Great, responsive and accommodating host. Very nice, homey place to stay in fire island and enjoy the beach. The house is also very close to the dock for the ferry and water taxi.

Ryan’s place was perfect for my parents to stay for their trip to Northport. The space was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Ryan was helpful and responsive for their entire trip.

First of all I would like to thank Carmen for letting me stay at her beautiful home. I enjoyed the time I spent at the air bnb even though it was a very busy weekend for me. Carmen home was clean and comfortable, also a very convenient location close to so many places. The home is also pretty spacious I was able to have a nice family dinner and gathering there. I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful air bnb, Carmen was a great host Thankyou again.

It was a wonderful stay. We appreciated how open, bright and private this home is with a gorgeous pool and beautiful grounds. We enjoyed walking down to the bay and into town where everyone was friendly and helpful. Jamie was responsive when help needed with something in the house. Beautiful home, great layout, convenient location, clean, comfortable, has everything one might need.

This was our second stay at Deborah’s home. The home is perfect for our needs and we love the location. Being able to walk to coffee shops, town and the farmers market is a plus! Deborah is a wonderful and accommodating host!

Place was great for a family and girls trip! All you really need to bring is the groceries. All guests were comfortable and felt right at home. Looking to come back in the summer.

A quaint cottage that was sparkling clean. Access to the Peconic from a private dock with the available kayaks and canoes. There is a pristine built-in pool with new decking. There was a 10 minute drive to Hampton Bays town with great restaurants, grocery and shopping.
