Beautiful surroundings !! Amazing host !! Be mindful that the upstairs is also rented space so their sounds travel through the floor/ceiling.

This space is very simple, but has all the necessary amenities. (We basically slept there and left during the day, so we didnt take advantage of all the things like kitchen gadgets or outdoor patio.) Everything was extremely clean. The bathroom was well stocked with extra towels and toilet paper. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. We are from out of state so we are not used to the extremely hard water in the area, but the fridge was filled with bottled water and there was a note on the entertainment center explaining that the water is safe to drink but may not be palatable to people who live outside the area. Nice touch! Check in was flexible which we appreciated very much after driving through the night to get there. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. Bryan is very quick to answer questions and was very friendly. Check out was very easy. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

I loved staying at Sharon's place, like being at home. Very peaceful and relaxing. I would love to stay here next time I am in town.

We were in Youngstown for my sons wrestling state tournament and stayed at this amazing place. The place was perfect the host was more than accommodating and the Bassett hound enjoyed the stay as well!!!

We needed a place to stay while having construction done on our home. Rachael may us feel very comfortable from the moment we made our reservations. The home was wonderful and had everything we needed. I had the comforts of home being away from my home :) . Delicious local Restruant that is walking distance. Nice view of river and I love the sound of trains. Just a few minute drive to larger grocery / shopping centers. I would definitely want to stay here again even for a little get away. More beautiful than the pictures show, I thoroughly enjoyed this house. Decor was beautiful mid-century/shaker style, which I personally love. Spotless. The house was exceptionally well designed imo, great work triangle in the kitchen, the small bathroom was well thought out for functionality and there were lots of hang out spaces which all felt cozy and inviting. The backyard was private with a great view out over the hillside. Usually you can’t find private and a great view together. The neighborhood was exceptional, every home on the street was on a large parcel which added to the privacy of the home. I would highly recommend Sycamore house as a great place to stay. My husband and I have stayed in many beautiful vacation homes that were fine as vacation homes but you wouldn’t want to live in. This is a home that would love to live in. I was in town doing some wedding planning with my daughter who lives in Garrettsville, I hope to stay here again in the future.

Stayed once before about half a year ago, came back and stayed again as it's a nice spot in a good area. Recommend this Airbnb for anyone needing somewhere to stay in the Midland area.

Essa casa é excelente. As fotos correspondem fielmente. É uma casa espaçosa. Sala ampla. Sofás muito confortáveis. Uma televisão enorme e moderna. Os quartos também são muito bons. A maioria com televisão. As roupas de camas impecáveis e limpas e em muita quantidade. A cozinha também é ótima. possui uma excelente geladeira, micro-ondas grande, forno e fogão muito bons. Cozinhei quase todos os dias. Recebi a casa muito limpa. O check-in com o teclado eletrônico funcionou perfeitamente. A localização também é muito boa. Apenas 15 minutos a pé do centro da cidade. Íamos caminhando por ruas planas. Marcus, o anfitrião, foi muito gentil e atencioso. Ele deixou nas mesa de centro da sala uma linda cesta chocolates para nos receber. E também deixou uma boa quantidade de água mineral na cozinha. Eu fiquei hospedada nessa casa 24 dias . Foi um verdadeiro lar para mim. E para completar a perfeita estadia é possível ver esquilos pretos passeando pelas árvores e veados andando pelo quintal .

David’s place was as described on a quiet street but near main roads for restaurants & shopping. My sisters & I enjoyed our stay there. Cute older house, bedrooms & bathroom upstairs, very clean. Comfortable & nicely decorated. Beds were firm, I prefer softer but still got a good night sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay here and it was the perfect place for our family. Super clean and tidy, had everything we needed with amenities, and is a great location in Kent. We will be booking again next year!
