Great place to stay. The most comfortable beds we have when staying away from home. We will definitely stay here again!

This place was truly beautiful and so peaceful, most definitely a retreat from everyday busy life. I was able to disconnect from modern day distractions and let myself absorb everything this amazing place has to offer. Reconnecting with nature is food for the soul ✨️ Sandra and Dieter are incredible hosts, kind, thoughtful, respectful and went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I firmly believe one has to get lost to truly find themselves and I had the most humbling experience at Harbour Cone, so very grateful for the kindness and generosity of this beautiful community ❤️ If you feel drawn to this place, there's a reason, it's magical ✨️ I will most definitely be back 🍃 Haydz 🙏

A very comfortable, rather spacious, well appointed home with modern amenities and facilities, yet still retaining that old world charm & character. The home was really quite close to town & the CBD with an elevated view of parts of the city & bay from both the lounge windows and the deck, which btw had a large table & benches to eat outdoors if you so desire. 3 bedrooms, all with comfortable, warm QS beds and 2 well appointed bathrooms with heated towel rails. It was so good to have the cupboard laundry with the washing machine & dryer to be able to get some laundry done after a few days on the road. There were all the necessary supplies in the drawers & cupboards. We would thoroughly recommend 17 Elm Row to anyone planning to stay a night or a week++ in Dunedin.

A beautiful house, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, lovely bathroom and slippers at the front for those cold mornings. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We had an excellent stay at Diana's place! Lovely wee spot for families, Diana had excellent communication and very thoughtful touches such as having the fire on for us when we arrived! Would highly recommend!

Stunning location and view, with everything you need!

10/10 recommend this stay! I came and stayed with a few friends to celebrate my 25th birthday. Judy was a fantastic host, she had prepared a little cheese board, and this delicious slice as a wee happy birthday treat. She has decorated incredibly well and we noticed the little details, she had picked fresh flowers to decorate the place with. We had fantastic weather where we made the most of the two minute walk to the beach, enjoyed a stroll down to the local general store for some delicious wood fire pizzas recommend by Judy. They even had fresh pastry and yum coffee in the morning where we enjoyed the walk along the beach to get from the store. Truly is a little hidden gem, truly could not rate this more highly, fire wood for the fire, even had games we enjoyed playing with and great kitchen that we utilised to use to cook in. We will be back again. Hannah.

Amazing spot with incredible views over Dunedin - cracking spot to catch the most amazing sunrise! Would recommend :)
