We booked Martin's cottage for rest/relaxation during the holiday season with our growing extended family. The space was appropriate for young children, our aging parents, and our beloved furry family members. Thank you for your hospitality and warmth throughout the booking process. Jay was a great host. Since I was a new profile, we went through a vetting process, including sharing my LinkedIn profile, but after that, everything went smoothly. The property is beautiful, with a lot of personality, especially when you look down into the kitchen from the main family room. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, cutlery, cookware, and spices for meals, and has a fantastic stove. Some dials were finicky, and the middle grill burner wasn’t working, but we still made it work. The hot tub was perfect for the cold weather, and we appreciated the pool towels provided. We also enjoyed the Christmas decorations upon arrival. Overall, we loved our stay—the place had so much charm. On a final note, we’d definitely visit again. If the mattresses were replaced with higher-quality ones, something more comfortable, it would elevate the experience.

Freda was an exceptional host and provided the perfect place for our weekend away! We just wish our stay was longer so we could enjoy the house and what it had to offer more.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable old stone farmhouse but with modern finishing and amenities. My kids particularly loved the hot tub and we had fun tootling around the local town. Only minutes away from Picton and Bloomfield among others so very convenient location.

The house is spacious and so are the rooms. The kitchen had everything beautifully equipped. We enjoyed our stay, even though during the winter there’s not much to do in the area. The only downside was the rooms in the basement didn’t have any heater working, we used the fireplace in the basement on high to warm the rooms as much as possible. As we were two families with kids, we would have liked to have at least a hand vacuum available and not just a broom as it’s a big space and would have made it easier to clean while around. The bed pillows need changing as they were very uncomfortable to sleep on. But all in all a beautiful house, just needs a little touch up to add its spark back.

This place was great. It was exactly what we were looking for for a low key bachelorette weekend. Easily slept the 8 of us. Lots of space for everyone. The firepit was amazing and the views from the dock were gorgeous. The host was great - sent us lots of information for checkin, list of recommendations for the area, and sent a checkout reminder so we had all the information we needed. It was a great location for us to drive to a couple wineries and we could walk to Wander for dinner which was delicious! We would absolutely stay here again!

We’re 4 moms that needed a break from the everyday and this house was perfect. A bedroom for each of us, lots of space to spread out, walking distance to town. We had such a great time. Thank you Marianne for such a lovely stay.

This was our second stay, and once again, it exceeded our expectations! Suren is an exceptional host—attentive and welcoming. The property is absolutely perfect, surrounded by the beauty of nature, and maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness. A truly serene getaway. We can’t wait to return for another visit!

we have family in Ottawa and family in Toronto and this was an excellent spot to meet halfway. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the place was exactly as described, there were nine adults and we were all very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place

Hanna and Muzafar are great hosts. My girlfriends and I were visiting the Wander Spa during the day and stayed at the house for one night. We felt very cozy, the big table was perfect for group breakfast and board games. Very clean, quiet, and lots of parking. We walked 10 minutes to the main street to Midtown Brewery for our evening meal.

This place was an absolute gem for our group getaway! The host (Riley) was incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. Nestled in a peaceful small community, it was the perfect retreat. Our group had such a wonderful time, and we can’t recommend this place highly enough.

We really enjoyed our stay at Acadia House! The house was very spacious with plenty of room for our family of 5 and had a large, beautiful yard. The location was great, very close to Sandbanks and Picton. Our kids loved the basketball net and hammock. I loved that the house offered recycling and backyard composting, washer/dryer. This was a great place to stay in PEC and we would highly recommend it.

I frequently stay at Airbnb’s and travel a lot. I would say this is the best host I’ve ever had. Super friendly, super nice, super knowledgeable of the area and gave great suggestions. The home was unique and very nice. I will definitely be going back next time I’m in the area.

I can't thank Tracey enough when it came to booking her beautiful home. I made this booking last minute for family travelling last minute from the UK. Tracey answered all of my questions promptly and was more than accommodating. The family absolutely loved the house and some are planning to try and book in the future.

If you’re looking to recharge and reconnect this is an amazing place to stay. Internet availability but free of TV and in a quiet, private lot in Prince Edward county, close to the main city so easy to pick up any needed supplies and very close to a distillery and brewery. The host is very responsive and the unit is as advertised. We had a wonderful stay and would consider coming back and recommending to others.

The Welsh House is a wonderful place to stay in Picton. Its location is just steps to Main St and manages to be both peaceful and extremely walkable to much of town. Jane is a gracious host: responsive, thoughtful, kind and this is apparent through each communication, recommendation and even in details throughout her lovely heritage home. Our family stayed last minute on a long weekend and the way Jane treated us, you would have thought we had booked well in advance. It was a very nice trip and a huge part of that was because of The Welsh House. Thank you, Jane!

Clean, comfortable, safe place! Highly recommend. Shaun was fantastic to work with. We travel to Belleville frequently and this will definitely be a place we come back to.

We spent a great weekend at Sam & Adam's place. It was the perfect place for our biking adventure - the home is located on the Millennium Trail. The home is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is very well appointed. In addition to being close to the cycling trail, the home is walking distance to a great little coffee shop and good restaurants on Main Street in Wellington. Sam and Adam let us know about what was going on in the County on the weekend, even sending a message about road closures for the marathon. Thanks for sharing your home!

We had a very nice stay. The open concept kitchen and living room was very nice with a beautiful view of Lake Ontario.

We cannot say enough good things about the Clover House! The home itself is very large and so inviting from the moment you step inside. It is exactly as the photos show and the huge yard (very enjoyed by our senior dog to roll around in the grass) and hot tub were a big bonus. It’s proximity to Picton makes driving in for coffee or dinner so convenient and we cannot wait to come back!

This place is beautiful, and Jaclynn is a warm and responsive host. The house is roomy, well equipped and comfortable, the property is leafy and full of birds, and our kids loved the games room on the occasional rainy day. We were here in summer, but this would be fabulous in other seasons too. Lots of space to relax! Thank you Jaclynn and family — we’ll be back!
