Dennis and Sue were amazing hosts. They were on hand to answer all our questions, but were very respectful of our privacy. There was ample space for 2 people and it was lovely to spend some time in their garden. We really appreciated all their assistance and it was a real treat to have a local bottle of wine and some home-made shortbread to enjoy.

What dan I add? Maria and Frank are awesome, easy, friendly communication, the accommodation was 5-star, easy to find and in beautiful grounds. I will definitely stay here again if the occasion arises again.

Great hosts and a perfect place to finish off the Queen Charlotte Track. Super helpful when I accidentally stranded myself while trying to get to Havelock for a bus 😅 Comfortable accommodation and a well equipped kitchen. Would recommend to others!

Great place for our stay as we were going on a vintage train trip. Nice and spacious. Enjoyed the book about NZ. Very quiet. Excellent shower !

What a gem of a place!! In a fabulous location that was peaceful and yet easy access to town. Exemplary accommodation...thoughtfully put together and well presented...and both Brian and Di were extremely welcoming, friendly and kind. From a flexible check in to use of their gorgeous pool this really was a prime place to be. If you are planning to use the ferry at Picton...do yourself a favour and spend a couple of nights here before hand..it's only 20 mins from Picton town and you will be relaxed and ready for the journey. Coming into Picton? Start your South Island trip with these lovely people...you won't regret it! Can't recommend highly enough x

We were delighted with our stay, the accommodation was so well appointed, quality furnishings and a very comfy bed with a beautiful view of the roses and garden. Felicity and Martin were extremely friendly, helping us out with local knowledge, nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to accommodate our additional requests. I would highly recommend this lovely place and can't wait to come back, an absolute find.

Really enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We also really appreciated the ground coffee and plunger provided too. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious room, comfortable and big bed, clean bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, nice sitting area, private cabin, friendly hosts who will help you with everything. Price-quality perfect! Would totally recommend this place! 5/5!

We loved the spacious apartment with great views over the harbour. The whole living area was well furnished and comfortable with a great room for watching TV in the evenings. We love cooking and using the well equipped kitchen was great. The master bedroom was beautiful and also had great views over the harbour. Being up so high and private, we slept with the curtains open one evening as a storm rolled through. The carport too was an added bonus. We recommend this place if you have a car. I'd hate to have to walk up this steep street on foot everyday if you didn't have a car.

This was the second time staying at Robin's place, and everything was as perfect as the first time! It seems nothing is a bother for her as she goes the extra mile supplying lovely little goodies for breakfast. Check in was easy, as was communication throughout. Thanks again for having us Robin, the last minute booking was much appreciated.

Schöne private Unterkunft in absolut ruhiger Umgebung. tolle Gastgeber, die mit Rat und Tat und vielen Tipps unterstützt haben. Die Hunde sind absolut freundlich und verspielt. Alles in allem ein paar schöne Tage abseits der großen Touristen-Spots verbracht.

We had such a lovely time at Bills, and we had such amazing sleep! We picked the room with the kitchenette, and we had our own entrance. Although, we loved talking to Bill, he was great and we loved just listening to his stories, (excited to read his book) 📕 And he also made us breakfast each morning. We’re exploring this part of the world on our honeymoon and love talking and meeting new people, and we’re so greatful we came across Bill’s spot! Thank you Bill!

We had a wonderful stay in Picton enhanced by a great B&B which had everything we needed, was close to town, very private and lovely outside sitting areas on the creek. Joan was a delight to deal with, responsive to our needs. Highly recommend.
