We had the most wonderful stay at the crab shack! As a family of seven, it can sometimes be tricky to find a place that ticks all the boxes, but this home exceeded our expectations in every way. The house itself is spacious, beautifully kept, and thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and style — there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. What truly made the stay special was the peaceful setting. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having the beach just steps away felt like a dream. It was the perfect place to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy some quality time together without any distractions. The views were breathtaking, and the fresh sea air was a treat. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already planning our return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene escape by the sea :-)

Absolutely loved our stay in glorious Findhorn. Location and quality of accommodation first class as was the weather. It was all made better by the excellent local amenities - The Bakehouse & The Kimberley Pub!

Had a peaceful and relaxing stay at this ideal cabin. Very clean with everything you could need at hand for your stay. Cabin was very warm even without the woodstove on. Hot tub was just fantastic. Really clear and useful communication from the owners. I have no complaints at all. Would definitely love to stay again one day.

Super stay in Fortrose with great local beaches/walks & the opportunity to spot dolphins. Simon's house was spotless & the log burning stove was a welcome facility after our meal out to The Anderson (highly recommended). The kitchen had all the facilities/utilities required for our brief stay. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hosts with a great welcome, fresh flowers everywhere and a visit from Sara to see if we were OK. The house is amazing with so many great features but the views of the Summer Isles and beyond are simply stunning. Very comfortable house with everything you need.

Had a brilliant time at Ken's, the cottage had everything you need and the location was perfect for exploring Assynt. Many of the furnishings are dated but this added to the charm of the place. Shower was powerful, Internet was surprisingly fast and bed comfortable. Ken is very friendly and communication is second to none. Would love to visit again!

Your home away from home in Wick! This home has everything you need to enjoy your stay; beds are comfortable and the accommodation is spacious and well equipped with an absolutely gorgeous view. Ronnie is a great host with lots of suggestions for enjoying the area.

The shepard's hut at Whistler's Dream was nothing short of paradise, a lovely secluded spot, saw seals, sea-eagles, and a stag in the moonlight, and maybe a glimpse of a sea-otter in just three short days in early March. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay, the hut itself was cosy and just right, the gorgeous wood stove was a delight. Zoe & Rachel have clearly made sure that everything you could need is available, within arm's reach. Really smooth and excellent communication and information, and the local gallery on site was so interesting and well stoked, very much worth a visit. Easy to find, easy to park, and spot on for easy access to the out-of-this-word mountains and hills in this very special, unique part of the world. Thank you Rachel & Zoe!
