My family of 5 had a great few nights. The cabin was extremely clean and very well stocked. Having hot tub towels and spices in the kitchen was really helpful. Walking in to a welcome basket and complimentary coffee mugs was really appreciated. We never had to reach out with any question or concern because the host is very proactive with communication and ensures everything is as stated. Would recommend and stay again!

Cabin was wonderful and pretty secluded. It was so peaceful and the place was very clean. Tim and Shirley were super helpful and very responsive when we had a question. We enjoyed every minute of the view and our time being able to relax and unwind.

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was just like the pictures. Everything was well cleaned and organized. Checking in & out was extremely easy. This was our first time staying in a cabin and it exceeded our expectations! We would definitely love to come back! Brett and Meredith’s communication was great & it was amazing how they would frequently check in with us. Again, this is an amazing cabin to stay for a relaxing vacation!

We have stayed at a lot of places in the Smokey’s and this is one of our favorites. Very quiet and peaceful with the frogs singing at night. Sitting on the porch or in the hot tub is a delight. Easy to get in and out of from weirs vally road.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights. It was very clean and comfortable and everything you needed was there. The bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed the deck and hot tub. The only complaints I have are the neighbors behind us were quite rowdy the first night and the view off the deck was full of garbage it distracted from the beauty. The hosts are really responsive and helped with the tickets to the attractions. it was a very enjoyable stay.

The area was quite spacious beautiful cozy. I definitely recommend to anyone and everyone. We stayed for four days 3 nights. I felt safe every night. Lots to do in town and within the home. Pool table was awesome hot tub clean and felt amazing. The owners checked on us everyday. The weather was nice the first two days and a storm came in our last night. But again we felt safe and no issues or complaints. Lovely home thank you for a great anniversary experience.

Place was as described. Very private and quiet. Lots of things to do within a 15 minute drive.

Our stay was fabulous. We enjoyed the cabin and we had so much fun! my son saw a raccoon doing "parkour" and it made us laugh a lot! :) the only thing that I'm recommending is that the upstairs room needs a lock at the doors. When kids are excited, they can forget manners and go into your room without knocking on the door. The host was so kind and let us do the check-in before regular hours! Thanks for that.

It was a very beautiful stay! The cabin was clean and quiet. The hot tub was the perfect touch on the wrap around porch. I am thankful the fur babies were welcomed as well! Thank you for opening your place to my booking party and our pets. 😊

Easy to get to, great to have a TV in every room. Adult kids love the hot tub. The only drawback was three bedrooms instead of the five listed as bedrooms. That said, it’s a great place to stay!

Uncle Tom's Cabin is private and feels secluded, almost like it's own little world. My partner and I enjoyed the ambience of the electric fire logs without needing the heat. The hot tub on the private porch has all the heat you need. The beds were nice with plenty of pillows to find that just right place to lay your head. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

went with some friends and it was peaceful, relaxing and fun! And close to the fun attractions! I would definitely come back.

This was a great get-a-way with breath-taking views, comfortable beds, plenty of space, and so much to do. On the rainy days, our kids had games, the hot tub, and lots of porch spaces to read. One good weather days, there was so much to do in Pigeon Forge and hiking trails in the Smokey Mountains. Everything was very clean and the place was well stocked. The host was very responsive. The internet was good as well.

Beautiful private cabin in a gorgeous setting. It has everything you need for your stay. The kids loved the gaming area. The hot tub was amazing. Comfy beds. We stayed here after tent camping. Due to rain coming it was great to be able to store our supplies in the garage. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home. We will be back!

We booked Lisa’s cabin last minute over Valentine’s weekend & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is lovely & has everything you need. The beds were insanely comfortable! By far the best mattress I’ve slept on in an Airbnb. Lisa provides lots of info and responds almost immediately! There are two very small things we didn’t care for, but they are minor. The first is the location - we actually loved being close to Cades Cove, however the neighbors are close (and not the tidiest). This is no fault of Lisa of course, but my husband and I usually like to stay in more secluded cabins, just our preference. The other “con” is the hot tub. It was the selling point for us to book, however we never actually used it as it’s located on the front porch, very close to the road. They do have a small privacy panel, however it’s still very viewable from the road. I understand that due to the property being so unlevel, that is the only option, it just wouldn’t have made for a very relaxing evening

My wife and I have spent many long weekends in the Merriville area and of all the Airbnb‘s we have stayed at this place rates as one of the best. The home was very comfortable and relaxing, great atmosphere, excellent place to spend time with family. Highly recommend.

We booked this home for our family’s spring break trip. We were notified by the host a few days prior to the trip that due to some construction delays that the home would not be ready for us to stay in. The host was extremely professional and went out of their way to ensure that our vacation was not ruined. They recognized the short notice and instructed us to search for another home to book and they would take care of booking it for us. They followed through with everything they said, another home was booked quickly and we didn’t miss a beat on our vacation. Although we were not able to actually stay in the home, I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Bear Crossing again in the future! Working with them was wonderful and they went out of their way to make the situation right.

One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The complimentary groceries were so appreciated. My family fell in love with the house instantly. The patio over looking the yard was so nice. Uber eats delivers. Cell coverage was spotty, but no one cared because we were busy enjoying time with one another and sight seeing. preload your maps. The kids books and the fire pit were also enjoyed. We called the cabin our " Bear Bnb". ( we did not see one though) We loved seeing the turkeys too.

Our family felt right at home in this beautiful space. After days spent in the national park (to which the home is conveniently close to), we enjoyed relaxing, playing games, and watching movies in the theater room. Suzie was a fantastic host and excellent communicator. Would definitely recommend this peaceful oasis to others!

A spacious, comfortable and well equipped cabin in a quiet location. A very easy drive to Townsend which whilst being peaceful has a good grocery store and a few restaurants.

A lovely cabin just right for a couple’s getaway or marriage retreat! The Retreat Center’s grounds are very quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax.

My husband and I stayed here for a week for our honeymoon. It was absolutely beautiful and just like described it was very secluded. The cabin is in a gated community and felt very safe. We had the time of our lives and would 100% stay here again. We’re already talking about staying here for our future anniversaries. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

The cabin is absolutely beautiful! It’s in a secluded area, with access to major stores within 30 minutes. Super nice place.

This space was so peaceful! Linda was always responsive when we needed her! We had a great time and can’t wait to come back. It is a hop skip and a jump from all of the “tourist” destinations but we also recommend exploring the area right down the road! What a cute little town with some amazing food!
