We had an amazing time at the hut - exactly as shown and perfect for a quick getaway The bed is incredibly comfortable and cosy, has windows overlooking the field and has a great projector The hot tub is perfectly positioned to enjoy a view of the horses playing in the field, gets sun all day, it heats up fairly quickly and is easy to set up. Lynden was lovely too! She called once we’d arrived to make sure we settled in well and answered any questions, was incredibly responsive the entire time, she even gave us a tour on our last day of the farm and let us help with and pet the horses which was definitely one of the highlights! We really enjoyed hearing all of her stories about the animals and their history, you can feel how well cared for all of the animals are and if offered the chance to meet them, should absolutely go for it! I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough, have already recommended it to some of the animal lovers in my family and would love to stay here again!

We had a fabulous weekend. The cottage was exactly how it was described. Everything we needed. Lovely comfy beds. The bedrooms worked out great for our 2 daughters(18 & 11) they both had there own bedrooms & our oldest loved the en-suite & we were upstairs. The hot tub was a massive plus. We visited the pub across the road, the Green man for food & drinks on the Friday night recommended by Jess & ordered a Chinese on the Saturday, it was unreal, kitchen chop suey bar. Our reason for staying was to visit Harry Potter & its ideal 35 mins to get there. Thank you so much

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb for my partners 30th, lots of beautiful places around but all was about 20/30mins drive. Jonathan and his partner were very lovely hosts, made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to any questions we needed to ask. It’s a beautiful peaceful place to stay, the hot tub was lovely, Jonathan helped set it up for us and got us a travel cot as we had a 1 year old with us. Only thing was we found there was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom, we did bring our own so was no issue. The hosts gave us recommendations of local areas and restaurants nearby we went to the blue boar which was very lovely. Overall was a really nice weekend break!

We had the most beautiful weekend here, the cottage annex was so cosy and Sally had thought of absolutely everything in terms of amenities. We really didn’t have to worry about a thing! Sally provided lots of recommendations with maps, leaflets and even takeaway menu’s! We enjoyed following the public footpath’s, trialling local pubs and visiting Shaw’s corner. The hot tub was a lovely addition and super easy to use and spotlessly clean, Sally took us through everything. We will be recommending this place to everybody, thanks for a ‘killer’ weekend Sally ;)

Our group of 13 (seven adults, 5 children and a baby) had a really great time here! the surroundings are so peaceful and Fred and Charlotte were responsible and polite and the facilities were excellent for a "glamping" site it's really over and above! the huts warm up perfectly and the kitchen area is a perfectly laid out space to enjoy and share a good meal together! We'd happily come back here again. thank you so much Charlotte and Fred :)

Absolutely amazing house in wider center of London, gr8 base for family trips to London and surroundings. Flexible time of arrival was perfect as we didn't have to stress with the timing, all the instructions were detailed and more than clear. The house itself was exactly what we've been looking for and met our expectations down to the last detail. Communication with Lara was prompt and clear. Absolutely nothing to complain about and we cordially recommend Lara's house for your stay in London. Many thanks for everything, Lara.

Just got home from a lovely, relaxing stay here. Met up with 5 friends who now live all over the country and this was a great, central location. Tom met us as we arrived and showed us how everything worked. House was clean with some quirky lamps, each bedroom had an en-suite plus kettle and cups. The hot tub was a perfect addition. Lost many an hour chatting away while sat in it. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful bungalow well furnished, good temperature from underfloor heating. Beds comfortable, bathroom spacious, shower great. Only cooked one meal but appliances worked well. Parking superb, outside space very user friendly. had a great weekend. (Local taxi firm was great as well)

Jubed is more than a host… he is a friend to his guests. He went out of his way to help is. with any need or travel emergency. The townhouse is beautiful and Jubed adds the extra little touches that make you feel like valued friends rather than just guests. I will definitely return to Stanmore street the next time I visit London! Jane G

Gardners cottage is set on the Green in the historic village of Brill. It is in a quiet location, in this quintessentially English village. The cottage is extremely well appointed and clean, with a homely feel. Christopher and Gillian are superb hosts and nothing is too mich trouble. We are frequent visitors and can highly recommend this accommodation.

It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

Lovely stay at Tim's place with my hubby Lee and our pooch Huxley. The lodge was very peaceful, warm and comfortable. And the new railway sleeper bed is fab! Tim and his co-host Paulina were good hosts, we had one small issue with the wifi, which they worked to resolve very quickly. Lovely welcome items waiting for us, which was a great touch. I work in the area quite often and wouldn't hesitate to book Tim's space again in the future.

Very cozy, comfortable, beautiful house. Lovely walks nearby, especially for dogs. Very friendly hosts. Thoroughly recommended

Overall, accommodation was great and everything went well. Things that I would like to point out. List of amenities these things are not correct. 1. Carbon monoxide alarm for the fireplace. The bedroom is not operational which is a hazard. 2. Coffee machine was not there. We asked and we were kindly given a jar instant coffee. 3. Outdoor to dining area doesn't exist. there is ourdoor furniture but not a dining area. 4. Outdoor kitchen doesn't exist either. They are correct, there is a BBQ as mentioned on the amenities , but that is not a outdoor kitchen. 5. I understand there is no Wi-Fi available. Which would I was okay with as I have 50GB of data. What I was not aware is that the location is in a virtually a signal dead zone there was one spot that we had to go to , if we wanted to receive our Whats-App messages. I would see this as an important thing to mention to people. Lastly , we had the lovely couple who lived at the corner who were available when we needed to ask questions.

Great place to stay. Looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Vanessa was lovely and met me and my dogs upon arrival. The little additions of food that she left for us were great, and the garden was just perfect for my dogs. We will definitely come back if we are ever in the area again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had the pleasure of staying at Scotland End Barn this weekend for a family celebration . The house is exactly as described and perfect for a family get together. Caroline provided a very useful list of local information including places to visit and eat and was quick to respond to any queries we had . Hook Norton is the perfect village to stay with a couple of pubs and a Brewery within a short walking distance. I would highly recommend this house, thank you Caroline.

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Fantastic location, would definitely recommend and stay again!

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and location. Although not Sians issue, construction near the train station makes it difficult to get into town by taxi because you have to go around the city. However, if you don’t mind walking and bicycling, there are exceptional bike and walking paths right out to the house from Oxford. I’d stay again in a heart beat.

We had a relaxing long weekend. The cottage was easy to find with parking. It had a lovely private fenced garden that allowed our two little dogs to wander. It was bright, airy, very clean, comfortable and warm. The wine was a lovely surprise on arrival thank you ☺️. It was home from home. It was very central to places to visit. With Didley squat farm shop and Chipping Norton only a 7 minute drive away. Thank you Nicky for making us feel welcome.

Veronica and husband were great when i arrived for check in and then on hand if needed (which was hardly needed) gave me an excellent recommendation for a local walk which was brilliant. accomodation had so much character and was perfect for what we wanted it for.

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .
