I had an amazing stay at Krae’s beach house in Montauk! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to Montauk town, making it easy to explore the area. The house itself is beautiful—tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the amenities we needed, which was great for cooking meals. Krae was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even allowing flexibility with check-in and check-out times. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can’t recommend this place enough!

We had a great weekend at Mary’s. The apartment felt cozy and was well stocked with complimentary coffee and snacks. Would love to stay again if I’m ever back in Westerly!

Meg’s space is beautiful, well equipped, and very comfortable. We immediately felt at home. The location made it easy to walk or cycle to local restaurants, shops, and sites. Would recommend!

I can see why Marianne is a super host! Her place is exactly how she describes but cozier. She had everything we needed to feel right at home and even stocked the kitchen with some thoughtful items like milk, oj and cereal. The apartment was much more spacious than we expected and even had an extra half bath which was very convenient. There were plenty of comfortable places to sit and lots of space to unpack. We love the location because it was as easy to get to Newport as it was to Portsmouth. There's a well renowned French bakery about a quarter of a mile away and the local’s favorite coffee shop is less than half a mile away. The apartment felt very private but Marianne was always available if we had a question. Best of both worlds!

Brennans place was excellent, truly I don’t think you can find a better location in the city. Super walkable, spectacular view from the roof and if you have a dog plenty of parks and green space around. Marco’s sandwich shop is right beside Brennans place and is a reallly good option for breakfast or lunch. Brennan was super friendly and a great host.

This was our third year at Michael’s and as usual it didn’t disappoint. The location is perfect for biking or walking, the apartment is the right size for our little family and has everything we need. Michael is super responsive and helpful, the local beach is perfect. We will likely be back again next year!

This Airbnb was an unexpected gem. The neighborhood is quiet and right near the bike path. Warren has some top notch restaurants within walking distance. The place itself was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bed linens were crisp, and there were ample towels. The amenities were just as described. There is a little private patio off of the kitchen and there is a bigger area next to it with a fire pit and picnic bench. The host was incredibly responsive, sometimes within minutes and very accommodating to all of our needs and questions.

Great location and easy to walk around to nearby shops and restaurants. Felt like everything was just 15 minutes by foot! It is very nice to have reserved parking. Well appointed for what you need for a long weekend stay. During the weekdays the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We were only there one weekend night, but you could hear music from surrounding businesses.

Clare was a fantastic host. She helped us with getting around which was super helpful because we didn’t have a car. Her food recommendations were great. All in all, she created a warm and welcoming atmosphere which made our stay in Montauk a beautiful experience. Thanks for everything!

Juan and Alby's place was great. We were 4 adults who didn't cook and had plenty of space. There was one king bedroom with an en suite bathroom, one queen bedroom, one room with two twin beds and a loveseat, and one hallway bathroom. It was super clean and nicely decorated on the second floor. The house is on a busy road and easy to drive by but look in the check-in guide for photos of the exterior. Several parking spaces were in the back, which made it easy to park. Check-in was a breeze. It looks like there are three apartments in the house. If neighbors are loud, you will hear them, but in our experience, people were quiet after 10pm. We were very happy and recommended this Airbnb.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Greenport. The space was everything we needed. It was very clean and inviting. We hope to stay there again.

We loved Paul's place as it was very accessible to Thames street. Plus it was able to accomodate my big family. It was also nice that there is parking space available as it is difficult to find a parking in Newport. Paul responded very quickly too when we encountered a power outlet issue in one of the bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and had made my family's first trip to Newport a great one. Thank YOU!

Karl went out of his way to host a wonderful holiday getaway for my entire family. Extra stars for putting up a Christmas Tree and holiday decorations for our “White Christmas”, complete with snow. Plenty of parking and clear walkways without ice :)

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful Valentine's day Weekend at Deborah's. The loft was so cozy and so cute. She allowed us to bring our cat (who also had a blast sleeping in the cozy beds). The hot tub was also super relaxing and Deborah was nice enough to put an orange tarp on top of the tub so it can be a bit covered from the snow (which by the way, super unserious suggestion, a roof over the tub would be amazing). We also enjoyed how close it was to Sag Harbor and some other Vineyards we were able to visit. The property itself was also super peaceful, it was an overall relaxing weekend. Thank you for being such a great host!

Beautiful home and a great neighborhood easy get to beaches and restaurants. You can easily tell tgw property very well maintained and every detail is well thought out. Pool towels to hangers, dish soap, etc etc. The host was incredibly sweet and an excellent communicator. She was always responsive to any questions. I highly recommend this property.

Great place, quite safe neighborhood, very trendy, the host communication was very fast and helpful. The apartment is perfect for a getaway, the jetted tub was definitely a bonus when you wanna unwind and relax after a busy day of sight seeing. Great restaurants are right around the corner with Little Italy being about a 1/2 mile away. Another huge bonus was the off street parking. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Rhode Island.

Amazing stay! Relaxing and our host was very communicative

I spent my 3 year anniversary at Whitney’s garden suite and it was one of my favorites by far ! Very responsive host and you can tell she really pays attention to every detail within the suite. The suite was spotless and the setup was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a couple looking for a get away in Newport but not directly downtown. Still close enough to do everything downtown yet having a quite place.
