The views are beyond stunning! Let’s just say, if either neighbor ever wants to sell, please give us a call! Gorgeous, private and cozy little spot to get away too. The hot tub was one of the cleanest I have seen! We even saw a bald eagle fly right over head while sitting in it. Too cool!

Thank You for making my 54th birthday so pleasant and peaceful. The house is very private but at the same time it has glass window everywhere to let int he natural light. My favorite spot in the house was the back porch. It was private but the furniture was beautifully and comfortable. I spent hours just sitting and mediating out there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything a family would need to make a complete meal. The shower head made me feel like I was in a spa. The towels mad me feel as if I was drying with clouds. ( I have to find out where they bought those towels. I LOVED this house and so did my group of women I brought with me. There was plenty of room for everyone. I will definitely rent this house again.

It was a peaceful location, perfectly suited our needs for a little getaway to Berkeley Springs. My partner really enjoyed the Pac-Man machine and the amazing night sky view. Than you!

I genuinely don’t know where to start! From Eric and his team’s incredible responsiveness to the beautiful home we stayed in, everything exceeded our expectations. This getaway from the city was exactly what we needed. The kids, ranging from ages 2 to 12, had an amazing time, and not once did I hear, “I’m bored”—which is a rare feat! We visited during the winter and found plenty to do without even needing to leave, except for grocery runs. The home provided the perfect space to reconnect as a family, and its peaceful energy made our stay even more special. Thank you, Eric and April, for such a beautiful experience!

Such a beautiful chalet! We had a great time celebrating my husband’s birthday with friends. The beds were comfy and loved the cozy family room. The fireplace was a fave! Lisa was helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

The first thing I noticed when I arrived was how clean the house was. I'm a bit of a clean freak and this place made me feel so comfortable. We had a great long weekend at Jennifer's place. The house had everything we needed and more. Plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. Even the hot tub was clean. We really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this place.

This place was quiet, tucked away on what felt like the side of a mountain. Flowing creek and feont porch was favorite spot to sit. Perfect for dogs. Cute little local bar right up the road. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend. We will be back :)

This is our third time staying here. We love the peace and quiet, easy access in the mountains that doesn't require a 4x4 vehicle. We stock up on groceries from home or the local Food Lion in downtown Berkeley Springs, then make all of our meals. Our kids enjoy the sleeping loft upstairs and the main floor bedroom is quite comfortable, we all slept quite well on each respective bed. The view outside is great, the screened in porch is so nice to have, ensuring a bug-free, relaxing time out in the cool mountain air. The wood burning fireplace helps with the cozy factor when inside, and even though we go there to get away from all the fast movement in the city, it is also nice to have satellite TV just in case you are feeling up to watching a movie by the fire. We will definitely be going back again in the future.

I stayed here for my first ever solo getaway at 52 years old (with my dog). It was the perfect escape and the house had everything I needed…I never even left the house once in 4 days! We enjoyed walks through the neighborhood and even used the fire pit on the last day. I’m sad we didn’t use the fun garage, but my dog wouldn’t have been a very good ping pong opponent. Long story short, I won’t hesitate to rent this house again!

I loved my stay at the easygoing cabin! My 2 small dogs loved doing zoomies in the late Nov leaves. Since it was late Nov/early Dec it was VERY cold. I immediately turned the space heater on and then heated food in the microwave which blew the fuse. Upon contacting Raymond, he responded immediately telling me where the breaker box was (in bathroom behind wood panel), so I flipped it myself. For the rest of the stay, I turned off the space heater upon each microwave use. Absolutely no biggie, once I knew the deal. The cabin has 2 futon beds. The upstairs was set as a bed, so that’s what I slept on my first night. Future guests should note that it is a very steep climb up there, and I carried each dog up one at a time. Once up there, there is a hatch to close it so no one accidentally falls down. While it was cold the first night, I slept a fabulous 10 hours straight. Downstairs futon has baseboard heater near so it sleeps warmer. Overall, I loved my stay and will definitely be back! A++

My mom and I came to Berkeley springs to get away for the weekend and this cabin was just what we needed. We very much enjoyed the fireplace and the outdoors! My dogs also enjoyed the space to get away and explore all of the smells! Even when our car broke down Micheal had extended an offer to help us get back on the road and extended our check out time. We are grateful for you! The cabin was clean and spacious, yet very homey with all of the appliances and helpful cookware you could think of if you wanted to host a dinner! Thank you for such a beautiful stay!

We enjoyed our weekend at Mai-Li's cabin very much. It was a great location and vibe for a quiet weekend away. We enjoyed our visit to nearby Berkeley Springs and Cacapon Resort State Park. Both were very easy to get to and a nice way to spend the day. Otherwise we enjoyed the property and walking around the nearby community. It should be noted that it was very unseasonably cold the weekend we visited and the cabin was a bit cold as a result, even with the wood stove stoked throughout. Other than that, we had a great weekend and would love to return in warmer weather for more exploring and paddling along the Sleepy Creek.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. So peaceful and the house was perfect for hanging out by the fire, cooking, and just enjoying family time!

we loved the cabin, it was nice and secluded. lots of local trails and paths to walk. the view is amazing. the cabin was the perfect place to cook meals and relax in the evenings.

We had a wonderful President's Day weekend getaway. Lisa was incredibly responsive, made the arrival process easy, and even had freshly baked cookies waiting for us upon arrival. The cabin is nice and cozy, with a sizable loft, spacious back screened-in back porch, and a comfortable living area. The kitchen also had every kind of equipment, utensil, and spice, you could need during your stay. We, along with most of the surrounding area, unfortunately lost power during our stay due to extremely strong winds that came through. Lisa responded right away providing us updates on what she was hearing from the community and she came over promptly to bring us extra firewood and candles, turning an unfortunate situation into a nice, peaceful evening. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a quiet weekend, and we definitely plan to return in the future (I would even make the trip again just for the cookies).

We had a great stay at Jonathan’s place! We checked in easily the day after Christmas and were welcomed with the soft glow of a Christmas tree in the living room! Located on a quiet street, I don’t think I heard any cars drive by all night long. The weather was cool and overcast and we could not wait to come back to the cabin at the end of each day. Very cozy and warm. Highly recommend :)

Chubb Hollow was the perfect getaway for our joint bachelor/bachelorette cabin weekend. The pictures really don't do it justice. It was the perfect space for our party of 11 adults with plenty of extra room for a larger party. Almost every room has it's own bathroom that are all stocked with the essentials including soap and shampoo. The coffee and tea bar was fully stocked and the open kitchen and living room space was spotless and beyond comfortable. If you're looking for a secluded, peaceful, quiet getaway, look no further. We can't thank Eldon enough for a wonderful weekend!

Really enjoyed our getaway! The house is so beautiful. Cannot wait to come back when we can use the outside areas more! Bathrooms were gorgeous. Kitchen stocked with spices, oil, coffee, and other perks! The club house is amazing! Indoor pool and amazing gym!!! Wished I had brought my bathing suit! Had a small issue and Lou immediately FaceTimed with me and helped me solve the issue. It was so nice of him!! One of the best hosts ever!

Tylere was a fantastic host. He was very responsive and addressed all of our concerns in a very timely fashion. There was a lot of snow while we were there and he had the driveway cleared twice so we were able to get out. Thanks!

Cozy, peaceful, and pristine small cabin close to the river, C&O Canal, Paw Paw Tunnel, and other local attractions and state parks. Highly recommend for a fun, relaxing family weekend away! We were particularly impressed with the local recommendations and really comfortable beds! A must-stay for anyone in the area!

It's the perfect cabin getaway! Ruth was proactive with all the instructions on how to get there and how to check in, she's not lying when she says cell coverage is spotty at best! We used this a s a meeting place for some friends for a Penn State game and the commute to and from the stadium was easy. 10/10 would recommend this place for anyone in need of a getaway and can survive without cell service and spotty wifi.
