My family and I had an amazing Christmas at this Farmhouse. Debbie's description of the house is very accurate, check in/out was a breeze and she made herself available to answer any questions we had. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms super clean and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook our meals. Thanks!

SipSipHooray was perfect for our 2025 Girls Roadtrip to Fredericksburg. My sister, niece and I had a blast shopping like crazy and wine tasting for 4 days and 3 nights. We appreciated the living space particularly in the evenings after an early dinner, and watching romcoms together. The hot tub was pristine but we only used it the first night due to sunburns from outdoor wine tasting. Thank you Amber for sharing your place and for helping us out with finding gluten friendly options in the area. If you are an ice cream aficionado, do not miss Austin Creamery, a block off Main on W. Austin. We’ll be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this airbnb! It was very secluded and peaceful for our wedding weekend. The space was clean and very well decorated. Big kitchen and fridge, lots of common area spaces, pool was clean, and we all felt very secure. Jeff was kind and very accommodating. He was very responsive to any questions we had. Met our needs perfectly. We were arriving very late at night so we had to arrange for the friend in the same complex who we were visiting to get the key in advance. It worked out very well. Good unit. Nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed.

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

We loved our stay at Kathleen’s River spot. Several cats were entertaining during our Al fresco dinners. We figured out how to stream to the TV, cooks steaks from the local HEB and the meat was yummy and were easily prepared with the provided charcoal grill. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor experiences. Everything we needed was supplied and if you needed anything HEB and restaurants were close. We were there for work, so didn’t partake in the river but local food was plentiful and service and hometown feel was exactly what we needed. Will work to come back and stay longer. Would love to have just sat, played cards and lazed a bit more!

This was the perfect space for myself and my 6 closest friends to celebrate my bachelorette party!! Its was such a beautiful space and very quiet and private. The host was so proactive with check in information, was flexible with an early check in time. They provided a clean and charming stay. I would stay here 10 times over, very affordable and walkable! This was a lovely spot to decompress after spending the holidays with my family. Atha and Kurt were kind and responsive. The location is tucked away, but easy to find, quiet and comfortable. The wifi worked great for me to work remotely, and I stayed super warm even though the weather was frigid and stormy.

100% would recommend staying here. It’s really clean and super quiet, definitely a great spot if you just want to relax and enjoy the stay. It’s great that it’s so close to the grocery store and the city isn’t super far either but far enough to where it feels peaceful. Loved it!

Growing up my family would rent a cabin in the Hill Country and I always wanted to give my kids the same experience. I definitely think this spot is a perfect place to return to and make memories. I’m so glad we found it! I can’t wait to come back! It’s super close to Pedernales but also an easy drive to Dripping Springs or Fredericksburg if you’re looking for dinner and drinks.

I found myself needing an overnight stay and book this last minute while I was driving to Austin It was a bit further than my final destination, but not so much to be prohibitive, but the price was right Very peaceful and very relaxing, and would recommend if a more laid-back and a bit more primitive style suits what you were looking for or your particular taste Communication was great easy to get in and easy to check out and would definitely recommend

Beautiful stay with awesome amenities and so many animals. Waking up in the mornings to them in the backyard was always a treat. Clean and comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Ryan was very responsive and really appreciated the early check in. We loved the location private but close to Main Street. Overall a wonderful stay and would totally recommend and stay again ourselves.

Another great stay at Postcard Cabins! The cabins are well thought out and the provisions provided are such a nice bonus. We hardly had to bring anything from home! It also felt very private but not unsafe. Would definitely stay again!
