Several times I have been welcomed here for business travel. Nice bonus to be able to unwind with a view of the ocean after a long day. Laid back, no frill’s atmosphere is what I love about this place.

I stayed at Katherine's during renovations on my house in a nearby town. I appreciated her flexibility and the fact that she also accommodated my dogs as the experience has been challenging for all of us. The location of Katherine's property is easy to find and very close to Brattleboro for most things you would need during your stay.

My husband and 2 year old stayed at Ellen’s barn for the weekend. The space was very big, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring the area, we didn’t spend much time in the barn as we spent much of our day exploring. Would highly recommend Ellen’s place!

This house was the perfect place for our family get together. We were able to use both dwelling and socially isolate while indoors. The grounds are extensive and nicely cared for. There were plenty of gathering spots outdoors where family could gather comfortably while maintaining distance. These are cray times, but this property was well suited for our family needs. The garden is gorgeous and there was plenty of room to spread out for a softball game or badminton, but intimate enough to find a nice corner to read or just relax. The location was very good as well. It was a short distance to the walkway over the Hudson (30 min) and to Lake Minnewaska State Park (40 min). This was our first trip to Hudson Valley but will not be our last.

We stayed at Wiz's place for 3 nights and felt right at home! Our stay was super pleasant, there are a lot of things to do in the area and we could have stayed a lot longer. The breakfast was such a nice little touch and the homemade goodies were very much appreciated! Thanks again for everything!!

The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable and Rosemary was a friendly and welcoming host. Highly recommend.

Lisa is an amazing host and the house is beautiful. It’s so nicely decorated and clean. In addition, breakfast was delicious. Lisa is so kind and puts so much thought into every detail to make for a truly special experience. Rita is awesome! She made me feel right at home and was very accommodating. I enjoyed conversing with Rita and felt like I had known her for a long time. She is also an EXCELLENT cook! It was a short stay but one I will always remember! I did not converse much with her husband but he is a super nice guy. I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend staying at Rita’s 🥰

We were delighted to stay at the airbnb and had a wonderful time! We definitely plan to revisit and look forward to our next trip to Boston. The stay with our hosts made the whole experience very special.

If I could give Grace and her place 100 stars I would! Grace made me feel right at home! She was so welcoming and kind. Her place was so peaceful, clean, and comfortable. She went above and beyond. I can’t say enough great things about this place and host! If you get the chance to stay here, consider yourself lucky!

A dreamy South Hamptons getaway!! Superb location to explore the village, venture to the beach, or simply relax on the front porch. Jayne has perfected the bed & breakfast experience in her warm, historic home & made our stay one we won’t forget! Hope to be back. Thanks Jayne!

Wonderful place, very clean, peaceful, and the owners were friendly, kind, available, and helpful. About 20 min walk to harbour with boats to Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket. About 10 min walk to beach, and about 25 min walk to downtown shops. Big parking area, beautiful garden. I traveled all over the island but I found Hyannis being the center of things. I'd certainly recommend this place in Hyannis.

We had the most lovely stay at Andrea’s place. Had the two-room suite with our adult daughter. It was like stepping back in time - the charm, quaintness of the cottages. No tv/wifi. Check. Ocean view. Check. Delish breakfast delivered each morning. Check. This place is an absolute gem!! Bonus - location. Surrounded by Gilded Age hotel and buildings with rolling lawn where we had drinks in Adirondacks listening to live music outdoors. Block Island is stunning as well - bluffs, beaches, unspoiled land, ponds. Just a perfect stay!! Andrea, Robin and staff were the best. Huge thank you!!

Wonderful stay …. Visited for a concert at Foxwoods. Tom and Karen were warm and friendly… offered local places to eat and visit. Coffee was all set up for morning along with yogurt, berries and delicious homemade granola.

Absolutely beautiful home in a lovely area! We loved our stay here and couldn’t ask for anything more. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the neighborhood was very peaceful with a great view. Rebecca was an extremely kind and considerate host and we wish we could have stayed longer! We would love to stay here again in the future.

We absolutely adored the Rajah Room. It was a beautiful space to stay for our one night in Salem and we would definitely book again in the future!

This property and its location in the Hamptons is perfect. And Monika goes long past the extra mile to make you feel properly “hosted”. Beyond that, the AirBnB review character limit prevents me from doing justice to how truly extraordinary Monika is as a host or how equally wonderful the property is to experience. Sufficed to say, this was the best AirBnB experience we have ever had anywhere, period, full stop. We will absolutely be back.

We had a lovely stay at The Lacey Rose. The house itself is very impressive and beautiful inside. The beds were very comfy and breakfast was terrific. Denise was great and stayed up to welcome us on a bit of a late arrival. Will have no hesitation in staying there again.

John was nice and his house was great. Was happy to have a bite to eat in the morning and walk around his beautiful outside space. He was incredibly responsive when I was communicating about arriving late and was a pleasure to talk with. Super close to Foxwoods but also in nature at the same time.

Have you ever been on a trip that instantly called to you"home away from home"? The Cottage at the Grange was that place for me. My two weeks there were nothing short of magical as I settled in easily and watched as late winter merged into early spring.Steve and Dean were the most gracious, accommodating, , generous hosts I have every encountered. They have created a sanctuary abundant with comforts rarely seen away from home. The decor was a work of art with an eclectic flair. The ambiance ranged from dramatic to whimsical, sophisticated to playful, historical to amusing,intellectual and dramatic- a sheer joy to explore. The cottage was pristine, all home systems in excellent working order. WiFi was 100% reliable. Appliances were high quality and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked.The primary bedroom was luxurious and bathroom had an excellent shower.I learned about the unique history of the Grange and its majestic grounds.A rare tranquility. Returning in June.

In one word, cozy. Lauren and Blake's cabin was a quiet retreat, with a cozy wood burning stove, simple and elegant decor and the most comfortable beds our party of three has ever experienced. Only minutes to the quaint little village of West Stockbridge the cabin is a beautiful haven we didn't want to leave. We will stay here again.
