The neighborhood can be loud, the beds can be squeaky, and the floors do creek. If you are misophonic, or if you don’t like creeks and old buildings, don’t stay here. My wife and I live in an old home, and we were born much too early to let these sorts of things bother us. Our kids weren’t as crazy about the creeks. Otherwise, the restaurant and bar downstairs is phenomenal, and you are in the middle of Little Nashville. I lived in this area for eight years, and have been visiting it for many many years as a tourist. This place is centrally located, and it feels good to be there. My son slept on the futon, he is 15 years old, so he is not necessarily the best critic, but he said that it was hard to sleep on. The bed is super soft, but my wife and I left with backaches. Either way, it was a huge place, very nice, and we will stay here again. I am giving this apartment five out of five stars, not because it is the perfect apartment. It is not. It is the perfect apartment for us.

Tandhy’s place was really nice and cozy. Check-in was smooth and easy. All necessary amenities in the apartment present and then some. The hosts have obviously thought through all what one could need for their stay. What a nice and comfortable stay!!

I based my ratings on the overall experience of working with David since I didn’t quite see the accommodations. Due to some property fixes needed on the space close to the date of my booking, he proactively booked me into a nearby hotel and covered the difference in cost it would have been. Excellent and proactive communication made it a breeze and it actually worked better due to not having a rental car! The hotel had some connections to local drivers. FYI to anyone coming to this area, Ubers are not generally available and a rental is crucial! Thanks for everything Dave.

This was a cozy place, Kimberly was very helpful and responsive to my questions. Flexible with check in. I found the mattress super comfortable and the pet friendly was perfect for us. It was a duplex but we felt like we had our privacy the whole time. Safe area. The hosts even shoveled the driveway for us when it snowed. Very kind. The location is a bit out of town but we knew this going into it but definitley not walking distance to any activities. Overall great experience that fit our needs perfectly. Thanks to the hosts or whoever cleared the snow for us!

Amanda's place was perfect! The location is ideal and it was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms were clean. Amanda was awesome - she was responsive, accommodated our schedules and was a great hostess. We are already talking about booking this place again. Thanks Amanda!

The apartment was great...it was actually better than expected! It is a unique layout, but it worked really well for our family. Everything was clean and ready to go. We were in town for an IU football game and staying here was a great value. It took about 20 minutes of driving on 46 straight to the stadium and we didn't have to pay thousands for lodging! It was a big win for us. I highly recommend!

4 days, 3 nights in late March. Experienced both rainy days and sunny warm spring days. Host is very responsive. The apt is bigger than you expect so the space feels nice. You can't beat the location on Walnut, close to cafes, restaurants, and theater, and walkable to any place in town. With location comes some traffic noise during the day and street noise at night , but the host accounts for this with a sound machine in the bedroom. Host is also very willing to help with anything you may need and is responsive. Perfect place for a short visit to Btown and/or IU. Would easily stay again!

Perfect place to stay for the weekend. More than enough space for two of us and they had everything we could need!

Pros: Excellent location, very walkable to college and surrounding area, across the street from grocery store, ample parking, great space for up to 3 people. Cons: Bedroom was a bit hot since air conditioner was in living room only, shower is very small.

My friends and I were in town for a wedding at The Wilds. Very convenient for getting to the wedding venue and to and from downtown Bloomington. If I’m ever back in Bloomington with a large group I would definitely book Nancy’s place again.

Jeff and Ambers place was immaculate. We stayed for 2 days, there was a change in our plans due to hurricane rain. Their little place was comfy and cozy for 2 people. I reached out to Jeff with a couple questions over the weekend and he was quick to reply!! They had little snacks to get you by and little things you may have forgotten!! We would 100% stay with them again in the future!! Thanks for hosting us!!!

Such a cozy spot in a great location that is walkable to downtown Nashville. Christina was a great communicator and so welcoming! It felt like I was staying at a family members house. So comfy and such great character throughout each room! Can’t wait to come back!

Very clean and cozy. The view from outside was also very nice. The owners downstairs kept to themselves and were very quiet so we didn’t really notice they were there.

Peter and Suzanne are great hosts! Easy to get in contact with, had clear instructions, and the location is in a great spot to get away from the noise. Big plus for the hot tub and the continental breakfast ◡̈
