Marianne and Stephen were super flexible with a few requests we had around the stay and so easy to communicate with. Greenport is the best and this home is amazing - you won’t regret booking here!

Beautiful location with great views while sitting by fire pit or even from inside house. Split level allows for some alternative sleeping arrangements which worked great for us. The house was easy to find a great location for visiting Newport. Quiet neighborhood but easy access to restaurants, vineyards and the shoreline. The house was clean and easily accommodated 4 adults on this mom’s get away weekend. We visited a vineyard, went on a food tour, walked the Cliff Walk and spend a quiet evening at home. I would definitely recommend Ken’s place!

A home away from home for our 2024 family Christmas! We came together from Florida, Georgia, and Montana to see and celebrate with our newly transplanted Rhode Island family and Kenneth’s home was perfect for us! Kenneth was very responsive and very kind; flexible, too. He went out of his way on more than one occasion to help. There was plenty of room for everyone. We even cooked Christmas dinner in the kitchen! The quiet upstairs was ideal for our infant granddaughter at nap time. The location could not have been more perfect for our purposes.

We brought in 2025 with our family friends in this charming home. Our daughters loved the sunroom which is adjacent to the kitchen. We enjoyed making smores by the fire pit out back and walking to the beach. Rebeca’s recommendations were spot on and she was very accommodating. Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway or extended stay.

We just completed a wonderful five nights stay at Kevin‘s apartment. Everything was perfect. Located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to dinner at a local Irish pub. There are clean apartments, and then there is Kevin‘s apartment. The place was literally spotless. Kevin was great at communication. Clear instructions and he even accommodated our request to extend the stay one night I highly recommend this apartment as a comfortable and enjoyable home away from home.

Our stay here was great! It was a spacious and clean apartment. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. It’s about a 15-20 min walk to all the shops and restaurants in the downtown area. There were a decent amount of restaurants within a 5 minute walk so we were able to walk right down to get coffee in the morning at a cute little coffee shop and dinner at night to a couple places we wanted to try. We would stay here again!

The place was great and very centrally located! Perfect for my short stay in Newport! It was a little small if you have more than 2 people, but for the price was great. Would definitely stay here again :)

We enjoyed our stay at Brandon’s place ! From the goodies he left us to all the local recommendations and check-in’s to make sure we were okay or if we needed anything, Brandon really goes out of his way to make sure his guests have an enjoyable experience. The apartment itself is soooo close to shops and restaurants and the Mansions and the bed was soooo comfortable ! Would definitely come back in the warmer weather months to check out Newport in a different light and stay at Brandon’s again!

We loved Paul's place as it was very accessible to Thames street. Plus it was able to accomodate my big family. It was also nice that there is parking space available as it is difficult to find a parking in Newport. Paul responded very quickly too when we encountered a power outlet issue in one of the bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and had made my family's first trip to Newport a great one. Thank YOU!

I grew up in the area and know Newport well. After a wedding on Cape Cod, we were looking for a place to unwind for a few days. (1) The location is great; right off Thames St. in the heart of downtown, and right down the street from the Vanderbilt (great hotel bar, restaurant, and roof deck) -- that said, we visited in October when Newport isn't crowded; I can imagine it might be a bit noisy in the summer. (2) David was a very responsible host. (3) The apartment, though small (as are most of them in the colonial section of downtown Newport) was well kitted out (in the summer, the washer/dryer would be a real plus; ditto for the small back patio). (4) If you want to stay in and watch shows/videos, it's well equipped (e.g., Hulu, etc.). (5) Wifi was flawless. (6) Parking across the street was $30 for 24 hours.

Matt was an awesome host! He was super friendly and quick to respond. The home was very clean and spacious. We felt really relaxed there. The location was perfect for exploring Newport. We loved being able to walk to breakfast, lunch, or dinner. He had great recommendations in his local guide. Fun trip for anyone looking to explore Newport.

This property was the perfect size for my husband and me. Very clean and had all the basics needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was amazing - steps from Thames Street. Troy was extremely responsive, especially when I left a few items behind and had to coordinate with him to get them back.

Overall relaxing stay and trip to Greenport. Sherri is very communicative and her instructions and listing is clear and accurate. The condo is well decorated and clean and has everything you need for a nice weekend. One thing to note- we were aware check in is between 3 and 5 pm based on the listing (wound up being around 4) but it would be nice for it to be earlier. Still 5 stars though!

Irinas place was exactly as she described. She answered all inquiries in a timely manner. We will definitely be back.
