First of all, Sarah was an AMAZING host-attentive, kind, and incredibly detail-oriented! She sent clear check-in instructions weeks in advance and was wonderfully flexible with our early arrival without requesting extra $$$ which is apparently very common in Dubai! She also followed up to ensure we had settled in comfortably. The apartment itself was fantastic: spacious, spotless, and ideally located just a short walk from Dubai Marina/JBR’s vibrant heart. With dozens of restaurants and grocery stores within 5 minutes on foot, everything we needed was at our fingertips. Our family loved our stay and will absolutely book here again!

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments. The location is truly unbeatable – just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and Dubai Marina Mall nearby. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was very clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be that the interior could benefit from a bit of updating. However, everything was functional and comfortable, so this was not a major issue. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again!

Ons verblijf was echt top, de locatie was goed. Wij vonden de appartement nog beter en mooier in het echt. Wij hebben een leuke tijd gehad met onze gezin. Mochten wij in de toekomst weer naar Dubai komen, zullen wij dit appartement nog een keer boeken.

Amal’s place was fantastic. Perfect location with stunning views and easy walk to restaurants and shops. We loved the beach and pool area after a long day of activities. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee and watching the city come to life as the sun came up was very peaceful and relaxing. There is a little cute grocery store down stairs for essentials. Would recommend his place to anyone visiting Dubai. Just a stunning place and super clean.

What a wonderful experience. Namzy went absolutely above and beyond to help me with check in, finding local spots, checking how it was all going and just generally amazingly helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better host! The place is perfect for its location, views and amenities. The space was really homely and so much care and attention was given to every guest. Nikolay was a great host. Clear communication skills. Very understanding and was willing to make an exception for me and my family (as a host myself I really appreciate that). The villa was very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has two different coffee machines. I really loved the outlay of the villa, very cozy. I did not get a chance to use the pool which is barely 5 meters from the villa. I highly recommend the villa and Nikolai as a host. One of my best Airbnb experiences

“Exceptional stay in the heart of Downtown Dubai!” This Airbnb was an absolute gem! The unit was modern, spotlessly clean, and had breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa right from the building. The location couldn’t be better—walking distance to Dubai Mall, the fountains, and some of the best restaurants in the city. It truly felt like a luxury hotel experience with the added comfort of home. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Thank you very much for this great place, the location is just amazing as it is inside the famous Anantara resort. The lagoon pool is right outside the building, the kids club is next door, the beach and the bigger pools as well. We asked for cleaning room service which was arranged and managed by our host. We had access to room service from the hotel for food if we wanted to. There are all the amenities you need for children (some toys, pushchairs, baby chair, baby bed…) . We took the NamJai subscription during our stay which we highly recommend as you have plenty of discounts on restaurants / food / drinks that made it totally worth it. The mall of the palm is 15 min away by car where you can find plenty to do. The Atlantis waterpark is 7 min away by car and totally worth it. We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely come back. Thank you again to the host that were very helpful and always available for any questions or requests.

A very nice place to stay in Palm Jumeirah. Great location with a very nice pool on top of the building and a few minutes to the beach. 5 minutes to the Nakheel Mall which has a lot of good restaurants. About 10 minutes to the monorail. Apartment was nice with a comfortable bed. Bathroom and shower were ok although the space was tight. Good WiFi. Easy checkin. Had a minor problem in bathroom upon checking in but great communication with Jamie who addressed the problem. I liked going to the San Beach for breakfast and dinner, a 5 minute walk away. I recommend staying at the apartment.

This was one of the most outstanding airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the beach and an incredible view from the flat. The flat itself is warm,tastefully decorated, with cozy beds and a great kitchen space. Amine was kind, responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Amazing hosts, extremely friendly and helpful best Air bnb experience we’ve had so far. The photos don’t do the apartment justice, it’s very spacious with separate kitchen living space with all the amenities. Great small little additions provided by the host as well including beach towels, robes slippers etc.
