i will definitely be returning! the location is great and in a safe area my car felt super safe in the parking garage a beautiful view out of the window everything’s new and modern super clean checking in was super easy they show you every step on how to get in !

Absolutely amazing! The space was clean and very spacious. Anything we forgot, the host had it (Plus More). The Home was close to stores, food, gas stations, and highways. I loved every minute of my stay.

Adam was very helpful and prompt with his response time, the unit was clean and also looked exactly like the photos displayed so their were no surprises when I arrived. Very accommodating and comfortably located next to a variety of different restaurants and groceries stores. Thanks Adam for having me!

They had great activities that we could join in with the other residents, every person on staff was super-nice, personable, and responsive. The security of the place was amazing! We had our own view of the doors from our room, and the ability to get in and out was also great. The balcony was an added bonus, and we spent the majority of our time when we were there, out on the balcony enjoying the view! Everything about Vicinia was amazing! They have a bar on premises (that closed at 7pm), but we were able to enjoy the festivities with the other residents. Everything there was clean and sanitized. They offered a breakfast until 9:30am, and coffee all day. There are so many great offerings from this AirBnB that we will absolutely return! Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will recommend Vicinia to anyone who will listen!

This place was perfect for a wedding weekend in downtown Detroit! Very walkable, safe, & had everything I needed for lighter packing. Would recommend!

Great location, loved that it was so walkable as we didn't have a car. Place was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to be comfortable. The view was amazing and the host was very responsive!

We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The home was nicely decorated and furnished. We walked to everything that we came to Detroit to do. Communication was great excellent!

My brother in law was in town and needed a place to stay for the night as everything was booked. Gohso was super quick to accept his stay and was understanding of my brother in law needing a place to stay for the night. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice private room!

The condo is very nice and Sequoyah has added the extras that made my stay great. The bedding was really soft and comfortable and the bed was adjustable!! I thought the phone charger cords for any kind of cell phone was a thoughtful touch and I appreciated the small refrigerator in the room. I only wish I had brought the sign-in information for the TV apps I subscribe to to use on Roku. This place was not far from my event and near shopping and restaurants. At first, I was not sure about going upstairs, but it wasn’t a big flight or difficult. Sequoyah met me outside and helped me carry my stuff. I thought that was considerate. The price was very reasonable and would, definitely, stay here again.

This is our second time staying in this building so checking in and out was easy. The unit we stay in was very quiet, beds were comfortable and apartment was very clean. We like the location and apartment building so we will be back a third time!

FANTASTIC place to stay if you are an intern, as you really only need your clothes and toiletries at a minimum. You get your own room and bathroom, and Ruth is the opposite of bothersome—but caring, kind, and respectful. Ruth actively communicates all necessary information, is open to conversation, and even asks how you are doing from time to time. You might even get the chance to hear her sing to herself in passing! Great summer stay, thanks Ruth!

This place was just right! Matt made the stay even more pleasant. The home is we’ll keep, up to date, and super comfortable. Matt was an awesome host. Proactive, helpful, very responsive. He made sure our stay was perfect. I am looking forward to staying here again!

We needed a place to stay while attending a concert. We loved that it was cozy and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Although we had some issues with cleanliness, Sam was quick to respond and offer a solution. Communication was wonderful. Sam was friendly, super quick to respond and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. The kitchen is beautiful. We didn’t do any cooking, but everything was there if we needed to. If we were back in town again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed at Joseph's with our two young kiddos for three nights. We are super happy we found the house available and it lived up to its description 100%. The place is super cozy. The kitchen is GREAT. The main bedroom has a better mattress (and far superior pillows) than the JW Marriot we stayed at three weeks ago. Medium firmness and ultra-supportive! 10/10 on the mattress & bedding. THANK YOU!!! For the kids: The downstairs play area was much fun for our 4-1/2 yr-old girl and the air hockey was a blast. The bathroom had a kid's stool and the tub was kid-friendly (and still very comfortable for an adult). The house is very kid-friendly, but note that there is a staircase to the basement which is open to the main level. This was not a problem for us as our 1-3/4 yr-old was finally slightly intimidated by something (or he just didn't feel like making a break for it). For toddlers, you might ask about a gate. We would absolutely stay here again w/wo kids!

John is a friendly, delightful, and helpful host! His house is spacious, fun, and perfect for family gatherings! Highly recommend!

Was such a fun experience, with a very comfortable home. A great time coupled with an awesome host. We had lots of things going on with this vacation and a large meetup of people. Mike helped make that a comfy and stress free situation by being readily available and easy to work with. Would come back again!!

I had a fantastic stay! I stayed for two nights and loved the location. It is close to the shops, restaurants, and places I visit when in the area. The home was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The kitchen had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were particularly wonderful. It was too cold to make much use of the backyard, but it would have been perfect to hang out and/or grill in, if the weather was warmer when I stayed. The home had more than enough space for me and would also have been spacious enough if I’d brought my two kids. The amount of furniture and decor was just right for the home to feel warm and welcoming but uncluttered. The home offers great natural light. Couches are comfortable and perfect for curling up to read or have coffee/glass of wine. The shower has a double shower head and plenty of room. I did not make use of the pool table or exercise equipment, but I would have enjoyed the basement on a longer visit! Great home! Wonderful stay!
