Joe's place was exactly as described - tranquile farm stay with all kinds of wildlife visits! It even had everything for breakfast - bread, eggs, cereals, coffee and fruits! even an avocado!!! we also needed some extra milk and he was able to help with that! thank you Joe - we'll come again!

Sooooooo much fun!!! Would definitely stay again asap. The animals were lovely, the view was unbelievable and it was so fun just hanging around the area!!!

We had a lovely break and enjoyed The deck cafe while there. Lots of things to do. On the way home enjoyed some yummy chocolates from the chocolate factory nearby.

Great place to stay, everything you need for a weekend away :) Donna was great! We were there for a wedding at Bendooley and was able to order ubers to the property which was very helpful. Will be back for a weekend to check out all the wineries ☺️ Thanks Donna

Big thanks to Elizabeth for being such a lovely welcoming host and showing me their favourtite pony. We had the most relaxing stay at this cute farm cottage overlooking sheep, goats and horses. Had so much fun feeding them as they were just adorable. It's the perfect getaway from city and stress as we needed. The cottage has everything you need, including some freshly laid eggs and some snacks provided by Elizabeth. Distance wise, it's also not that far from town and marina area, a quick 10 mins drive maximum and super close to the golf course. Would love to come back one day!

We loved staying at Shauna's place in Spencer. A lovely secluded house and cabin in Breakfast creek. the house is expansive and cosy with plentiful amenities. We loved feeding and petting the beautiful horses as well - Molly was definitely the most inquisitive ❤️

Big thank you to Sara and Matthew who were amazing hosts. Beyond friendly and responsive. We were offered to check in earlier and check out much later than expected which was so helpful traveling with kids as not having to delay or rush the joy of this beautiful place. It was spotless, clean, spacious, cosy and modern and had everything we needed for an amazing long weekend. We all felt at home as soon as we entered the house. It’s a great place for adults and kids alike. Hosts provided us with great local tips. We most enjoyed the nearby vineyards and the Drip. We absolutely recommend this place to family, friends and everyone if you want an unforgettable time in Mudgee. This was our first time visiting and can’t wait to return. You can see how much love and consideration Sara and Matthew have put into this gorgeous home. All the best to you and the family and hope to see you again soon.

Words can’t quite describe just how wondrous this place truly is! The location is breathtakingly beautiful and the house blends luxury with sustainability with warm homely. We feel it has left a lasting transformative energy amongst our family and we feel in abundance of gratitude that Hayley is so gracious to share her space with us. It has everything you could possibly need, and gosh, we are just in awe. We hope to be back (soon)!

Great place to stay for a refreshing weekend. Melissa very helpful and left us some local treats. Very private and easy to drive into town or a walk to the pub. Good location to explore the highlands.

It was so lovely staying at Jack and Susanna’s. The farm and cottage is well maintained and peaceful. Walking with the dogs and feeding the horses are definitely the highlight:)

Had a great stay. Our son loved seeing the animals. All the animals are extremely friendly.

An absolute amazing airbnb. The outside was the highlight of our trip, from the sauna to the ice bath to the hot tub everything was so well thought of.A beautiful tiny home that felt spacious.

We enjoyed our stay at Alex’s property and look forward to returning. Stunning, it looks straight from the pages of a magazine. The setting is picturesque and peaceful and it was fun to wake up to the cows and calves outside the window. I loved having my morning coffee outside overlooking the pastures. Alex was great and we appreciated the checkin and check out times. Would definitely recommend a stay at this lovely and well appointed property.

We had a great time at Susan and John's place and would highly recommend their place for a weekend getaway. The location was nice and peaceful and all the animals were all great. Thankyou for being such generous and pleasant hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and charming property! Check in was simple and we were greeted with two bottles from the hosts winery. The home was clean, tidy, homely and inviting for our large family and our kids found plenty of things to do both inside and outside the house. There were board games and toys, and they loved the outdoor play area. The bedrooms were well presented and comfortable to sleep in. The host was friendly and helped us with all of our enquires. Internet is as-expected in the area at ~12mbps, but you don’t take a country escape to spend your time online! We had a five star visit which I highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Hunter.

The house has an extremely beautiful surrounding view. It is well maintained and clean as per the photo shown. A perfect and peaceful place for our family reunion weekend. Kids enjoyed the outdoor space and the interaction with the horses and cows in the farm. Would definitely come back again and recommend this villa.

Great place, with other farms nearby. If you have pets, this is great place for them to run around and explore. All amenities you may need are provided. It’s about 30 minutes from Mudgee, so great place if you are looking for peace and quiet. Quite a few vineyards within 20 - 25 minutes, so lots to explore. Had a great time.

Thank you Zoe for the amazing relaxing and calm haven away from all the hustle and bustle of the bright city lights. Tis exactly what we needed. Even our city slicker corgi’s relaxed in the fresh country air, enjoying walks around the grounds and finding new things to sniff and explore. The kitchen and bathroom were extremely well stocked, with all that is needed for a relaxing stay. Thank you for all the little extras that made our stay so comfortable. Oh, the bed was super comfy and cosy. I would highly recommend staying at Watershed and Zoe is an amazing host.
