It is quiet and peaceful, but easy drive into Blanco. Love the stove!! Strong WiFi to get some work done. I made some food to fill the hummingbird feeder and they came the first day. The neighbors dog comes over to visit but is friendly.

Our stay in the Yellow Rose at Silver Dollar Winery was fantastic. The price was great, the cabin was clean and check/out in was VERY easy! We have stayed many different places but the cleanliness of the cute little cabin was impeccable! Melanie pays attention to detail! The property is beautiful and the tasting room on site is very good! The wines at Silver Dollar are world class! Book and stay here!! You will NOT regret it!

Our family of 5 stayed at Par's cabin over a long weekend. Check-in/out: very easy, clear instructions Responsiveness: very responsive and kind. Par even took the initiative to store extra blankets as we were expecting a cold weekend. Cabin: very clean with easy to use appliances. Beds, linens, bathrooms, and furniture were all clean and spotless. Outdoors: private cabin, very quiet and peaceful. Our children loved the playground set, hammock, and zipline! We enjoyed the firepit and charcoal grill as well. Location: just a 10-15 minute drive to Canyon Lake and numerous hiking trails, 35 minutes to Natural Bridge Caverns. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and we highly recommend Par's cabin. We would definitely stay again.

Linda was an amazing host. She answered all our questions immediately and was always accommodating if we needed anything. The home was an incredible place to stay. Where else can you walk out onto the porch with your morning coffee, and watch Texas Longhorns? We saw foxes, deer, and lot of birds. If you love nature, and being someplace peaceful, you need to do yourself a favor, and book this place! Oh, and in case you are wondering, the internet is great. I work remotely and had no issues with working, or streaming entertainment. I spent most my time outside during my workday, looking at all the wildlife, while my colleagues were surrounded by 4 walls, and very jealous :)

Quite and peaceful cabin that was exactly as owner described. Close drive to town and right beside Jacob's Well. Very responsive and friendly owner as well.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Marlena is incredibly nice and responsive. The place was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Communication was smooth, and everything was well-organised. Highly recommend – we’d love to stay again!

Hands down our favorite Airbnb to visit. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and super clean—with stunning views and total privacy. We loved grilling in the evenings and exploring the lot during the day. If you’re looking for a relaxing, peaceful, and unplugged trip, this is it. Plus, it’s close to Blanco for anything you need. Samantha and Trinidad are the best hosts—clear instructions, easy check-in, and great communication. We can’t wait to come back!

The house was well stocked and clean. It was very peaceful and quiet. Loved looking at the stars at night, and the deer come right up on the property. Not all the rooms had ceiling fans or a portable fan. It gets very stuffy at night and I like to have some air moving. Other than that this was a great weekend getaway.

It worked out perfect for where we wanted to be. With a grill and propane readily available we even grilled steaks one night. Nice peaceful stay for wine club(s) weekend getaway.
