Silviu is very friendly and positive host. Communication was great, we felt very comfortable at his house, and would recommend accomodation to anyone visiting Lecco and neighbourhood.

The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, perfekt sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht und von der Terrasse aus hat man eine fantastische Aussicht auf den See und die drei Inseln. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Sehr schöner Ort zum Entspannen. Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon und vom Bett. Hat alles, was man braucht. Kleine Details machen das Häuschen besonders. Sehr zu empfehlen! Marco ist sehr zuvorkommend und stand bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Gerne wieder!

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Alphaus an dem es an nichts fehlte, wen man ruhige und entspannte Ferien sucht, weg vom hektischem alltag, mit einer tollen lage, wen man Natur pur sucht. Beat ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, stehts mit einem sympatischen lächeln für einem da, als wir fragen hatten, oder Ihn kurz brauchten, war er sehr Hilfsbereit. Ich kann Ihn als Gastgeber und das Alphaus nur empfehlen, den wir hatten tolle Tage dort. Auch in seinem Familien Hoffladen bietet er tolle Produkte an, wie zum beispiel seinen eigenen Hoffkäse, bei dem wir gleich zweimal zuschlagen mussten. Tolles Haus, toller Gastgeber.

Nous nous sommes directement sentis bien, les vues des deux terrasses sont époustouflantes, l’intérieur est très bien rénové tout en gardant des touchés authentiques, nous avons adoré cet endroit !

Fabio is a great host, and provided accurate information at each step right from pre check-in until checkout, including local recommendations, itinerary etc. The house is exactly as described in the ad. It is very clean, and well maintained. It has very good heating with both gas heaters and air conditioning if needed. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment including a selection of coffee and tea. The balcony offers a good view of the mountains around. The parking space is very convenient just next to the house. The house is conveniently located in a calm surrounding and is a short walk to lakeside, pastries and restaurants. Menaggio is also close to the swiss border, so lake Lugano is just a half hour drive. Overall, Fabio has made sure that the house provides a great stay experience. Highly recommended.

Das Rustico war genau, wie wir es erwartet haben. In einer ruhigen Lage, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Natur. Ideal zum Entspannen. Vor allem die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Da wir mehrere Wochen dort waren, hatten wir öfters Kontakt mit Norbert. Er war immer sofort erreichbar und mit seiner offenen Art sehr hilfsbereit. Bemerkenswert ist, dass er sogar lang geplante Renovierungsarbeiten verschoben hat, damit das Haus im gewünschten Zeitraum für uns verfügbar ist. Das schätzen wir sehr. Wir werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen und empfehlen das Rustico weiter! Um dorthin zu kommen, gibt es eine Beschreibung mit Video, man gelangt damit direkt bis vor die Haustür. Very clean, well-equipped, renovated apartment with underground garage parking and visitor parking spots. The only downside were the foldable beds in the entrance area, as they leave little room for the dinning table. However, you can fold them back during the day :) Overall, we would happily come back again, we did not miss anything and liked the walkable distance to bus stops and the Davos Platz train station.

Again it was a pleasure staying at Toms place - the place is perfectly situated close to car parc north (bus to lifts) and nice to see quality materials as well as a quality equipped kitchen. Second time renting from Tom will not be the last time.

De los mejores lugares que hemos visitado, la casa es más hermosa de lo que pareces es extraordinaria, las vistas son inolvidables, tienes que visitar este lugar, pasarás días increíbles. La casa es sumamente cómoda, muy amplia, la. O una es maravillosa, los baños son grandes y cómodos. La limpieza estaba muy estupenda. Los dueños son sumamente agradables el jacuzzi estaba delicioso amarás despertar en este lugar. El mejor lugar que pudimos elegir gracias gracias

Wunderschöne Umgebung, Postauto direkt vor der Haustüre. (So kann man das Auto stehen lassen.) Grosses Haus, voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht! Mit Skorpionen muss man rechnen:-) sehr schöner, grosser Aussenbereich. Mike war super freundlich, meldet sich sofort zurück. Absolut unkomplizierte Übergabe. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen!

You won't get many better places in the world to wake up and open your doors to. It's spectacular. The lake appears quieter on this side. when put paddle boarding felt like you had the lake to yourself at times. Bellagio was in easy reach by car with lots of restaurants, take-aways and a couple of decent supermarkets. The public area by the water was used at the weekend but it didn't stop us doing anything.

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous apartment, we really enjoyed the private terrace and outdoor seating areas. The location is ideal for walking into the centre of the village or for taking ferries around the lake, and with a car was ideal for driving up into the hills. We particularly appreciated the more traditional decor which added to the character of the house and made our stay feel authentic. Thank you so much Roxana and family, we hope to visit again.

⭐ 5 Stars – Breathtaking Lake Como Escape! ⭐ Just wow! The views of Lake Como from Villa Silver are unforgettable and truly breathtaking. This villa felt like a private mansion, with a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern luxury. The space is beautifully designed, with spacious and bright rooms, elegant decor, and stunning panoramic views from every angle. The outdoor area is a dream—a gorgeous flat garden, a luxurious swimming pool, and plenty of space to relax and dine al fresco. The living areas are grand, with large windows letting in natural light and offering incredible lake views. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to enjoy meals at home. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with the master suite opening onto a private terrace overlooking the lake—waking up to that view was unreal! The staff was also helpful and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in.

Das Haus ist hervorragend gelegen und wurde sanft und sehr geschmackvoll renoviert. Die Gastgeberinnen waren äusserst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wie kommen sicher wieder!

Check-in was smooth with clear instructions. The Airbnb is one of the best stocked we've stayed in, and the furniture is thoughtfully chosen and beautiful. The location isn’t ideal for those with mobility issues (fortunately not our case), but it’s just a 10-minute walk to great ice cream. Menaggio is a great spot for exploring Varenna and Bellagio.

We stayed here on our honeymoon. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Lake Como. The apartment is located in a beautiful old Italian villa with private gardens with a secure gate. We loved walking down to the town of Bellagio while enjoying the jaw-dropping beauty of the surrounding landscape. When we arrived we were greeted by Elena who couldn’t have been more welcoming and lovely. She made sure to check in throughout our trip to give us tips and recommendations and it was greatly appreciated. Giulio also sent us amazing recommendations before we arrived and made sure we had a hospitable welcome. We highly recommend Giulio’s apartment and can’t wait to come back for another stay!
