All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

Place was great , clean , everything they advertised to be , and were super easy to deal With , they also checked in frequently to make sure our stay and vacation was going great and if we needed anything, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to booking again next summer!

Cozy, clean, beach gettaway. 2 Min walk to the beach. Fresh ocean air. Beautiful big back-deck and comfortable beds. Excellent, responsive hosts. Very good deal! Would stay here again.

It was cozy yet spacious. It caused an all out homemade hot chocolate w marshmallow, movie night with the whole family. We'd grab a different great breakfast sandwich 3 min away daily. Everything is just an exit or a block away. I would love to stay here again.

The house was perfect ! It was exactly how it was described and shown in the pictures. The location is right on the beach and we got to enjoy the most amazing sunset! We took full advantage of the hot tub that is right on the deck overlooking the beach ! It was so nice to come back from being out all day and relax in it ! Matt and Celia are great hosts ! They responded so quickly to our questions about the area and suggestions for dinner etc . The location is perfect to visit Yale and downtown New Haven but also close to Branford and the other quaint towns on the water . We highly recommend staying here if you are in the area! 5 stars !

Sprawling unobstructed views of the ocean, cliff walk and mansions. The sound of the waves was so relaxing. The house was cozy, beds were comfortable and house was spotless and the kitchen had everything you would need. The fireplace was incredible. The pictures can be great but you don’t get the feel of it until you are actually there and this cottage exceeded my expectations. Host gave us recommendations of where to eat. This was a last minute reservation and check in couldn’t have been easier. We were also offered a late check out which we appreciated. Downtown Newport was a five minute drive. I would book this Airbnb again and again!

My wife and I stayed one night at Brenda’s cottage with our pup Kona. The location can’t be beat (steps from the water) and the cottage is very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time at Rob's place in Provincetown this February. If you are looking for a quiet place on the East End in the off season this is an exceptional spot. Beautiful water views from the condo. A gorgeous beach with some of the best views in Provincetown is right across the street. Condo was perfectly cleaned upon arrival and exactly as described. Couldn't ask for more.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and hope to return. It is perfect for our family of ten. Six adults and four children. There is something for everyone. There are outdoor activities and indoor activities. The children's books were upgraded this year and a big hit. The pool is delightful and Tyson was proactive in making sure the temperature was right. The house is clean. It has everything you need with no added clutter. Anne was generous in allowing us to stay a bit later when checking out and we appreciated it.

This was my second stay at Garrett’s and the place was just as nice as I remembered (plus a a few upgrades). Garrett’s always quick to respond to inquiries, unit had just about everything we needed including beach towels and location is great as it’s a short bike ride from center town and peaceful/quiet if you’re looking for a balanced vacation.

Carol and John’s home is a hidden gem! It is located right on the beach and you can wake up every morning to the most beautiful sight. My husband and I wanted to go away from the weekend but not have to travel too far. This was the perfect place to allow us to relax and unwind for an extended weekend. The hot tub and fire place made everything even better! We’ll certainly be back! :)

Irinas place was exactly as she described. She answered all inquiries in a timely manner. We will definitely be back.

Karen’s Branford property was fantastic for our group of 11 friends. Unbeatable views from multiple wrap around decks and many windows. Multiple spaces for gathering and a wonderful kitchen for cooking. We truly had a great stay and would happily return.

This was absolutely perfect for our wedding weekend in Montauk. We were so close to everything which made it very convenient. The room was perfect and loved the clothing rack perk! Everything was clean and loved the skylights in the unit and the patio overlooking the water. 10/10 woud definitely stay here again!

Gary is the consummate AirBnB host! He has staged this home with everything you might desire , before you know you want it! The house is immaculate and fully appointed. There is the Sauna, fire pit, hot tub, luxurious showers, and clean comfortable beds for everyone, little ones included! Everything is in tip top condition & Gary is very responsive and supportive for all his guests. Highly recommend!!

Samantha was a great host. The home had exceptional views of the ocean and has amazing beach access. If you want to explore other towns on Cape Cod nothing is too far away and you can easily drive to restaurants and different beaches. Would recommend staying here!

The beach house was lovely and Caitlin was nothing but helpful and responded to all of our questions very quickly. You’ll feel at home, plenty of homely touches and amenities. The location is beautiful, as are the views and beach. We chose a cold time of year to visit, I can only imagine the fun a family would have during better weather. Really wonderful.

Excellent stay. The Private beach is perfect for families and is an extremely short distance from the house which is convenient. Great view of the ships right from the windows. Stay was perfect

This is a lovely little beach cottage! We were very comfortable and had a great time! It was wonderful to have our dog with us! The location is beautiful and private, with access to a very special stretch of beach.

This was our 3rd year renting, and we’ve already booked for the 4th year! That pretty much says it all! It’s our favorite long weekend of the year. You will not be disappointed.

The place was beautiful. Amazing view. Very clean. Very equipped. Few things to notice: The 4th room was detached from the main house and there was not bathroom there. So we did not use it. The host said they are in process of adding that. AJ the host was very responsive and very nice. Need to watch your head in some of the rooms as the sealing is low. Over all we had a wonderful time and we definitely recommend this house. 🤩

The house was perfect and what we expected for a quick couples getaway. Steps from the beach. good local restaurants. Close enough to concert venues without having to stay in Bridgeport.
