Very clean & safe if ever in the area.. stayed more than once for work trip & will stay again if back in the area

We took our daughter and six grandkids for a three day stay at Eriks house. We had a wonderful time. It is very kid friendly with lots of things for them to do. They all swam a few times in the pool (the heater kept it warm enough for them) and fished for hours every day at the pond. The house really accommodates a large group easily with lots of dishes, utensils, a large dining table, and lots of seating. I recommend this place for families who want to have a great time and build wonderful memories.

This was our 2nd time staying. Stayed for easy access for fishing at Lake Guntersville. Beautiful private location within a 20 minute drive to closest boat ramp. Host was very responsive and more than accommodating. Enjoyed April & her husband. Can’t wait to go back!

This place was absolutely amazing! My best friend and I wanted to stay closer to a festival this year and I am so happy we chose to stay here! It was very nice, and comfortable for us two! Most places now have very strict rules, but these rules were very reasonable and respectful. It was location in a very safe area with a beautiful view of the lake. The only thing that was not the best was the pull out couch(mainly because we are pretty tall women) but what pull out couch is 5 stars any way!🤣 We both said we would 100 % stay here again no doubt! Great host, amazing property and beautiful well behaved dogs.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The path to the house was definitely interesting and we were thankful for a truck and 4wd. The hike down to the creek and waterfall was fun - but bring good shoes! We did not get to play in the water this time of year , but loved climbing the rocks and exploring the creek area. If you want to unplug and enjoy outdoors - this is a treasure ! Tome was the perfect host and responds quickly And thoughtfully. The cabin has everything needed; is neat and clean.
