I recently moved back to South Shields and stayed here whilst searching for a permanent rental and would highly recommend! The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, was spotless throughout and had all amenities you could need. The location was ideal; walking distance to the centre of South Shields as well as the beach with shops and restaurants on the doorstep, yet extremely peaceful inside. The bed was extremely comfortable. Colin made my stay great, he responded quickly throughout and even had the heating on before I arrived so the apartment was cosy when I got there. I ended up extending my stay privately with him. Couldn’t recommend more!

I cannot state enough how friendly and accommodating Yvonne was! Great communication and amazing flat. Everything was spotlessly clean and so warm and comfortable, we felt right at home! Will definitely be returning to stay with these hosts! Thankyou so much ❤️

Lisa's flat was perfect for our five day stay in Durham - just a 10 minute walk into the city, with easy access to public transport to visit the Beamish Museum and Newcastle. Despite being close to the city, the flat is located in a quiet street, with parking permits provided. On arriving, Lisa's partner Steve was waiting to welcome us and show us the flat and all the facilities. It was nice to have a welcome pack of milk, bread, cereals, etc in the kitchen. The flat itself was immaculately clean, well equipped and very spacious throughout - the photos don't do it justice! The art deco style furniture and decoration, etc. was particulary attractive. Our bed was very comfortable with an excellent shower in the adjacent bathroom. We would certainly hope to stay at the flat again on future visits.

Great two bed, two bathroom flat on ground floor only 5-10 mins walk from the centre of Durham. We based ourselves here for exploring the university and it worked well for that and well as the town. Very handy for a good Italian restaurant only 2 mins walk away.

We stayed 3 nights in Karens apartment. The apartment is nice (perfect for 2 couples). The location is very nice, close to the beach, an easy walk into Sunderland centre, easy access from the Metro and a bus stop close by. Many pubs and restaurants in the area. We would like to comeback back to this apartment.

We felt thoroughly comfortable in Mariam's place. We used the metro from Newcastle train station (approximately 15 minute ride) to get to her place and then it was only a five minute walk to the apartment (in a quiet neighborhood). The kitchen is extremely well equipped for cooking meals. Lidl and Sainsbury are in easy walking distance. Good pubs in the area. We can't recommend Mariam's place enough!! If we return to Newcastle we would definitely want to repeat this stay! Thank you!!

Had a very comfortable stay. The host was very helpful. The location was perfect for restaurants, shopping and near the town centre and good local transport. I have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

This was a lovely stay! The house was cozy and very clean, easy to find, clear instructions for everything, & had everything that we could have needed during our stay! The hosts were very responsive as well. We had a problem with the heater but they came and helped us out the next day directly! Thank you so much, we had an amazing stay :)

I couldn't recommend Will & Dawn's place more. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The instructions on how to find the place were detailed and Will was proactive in communication, ensuring we knew how to get there. We received a warm welcome on arrival. The place was done out to a very high spec. The pool was also a big draw which our four year old boy particularly enjoyed. The location was a great base for exploring Northumberland. We'll definitely be back

Really nice flat with lovely views over Roker Pier and the North Sea. It was very cold when we were there but the flat was warm and cosy. Peter / Helen were very welcoming.

What a lovely little gem of a place right in the heart of Alnwick town centre! The flat was beautifully presented, very clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen & bathroom were stocked with the essentials - which was much appreciated. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Lovely apartment - exactly as described. Very quiet location in a residential area which was great to have for undisturbed sleep. Would have preferred TV in bedroom as I like to watch abit before sleep, however wouldn't have been an issue if I'd brought my ipad as there is WiFi available and this is just personal preference. Bed was extremely comfy, apartment clean. Lots of amenities such as fridge, cooker, kettle etc in Room One (the family room) Everything was thought of including free tea and coffee, spring and sparkling water and some yummy biscuits. Highly recommend for a one night stay like ours as a wedding guest at The Pumphouse Dalton or as a longer stay in Seaham. Thank you

Norman and Anne were fantastic hosts; truly deserving their superhost status. Excellent communication throughout. A warm, friendly Northern welcome. Apartment exactly as described and a traditional, cosy little gem. Spotlessly clean, parking on drive, quiet surroundings and a good base for our visit to the North-East. A home from home with everything you need to cook if staying in. Great value for money. Would highly recommend and will be 1st choice for any future visits up North.

We had an incredible experience staying at Billy's property! From the moment we arrived, Billy was an outstanding host, making sure everything was perfectly in place and ready for our arrival. The house was spacious and easily accommodated all 6 of us with plenty of room to spare. One of the highlights of our stay was being greeted with freshly baked blueberry muffins – a thoughtful and delicious touch that made us feel right at home. The house had all the amenities we needed, making it feel just like our own home. We particularly enjoyed the private access to the property and the hot tub, which was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The stay at this place is worth having good discussions and qualitative talks regarding the vacation around. I had a wonderful time at this place. The room as shown in the profile was the same, very up-to-date, crystal clean, and safe. The kitchen and washroom were clean and good to feel homely. Every aspect mentioned in the Airbnb Profile was the same as I experienced. This is rare to find. I would recommend him for the super host. He was genuine and supportive at times of any help. This apartment was perfect for what we wanted as we came to visit friends and were very close to the student area, ideal for our visit. Would definitely return next time i’m in Newcastle Thanks so much!

This is easily one of the best places I’ve ever stayed and I stay in Airbnb’s. Janny is warm welcoming. And amazing. The beds are comfy close to the city center. The neighborhood is absolutely amazing. Very chill unbelievably nice people but again it’s Newcastle so lol. But now if you want to stay in Newcastle, this is the place that you want to stay trust me!!

Amazing stay, felt at home and Tom couldn’t be anymore helpful. Would recommend him to anyone. We got egg from his chickens that he gave us, wood provided the first time of use and the hot was a bonus and heated up within 2 hours with the fire. Overall loved our stay and defiantly will be back to stay with TOM. Thanks again. The place was clean and easy findable with what3words.

Lovely house, beautiful hot tub and gardens! Lovely welcome basket, clear instructions given and the host answered our phone call straight away when we were a bit confused as to which door to enter the property🤣. Would highly recommend!

We stayed at this lovely apartment as my husband had major surgery at the Freeman Hospital and it was located an easy walk to visit regularly throughout the day. It had everything we needed and more. Oliver was a great host, he was very happy to help us from the initial booking. I would definitely recommend this property,
