Wayne and Rita were so sweet and communicative throughout my reservation process and check-in. Perfect private space with the safety of being close to their home as well. This is such a cozy place to stay, and very close to Bluefield University!

Tanya’s place was beautiful. The neighborhood is private and safe. This is one of the best Air BnBs I have stayed at. The space was clean and as described. I would recommend to family and friends. Definitely give Tanya’s place a try.

We had an emergency stop in Rocky Gap due to freezing rain. Ashley's home was available and ready for us to use. She responded very quickly and was very thoughtful. Quaint little home. Had everything we needed to get through the night. Thank you Ashley!

A serene and restful lodge. Carolina was very proactive with communication and when we had a question she was very helpful and quick to reply. The common kitchen had everything you would need to prepare every meal of the day. The beds were very comfortable, so easy to get good rest. We all felt at home and at peace at the lodge.

Great place for our mission team while working in the area. We had a team of 10 and there was plenty of space for everyone. Shonna and her team communicated everything we needed to know about our stay. We will definitely consider booking again in the future.

Enjoyed our stay here. Kim was so kind and responsive in communicating. The house was sweet and charming. Loved the old door knobs and hard wood floors. If you’re walking to downtown area it is a steep climb back up to the house. Felt safe even as a woman walking alone in the area.

The lodge and its hosts are amazing! Our only complaint is that our stay was too short to fully appreciate all that this lodge had to offer! My husband and I and our 8 children (ages 22, 20, 20, 18, 16, 15, 13, and 11) were visiting grandparents in the area. We had a fabulous time hiking the trails, playing poker, having a campfire, playing basketball, fishing in the creek, cooking in the kitchen, visiting with family, and taking in the amazing views. Several of the kids even said that it was good that the place didn't have great cellular service. The house is spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked for any kind of cooking. We would highly recommend this home and plan to stay again soon!

The location makes it easy to get to anything in the greater Bluefield and surrounding areas. At first we thought it might be noisy, yet it was a calm quiet night we were there. They put in a new hot water heater as we were arriving, so that should work well for a long time for all guests. The three beds, all upstairs in three bedrooms worked well for our family of 5.
