Truly an incredible stay, we only wish we made it longer. The views alongside the creative craftsmanship of the outdoor bath and home felt like true luxury. Such a beautiful and warm place to stay while exploring local hikes and sites including cradle mountain.

A gorgeous place for our family - we loved the location- views- kitchen was really well appointed and the bbq area out back just excellent ! The wildlife is abundant - we loved watching the pidgins and the sugar gliders every night jumping from tree to tree was a real highlight. Just a fantastic place we will be back

The most spectacular view. Outdoor surroundings is second to none. Our kids absolutely loved it. Room decor might not be 100% our style but it’s just a personal thing. House was very clean and great amenities provided.

The farm is set in one of the most idyllic settings I have ever seen, comparable perhaps to parts of Norway or New Zealand. Susan and Frank's garden is a little piece of paradise, full of fruit trees, gazebos, chickens and lush lawns. The cottage is extremely private and fully equipped. Everything worked, including the wifi. Wynyard is only 15 minutes away. The location was perfect as a base for day trips across North West Tasmania. We wanted for nothing and we were really sad to go home after 5 days. Many thanks to Susan and Frank for being kind and generous hosts. We have already recommended the farm as a perfect getaway to all of our friends.

Loved this place. Its location was great with awesome views across the bay and town. It was clean, great breakfast choices and enjoyed the music.

Exactly as described, a beautiful treasure chest! So many wonderful quirky touches! One of the most equipped houses you’ll stay at, kitchen had everything and anything you need, beds were an absolute dream and there was even some gym equipment if you feel like breaking a sweat! We can’t wait to come back!

A gorgeous heritage home that takes you right back to colonial times, especially the setting on top of the hill and the stately bedrooms. You’ll be transported back to the 1800s! The grounds and surrounds are spectacular, alive with wildlife. Infinite peaceful walks by the beach or on the grounds, with national parks not too far away. We had a perfect 5 days here, and would love to visit again.

The Lodge is a relaxing & lovely place to stay in Stanley with a gorgeous view of the ocean & The Nut. It’s walking distance to the little penguin viewing platform, to cafes and restaurants and The Nut chairlift and bushwalk. Excellent seafood at Hersey Seafoods & gourmet supplies and gifts at Providore 24. Highly recommend.

Nice and quite amongst the bush. Bill takes pride in his garden and always on for a chat. Bushy Park relys on tank water, and during dryer periods care should be taken to conserve water. There's a very handy laundromat in Ulverstone if need be.

We thoroughly enoyed our stay at Cottage in rhe Pines and wished that we could have stayed longer. The secure, fully enclosed yard was great for our dogs and Birralee was very understanding about us having our show dogs with us. The peaceful, private location was a real bonus. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

The Desolation of the property really just takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the city life and into something more relaxing. There was a lot of wildlife going around the property and the backdrop of rolland mountains every morning was excellent .

What a delightful stay! The cabin was cozy and comfortable nestled at the base of beautiful Mount Roland. Our host John was friendly and so informative! The walls on the property were lovely and we enjoyed the farm animals and abundant wildlife. Easy access to Cradle Mountain National Psrk as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Epic mountain views, cute friendly farm animals, welcoming and accessible host, but gave plenty of space. Cabin has everything you need. Really lovely stay

Our family had a really great time here and everything was as described! Cabin was very comfortable, and John was an extremely kind host. The backdrop of Mt Roland is beautiful and we enjoyed watching the platypus in the pond on site
