From start to finish, everything was amazing & i felt at home. The rooftop is amazing as well. The place is very secure with good level of security. Super easy self checkin & Checkout. Amazing location, walkable to many great restaurant & cafes. Nice & Clean flat. Had all necessary amenities. Marius & LMEY team are AMAZING in terms of customer service and responsiveness to message, i really appreciate that. Very very clear instructions were given few days before the checkin date, which made everything so smooth going and hassle free. I really appreciate that. Only 1 hiccup, the next morning after checkin, i realised that the toaster wasnt clean. I informed the LMEY team via message, they were prompt and so nice in acknowledging and responding to me. And very efficient as well. The toaster was replace in no time. Thanks Marius & Team for making me feel at home. I will surely come back. Can't recommend enough.

Sehr schönes Apartment in der 23 Etage mit phänomenalen Ausblick auf den Tafelberg. Gebäude sehr gut bewacht und freundliches Personal. Möglichkeit ein Auto in der bewachten Garage zu parken. Fußläufig zu guten Restaurants (Longstreet) und V&A Waterfront. Klare Empfehlung!!!!

렌트카를 가지고 있는 경우, 저녁 7시 이후에 체크인을 하면 시큐리티 데스크까지 접근이 어려울 수 있음. 보안이 철저하고, 가든스 쇼핑센터 위에 위치한 주상복합형 아파트로 픽앤페이, 카페 등 쇼핑이 편리함. 새벽 3시경 해당 구역 정전이 발생(남아공 전기공급 조절 정책의 일환)하여 렌트카과 함께 이른 체크아웃을 할 경우, 어려움이 있음(방에 불이 안 켜짐, 주차 레버 미작동 등) 주방도구가 잘 갖춰져 있고, 침대 및 쇼파가 편안하고 잘 관리되어 있음. 숙소 주변에 음식점도 다수 있어 좋음.

Beautiful Airbnb in an absolute prime location in Capetown. Supermarkets, gyms, restaurants, mountains and the sea are all close by. We loved our two weeks there and definitely hope to come back! The communication with grant was very easy and friendly!

You are provided with a nice and spacious appartment. The view from the balcony is nice, the view from the rooftop is amazing! Facilities Most things are provided, however know that if you are staying longer you might need to buy some showergel/toiletpaper/.... etc yourself. Also, there s NO coffee maker (even though it is advertised). The entire building is very well managed and highly secured with multiple locks and severall guards. During check-in the guards are not helpfull but not very friendly. Communication Communication is perfect, fast, and clear, before as well as during your stay. Neighbourhood The appartment is rather quiet (only some noice from the hallway possible). There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance. It can 'feel' a bit dodgy after dark, but the are safety guys everywhere! So it's definitely a safe place to walk around, even after dark. Else, there is an abundance of Ubers and they are cheap (compared to Europe)!

Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt, Zustand und Atmosphäre der Wohnung waren entsprechend der Beschreibung, also wirklich schön. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

This was our families first visit to Cape Town and Grant's hospitality and home were perfect from the moment we arrived. Grant was an exceptional host, very responsive before, during and after our visit and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a special one. The house itself is exactly as shown in the pictures, the indoor/outdoor living made it the perfect space to relax and enjoy the Cape Town summer weather. The location is fantastic and close to local shops, restaurants and other amenities. We would not hesitate to stay at Grant's house again when we next visit Cape Town.

Staying at Gintara’s place was awesome! The place was super clean and comfy, and communication was on point – he made everything really easy. Gintara also helped us plan some cool excursions and got us some great deals on them. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we really appreciated all the help. It's also within walking distance to Big Bay and a short drive from Melkboss :)

This is a perfect retreat right in the hub of the city which feels private and peaceful amongst the lush surroundings and beautiful backdrop of table mountain. The house has inspiring architecture and we thoroughly enjoyed its layout and quirky design. We really enjoyed the pool and loved how we could park our car safely and securely in the garage. Everything was easy in the house and very much felt like a home from home. Access to lion’s head or table mountain by foot were extremely close. We loved how we could drop down into the city or over to camps bay within 5-10 minutes by car. Coffee shops/restaurants were too far to walk as a family. Our youngest was 6 years old who managed these stairs fine. There are some big drops at the sides of the stairs and a large gap in all the bannister railings. This was exciting for us to stay in cool accommodation again knowing our children could be safe…with a few gentle reminders! The host David was so helpful 🙏 thank you for a wonderful stay.

Had a lovely 10-day stay at Betttina's house. The house is spacious, clean, practical and can comfortably accommodate a large family (we were 7 adults and 2 small children). The pool and gardens are well maintained and on the same level as the house. Bettina is easily reachable and answered any questions we had, and also helped us find a private chef. Sim the housekeeper made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable and also helped with day to day queries and recommendations. Would definitely consider re-booking.

We really enjoyed our 5 weeks in Shaun’s beautiful house. Great location, next to the vineyards , coffee shops and Constantia Village . Shaun was always available and extremely helpful. The house is spacious and in a very peaceful location and the kitchen very well kitted out. The house was well serviced and very clean. Finally the pool is big and well maintained and it is in a beautiful garden. A wonderful stay that I highly recommend. Thank you again Shaun

We really loved staying at Staniela’s place. The apartment is bright and airy, and very tastefully decorated. Location is fantastic - right off buzzing Kloof St, but at the back of the building so protected from noise. We’d definitely recommend this place for visitors to Cape Town. Thanks Staniela!

Wir sind schon zum 2. Mal in der Unterkunft. Für uns perfekt, zentral, man kann sich sicher und frei bewegen, zur Waterfront sind zu Fuß 10 Minuten. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Umgebung, das Haus ist sehr sicher, Parkplatz im Haus! Durch die zentrale Lage etwas laut, aber dafür den Pool und die Bar und die unglaubliche Aussicht vom 27. Stock! Immer wieder gerne!

I had a great stay at Katrin's place. There's a lovely shared garden courtyard, and the location is very convenient for Kloof St, Long St, Bree St, and other areas in the City Bowl. Katrin was very responsive and went out of her way to be sure I had what I needed for my stay. The wifi was plenty fast for all of my video calls, and the kitchen was sufficiently equipped for cooking meals. The bed was comfortable, and the property feels very secure. There's also great natural light and some lovely plants in the space. It can get somewhat noisy, with the location close to a main nightlife area with weekend overnight road and party noise. There's also lots of daytime construction noise in the CBD. It's completely out of Katrin's control, but just things to be aware of for this spot.
