give yourself a treat and stay at Roberts place which is perched high overlooking the gorgeous township the love of his home radiates as soon as you open the door the views are spectacular and the township steeped in history we loved our stay and enjoyed all the treats he had left in the fridge for us. The place was clean and well-maintained, which is very important to me. If you're looking for a peaceful spot surrounded by nature, this is a great choice. The host was also very easy to contact and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience!

A wonderful stay in a picturesque location. The house was beautifully equipped, very comfortable, with all those little touches that made it special. Annie was a delight to communicate with, and made us feel very welcome. The highly effective air conditioning was a welcome highlight with the 35+ degree heat outdoors. We hope to be back and to enjoy the cosiness of property in the cooler months with the warming fire.

One of the best weekends ive had. If your a nature lover this area is magical. From the cottage its a 5min walk to beautiful crystal swimming holes, spectacular trees and walking tracks. And dont forget the wild king parrots, roselllas and currawongs that arrive each morning. I cant recommend Pat's cottage highly enough.

What a very special place. We were lucky enough to stay after a significant amount of rain so the waterfall was in full force. The sound of the rushing water was very loud and breathtaking. If you appreciate falling asleep to the sounds of nature, then this place is for you. Lovingly constructed from reclaimed timber, this cabin is rustic and charming in the best possible way. The towells were plush, the linen clean, the shower was hot and the cereal, milk, drip coffee and snacks were an appreciated extra touch. The bed was just okay as the mattress probably needs replacing soon. But this did not spoilt our stay. No TV - just sitting by the fire, roasting marshmallows and looking over that beautiful waterfall was exactly what our busy family needed. We'll definitely be back.

Great spot for a weekend getaway, relaxing, nice local town with great cafes. Recommend the fresh sourdough bread at the Saturday growers markets.
