This place was amazing, it was exactly what we were looking for. We have two young kids and having a pool (with a slide!) in the backyard was the perfect fit. Convenient, fun and private. We arrived late at night after a day of traveling and the fridge was stocked with food and drinks. On the counter was a full loaf of unopened bread, a batch of bananas and unopened peanut butter. It was so nice not having to worry about going grocery shopping right away. Lots of snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. The on-site laundry allowed us to pack light. We went in late March and the pool was heated to make sure the water felt nice even if it was a bit cool outside. If you’re looking for a place that is walking distance to nearby attractions, this probably is not what you’d be looking for. We went to the Florida Aquarium, Fort DeSoto, mini golfing, and to Doc Ford’s for dinner. All were between a 20-40 minute drive. Overall, amazing place and tons of fun! Phillip and Kathleen are great hosts!

This was a beautiful home located directly on the bay and was a perfect fit for our eight guests. This house was especially great for the kids with a lot of board games to choose from, space for them to run around, and the amazing swimming pool. The host Danielle was very transparent, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. We are already planning to book this house on our next trip to St Pete Beach!

We had a wonderful stay at William’s place ! The house was beautiful and spacious , with very comfortable beds . The heated pool was a treat and we enjoyed that every day. The golf cart made it so easy to get to the beach and restaurants and the kids really enjoyed that part of our vacation. We would ride over , grab some ice cream at the restaurant right across the street , and I would watch the boys play on the beach as the sun set . Most beautiful ! We enjoyed the area as there are so many wonderful restaurants nearby and it is a short drive the Clearwater where we enjoyed the aquarium , but we appreciated the more relaxed atmosphere in Indian Rocks . William was very helpful and communicative . It was a perfect spring break for my teenage boys and myself . Highly recommend and we will be back !

House is very spacious had everything we needed there was a kids park within walking distance and the beach was close as well

We loved the beach house! Stayed for a week and it was great. Location is perfect for being in a private setting, but still close to everything. The decorations and paintings set the place apart. Truly a beach retreat! Clean, well supplied, and a lot of cool extras. Can’t beat walking out the door and being at the beach! Thanks!

Casa Coquina is absolutely a beatiful place t and has everything you need for your stay at the home. Chuck and Jilla are very responsive and gave great recommendations on places to go and eat while you are in St. Petersburg. Besides loving the pool and spa we used the dock for fishing and was able to see a manatee , which was my favorite part of our trip.

Fabulous does not do it justice!! 1st time with Airbnb and the entire process went seamlessly!! New to the area, and Tom was so helpful with suggestions for activities. I didn’t know what to expect, and was so impressed with the process, amenities, cleanliness and upmost care provided by Tom and Dena. They have set the bar high and we are already planning our next visit back!!!

Our family had the best week! The home was everything we wanted. Would definitely recommend! Can’t wait to come back!

Quaint place and location so perfect for beach! Will return for sure!!!

Our cottage wasn’t ready when we arrived but Captain Al was very responsive and accommodating! He provided us another cottage in a timely manner and generously took care of our dinner tab while we waited. It was very chilly in Florida during our stay and Captain Al brought us an additional space heater to use during our stay. The location is amazing and the cottages are very unique! We’d definitely come back!

If you are looking for a historic, old-school Florida home, this is it. The only reason it isn’t a perfect score is that the hurricane closed most of the shops that make Pass-a-Grille quaint. We were able to support a few local restaurants, and the local traffic was very light. We wouldn’t have changed our trip, but it would have been good to know. It seems like businesses are working hard to get back on their feet. Overall a good experience. I appreciate Lisa’s great responsiveness.

Captain Al was terrific! His place is so close to the beach. It was a quick walk to shopping and dining. The space worked well for our trip.

We had a wonderful stay. Great neighborhood with a park across the street, walkable to the beach, coffee and more. the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The home itself was very clean, cozy and well stocked with everything we needed including great beach gear. The fenced in backyard and hot tub were a great bonus. Highly recommend!
