Great place on the water, very quiet finger off New River. Walkable to all of Las Olas. Would stay again for sure.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in Abdels Appartment gefühlt. Das Bett war super bequem, man konnte die Räume auch abdunkeln. Tolle große Regendusche, sehr entspannend nach einem Tag in Miami. Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe, zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolle und gut ausgestattete Küche mit Herd,Ofen,Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine und großem Kühlschrank. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner,diese haben wir nicht genutzt, kann aber sehr praktisch sein.Besonders toll waren auch die Trolley( kostenfrei in Miami) und Bushaltestelle unmittelbar vor der Haustür, so konnten wir auch ohne Auto ganz Miami easy erkunden. Lage ist ruhig, das Appartement in einem süßen,bunten Artdeco Haus,daher etwas hellhörig,allerdings haben wir sehr ruhige Nachbarn gehabt,so dass dies gar nicht gestört hat. Vielen Dank an Abdel für das Erlebinis seiner Unterkunft!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the appartment. It has everything you need and the location is amazing. Walking distance to beach, Ocean Drive. The parking for the rental car in the designated areas with the parking pass that Donna provided worked out very well too.

Great place! Clean, amazing location! Walk out the apartment, take the elevator to the lobby, walk 100ft and you are at the pool. Salt water pool at the perfect temperature. Walk another 100ft and you are on the beach! Balcony looks over the pool area and the beach. 10th story so pretty quiet. The only negative was the people on nearby balcony were heavy smokers of cigarettes and weed, and we had to retreat inside a few times. We’ll definitely be back.

Dharma is very responsive and immediately available. He was very accommodating. I was there with my kids for spring break and we got in very early, he was able to work out an early check in. The location works for going both north or south beach and even downtown. The location was very clean. The pools are nice and the beach is walking distance. The elevator is a little slow and the floor looks different from the rest. But that’s no fault of the host. I would definitely stay again.

My stay at this apartment in Miami Beach was wonderful! The place was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. After a long day of travel, I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the hot shower – both were perfect for relaxing. The location was also great, with everything within walking distance. The host was very responsible and maintained great communication throughout my stay. I would definitely book this apartment again and highly recommend it!

Chloe was very communicative and checked in with us to ensure that we had everything we needed. A lot of the units in the building were short term rentals and we had very friendly neighbors- given that information, we did not hear our neighbors through the walls which was great. Our particular unit was on the corner of the building and had SO MANY windows which was really enjoyable for natural light while also having a border of trees and bushes to keep the street noise down.

Nigdy nie byliśmy bardziej zadowoleni z pobytu w airbnb. Lokalizacja jest świetna, a mieszkanie bardzo czyste i świetnie wyposażone. Scott jest świetnym gospodarzem. Komunikacja przebiega bardzo sprawnie, uzyskaliśmy wskazówki dotyczące lokalnych atrakcji i mogliśmy skorzystać z rowerów, aby udać się na przejażdżkę. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce! Jeszcze raz dziękujemy za wszystko 🥰

My stay was excellent. The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, in a beautiful and peaceful area. It’s comfortable, modern, and fully equipped — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

This was a wonderful refuge among the craziness of South Beach. The apartment itself is roomy, bright, practical, clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of space for 3 of us and even though there are many other apartments, we felt like we had peaceful privacy. The surroundings are beautiful, on a residential block right off the water, yet it's walkable to anywhere and Citi Bike stations are plentiful. We had only one issue that was out of the host's control-someone parked in our dedicated parking spot late Saturday night and we had to use public street parking when we got back from dancing at the wee hours of the morning. Nothing we couldn't handle, but it would have been perfect had we not had this small hiccup. The hosts extended our checkout our checkout until noon on Sunday and that was very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

Marilyn was a gracious host and a wonderful friend. She was very attentive to us and shared her home and her dog, Mocha, with us. We missed our dogs so she would bring Mocha out and allow us to visit with her. She offered insight into the area and suggested area attractions and restaurants to visit. The home is located at the end of a very quiet street. The pool and hot tub were nice though we didn’t have much time to use them. The size of the rooms were quite adequate and the back porch was wonderful for early morning dining or a late nite snack or game of cards. I don’t know whether we will ever be down this way again, but if we do, we will definitely stay with Marilyn!

5 star stay Had every single thing we could've possibly needed to be comfortable. Incredible views. Unit Very close to elevator. Great service at the beach and pool. Close enough to walk to most restaurants and everything else you would need is a short uber trip away.

The view is everything! If you love sailboats, this is the ideal location. You have a front seat view to the largest wet slip Marina on the East Coast and you'll see sailboats for days. There's also a sailing school nearby, so you'll enjoy seeing the tiny sail boats practicing their moves in the bay. It's just delightful. A note of caution, if you love this neighborhood of Coconut Grove like I do, you know it's a very lively (and noisy) location. There's a busy community field and park across the street, and it stays active until after sunset. You'll also be right above the pool area and it stays open late as well. It's nice to be able to scan the pool to see if it's busy before heading down, but you will hear the noise of children playing and splashing. All of this is worth it for the view and location!

This was an excellent Airbnb! Everything was incredibly clean, the view was beautiful, the kitchen was nice. Both beds were incredible comfortable and the style of the home was beautiful as well. I’m very very impressed and most certainly will be back here! Felt just like home!🩷

Had a wonderful stay. The location is prime; all restaurants and nightclubs are nearby. The room was clean, and the host was very responsive.

I had such a great stay at Dragonfly Landing. Spotlessly clean, cozy, spacious and sun-drenched - it’s a peaceful and private oasis. I felt immediately at home. Really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen (the fridge had chilled bottles of water, which was so nice upon arrival), great bathroom with a fantastic shower, comfy bed and fast WiFi for remote working. The outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped and loved the shaded off-street parking. Victor and Matt are fantastic hosts, super friendly and attentive. Will definitely bookmark for the future, highly recommend!

Le logement est parfaitement conforme à l’annonce et très accueillant. La terrasse extérieure est un vrai plus. Nous avons beaucoup profité du jacuzzi et c’était toujours un moment très agréable. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés dans ce logement à notre prochain séjour à Miami.
