Great place for big family gathering. Lots of space to eat and sleep and play outside! Kitchen had everything we needed and then some- thank you for hosting our thanksgiving

stayed here for a month of work and it was the best place I've ever stayed at so far. host's are super responsive and always checking in to see if you need anything. would definitely recommend staying here.

Our group loved our stay and the pool! Plenty of room for all of us- lots of beds/sleeping space, plenty of seating options in the living areas, enough room for us to all eat together. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

We arrived late in the evening and a bit tired, but check-in instructions were so thorough that it made locating the property and figuring out parking very simple. There were three in our party, so we had plenty of room, and when we had visitors over the tally rose to seven, but the space never felt cramp. There is every amenity provided – washer & dryer, plenty of plush towels, wifi, TVs, a well-stocked kitchen including a very nice Kurig, outdoor courts for tennis, basketball or pickle ball (we played pickle ball even though it was very cold out – paddles and balls provided by our hosts!) And, speaking of our hosts – April and Richard are so incredibly thoughtful, generous and accommodating. The little touches they provided to make our stay extra special were so unexpected yet very much appreciated. They are THE BEST. You can’t go wrong picking this place, we would most definitely return pending availability. Thank you, April and Richard, and much continued success!

Beautiful place, clean and inviting. Bed we used was comfy, shower had force, and there was a bottle of wine! We didn’t drink it, but thought it a nice touch. Def would stay again, thank you Colleen.

The house was exactly as the pictures and description advertised. We had a great stay and Rebecca was a great host and very responsive.

Barbara and Alan were super sweet when they greeted us. They showed us around and where everything was. Loved the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies left for us!

Joes's place is great! our family of 5 adults, 1 baby and our dogs were all very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. the bedrooms were nice and mattresses were very comfortable. All lininens and towels were provided and clean. The location was a very convenient 6 minutes from The Wilds Wedding Venue where our daughter got married. One of the best things about this home is the huge fenced in back yard that the dogs loved. The patio is very cute with patio seating, hanging lights, grill and a nice hot tub. The hot tub appeared clean and well maintained. we would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend Joe's place to everyone.

Our last minute stay to celebrate our college friend’s engagement was nothing short of perfect! It was so close to downtown, had snacks, was very clean, and just the right size for all of us. I would without a doubt stay again! It was so unique and had great decor. We were so happy with our stay!

Great hosts! Very clean and organized home. Welcoming place with water and snacks upon arrival. Thank you so much for flexible check in time. They let us arrive early which helped as we had our dog with us and wanted to do things in Bloom with our college daughter.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Immaculately Clean & Perfect Stay Near IU Campus! I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb near IU University, close to campus! The house was immaculately clean, which I truly appreciated as someone who values cleanliness. The space was perfect for our needs—comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. We had zero issues during our stay, and the communication with the host was excellent. Cyndi was incredibly attentive and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. I will definitely be booking this place again in the near future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a spotless, well-managed, and convenient stay near IU!

A wonderful place, great for a girls weekend. Very spacious for daughters, mothers, grandmothers, aunts and cousins to gather, shop and enjoy some quiet time!

Austin was a great host and super accommodating. This was our second stay at the house and it has worked out perfectly for us. We would absolutely stay there again.

Very comfortable, clean, cute home. The decor was very pretty. The linens and towels were crisp and clean. The house had clean air and very attractive furnishings and kitchen appliances. Cozy beds. Very short drive to campus and shops. Neighborhood is quiet.

Perfect place for girls trip to see daughter at IU. Close enough to campus but not in an area with college housing, neighborhood is nice. Everything we needed was there and easy to find. We’ll gladly stay here again.

This was a beautiful little home. Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but on the inside it is charming. And if you’re a coffee lover, this is the only place to stay. And we found that every amenity we could possibly want was there. The host was very thoughtful in choosing. The second bedroom was very small. And to access the bathroom, you do have to go through the main bedroom. But we had absolutely no difficulty with any of that as three adults. All in all, I would give it a great rating as a comfortable safe place to stay. Even though we didn’t use the stove much, next time we will! It is fantastic!

Iris House was wonderful, and I will certainly be staying there again for any future visits to Bloomington. It was well appointed, with nice little touches in every room. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook and serve a great meal, the living room comfortable a large enough to accommodate friends while watching a movie. Both bedrooms are comfortable and have their own televisions. The deck provides another great space to gather, and the yard more than enough room for kids or a dog to run around and play. The area is easy to reach, quiet, and only minutes from campus and all the great restaurants and other places of interest in Bloomington, as well as dedicated trails to walk or run. If this space is available during your stay, I highly recommend it!

Mary Lee and Tim made us feel right at home. Their hospitality was second to none. We left feeling that their message to us was “our home is your home!” They immediately responded to our questions and comments with very helpful information, including dining suggestions. They quickly accommodated a personal request that we were so grateful for! The home and yard were nothing short of spectacular, perfect for a large group. We would like to thank them for contributing greatly to a very special celebratory weekend!

Our family had a great few days away here! The house & surroundings were very peaceful & relaxing.

Our stay at Nick's place was great. The beds were comfy, the house was clean, and it was only a few minutes from Karst Park, for our soccer games!

Where to begin? This was the cutest place. I have ever booked on Airbnb! The drive into the neighborhood definitely had us kind of questioning if we were in the right place, but once we stepped through the gate, it is as described - a total oasis in the middle of Indiana! I look forward to rebooking spring or summer when the garden is in full bloom, but even being there mid March, the property was beginning to show signs of the coming of spring; the little green sprouting buds looked so pretty. I really liked the greenhouse attached to the back of the house. It has given me inspiration for what I need to be doing here at home. Max has a beautiful property. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding. It was awesome! We had a welcome party for our out of town guests and it was the perfect place. Kerry was a great host who got right back to us with any question we might have. We Highly recommend staying here!
